Abstract

This study aims to develop a more varied, valid, practical and effective dribbling training model for U-18 soccer players. Based on these problems, the researchers developed a dribbling training model in the new surge soccer club game, Lagan Jaya Dharmasraya. Model development uses the ADDIE model which consists of 5 stages, namely, analysis (analyze), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), evaluation (evaluation). The five stages were carried out through analysis of training programs, material analysis, and analysis of student characteristics. Then the validation test was carried out by 2 validators (team of experts), the language test and the practicality test by the football coach and 15 players from the new surge soccer club Lagan Jaya Dharmasraya. After the model is categorized as valid and practical, an effectiveness test is then carried out by doing soccer dribbling exercises. The results of the research on the development of the dribbling training model for soccer players U-18 new gelora jaya Dharmasraya in the validity test obtained percentage data with an average of 89.6% categorized as very valid, practicality test by soccer coach with a percentage of 92% and test practicality by players has a percentage of 80% and effectiveness with a percentage of 80% is categorized as effective. Based on the results that have been obtained, the dribbling training model for the u-18 soccer player new surge Lagan Jaya Dharmasraya is categorized as valid, practical, and effective. Efforts to overcome these problems require training Leg Muscle Explosive Power and Waist Flexibility. This study aims to find out whether leg muscle explosive power training and waist flexibility have an effect on the sickle kick speed of PSHT pencak silat athletes. This research is a type of quantitative research using an experimental method approach. While the form of research design used is "one-group pretest-posttest design". The population of this study were all PSHT pencak silat athletes with a total of 10 sons and 10 daughters. The sample of this research is the PSHT PSHT commissariat UNDHARI athletes. The data collection technique used in this study used the leg muscle strength and waist flexibility tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is the normality test and hypothesis testing through SPSS 20 at the level of 0.05. The results of the research show that training on leg muscle explosive power and waist flexibility has a good influence on the results of the sickle kick speed of UNDHARI Commissariat PSHT pencak silat athletes, this can be seen from the pretest and posttest hypothesis test scores obtained from Commissariat PSHT pencak silat athletes. UNDHARI with gains of 0.001 and 0.002 for male athletes and female athletes. This research was motivated by the results of observations made by the author, stating that the problem encountered was the students' low ability when sprinting on athletics material. Therefore, researchers conducted research on the influence of the traditional game Bebentengan on learning sprint athletics at SMPN 4 Koto Baru. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence the traditional game Bentengengan has on learning PJOK in sprint athletics material. This research uses quantitative research methods. The research design used is a pre-experimental design in the form of a one-group pretest-posttest design. The results of research on the influence of the traditional game Betengengan on the pre-test normality test show 0.719 > 0.05, so the data is normally distributed. Meanwhile, the post-test significant value shows 0.700 > 0.05, so the data is normally distributed. In hypothesis testing, the results can be seen that the sig (2-tailed) is 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a real difference between sprinting ability after and before being treated with the traditional fortification game

Abstract

This research is motivated because in PJOK learning many students easily feel tired when the learning process takes place so that learning is not in accordance with the learning process and the lack of understanding of students about the importance of a fit and healthy body so that they follow the learning process just to follow. One of the things that can be done to overcome these problems is to provide SKJ exercises so that students do not feel tired in the learning process and can complete their tasks properly and can improve physical fitness in developing and increasing strength, endurance, speed, agility, flexibility, coordination, accuracy and balance. This study aims to determine how much influence the provision of SKJ gymnastics on physical fitness. This type of research is experimental research with Pre-experimental design I (Nondesigns), namely one gruop pretest-posttest. The population in this study were VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Sitiung in the 2023/2024 academic year. The research sample used was class VIII students. Data collection techniques in this study were using TKJI tests and documentation, and the data analysis techniques used were normality tests, and t tests (hypotheses). The results showed that this SKJ exercise had an effect on students' physical fitness. Where the average value of the prettest is 16.13, while the average value of the posttest is 21.07, and the t test of the two data levels is significantly smaller than 0.05. The calculation results obtained sign < α (0.000 < 0.05). This shows that SKJ exercises have an effect on students' physical fitness.
