Abstract

Riba is not a matter of concern in Islamic society, but actually outside of Islam also take seriously problem of usury. For, usury has become a discussion among Jews, Greeks, as well as Romans and Christians.Riba in the divine religion has been declared haraam, the Jews forbade the taking of flowers. This prohibition is contained in the Old Testament (the Old Testament) as well as the Talmudic laws. In Roman and Greek societies prohibited interest in its territory. Interest at that time was strictly prohibited by strict laws. The Christian side considers that the verse contained in Luke 6: 34-35 as a verse that condemns the practice of making flowers. In the Islamic religion also strictly prohibits the practice of usury. It is contained in the Qur'an and as-Sunna.

Abstract

The market is a place that has rules that are prepared to exchange property rights and exchange goods between producers and consumers. Islam affirms that the market must stand on the principle of perfect competition. However, that does not mean that freedom is absolute, but freedom is wrapped in a shari’ah frame. The market mechanism in Islam is the existence of market freedom in determining prices. Prices depend on the market. However, Islam does not adhere to market-based prices freely. Islam will intervene when there is a monopoly on the market price. the market mechanism in an Islamic perspective is not only social dimensioned, but also there is a theological element that the market is controlled and supervised by the Shari’a.

Abstract

Consumption is essentially out something in order to meet the needs. Consumption includes purposes, pleasure and luxury. Pleasure or beauty permitted as long as not excessive. Consumption according to a Muslim is merely intermediaries to add strength to obey God, which has a positive indication in his life. Someone Muslims would not hurt himself in the world and in the Hereafter, that it allows him to obtain and fulfill its consumption at a level beyond the limit, to keep them busy chasing and enjoy the pleasures of the world so as to neglect its primary task in this life. In Islam, the purpose of consumption is not a concept but a benefit unilitas (maslahah). The maslahah attainment is the goal of al-maqa>s}idus-of shari’ah. Unilitas concept is very subjective because it contradicts the fulfillment or wants, and the concept maslahah relatively more objective because contrary to the fulfillment or needs. Maslahah filled based on rational considerations normative and positive, then there are criteria on an economic good that discount maslahah or not. As determined unility more subjective because it differs from one person to another.

Abstract

When the number of people growing and the advance of civilization, activity, as well as the inbraclions among humans is incresing. The number and types ot human needs is also increasingly drverse. One another began to require. Then needed a medium of exchange which was then known as “Money”. After the presence of money, the mashet began to form as a meeting place for buyers and sellus to transact with each other goods and services. Initrally the fuction of money is just a medium of exchange is order to facititate the exchange of. Put, along ajth the times of money has switehed from medium of exchenge to a broader function plper. Money in Islamic economics is a flow concept, where the treasures should hot be stacked but rather owned property shall be circulated. In Islam, anything that serves as money then the fuuction ouly as a medium of exchange, not a commodity that is traded whit exchange ether on the spot or not.

Abstract

When discussing the modern economics system, usvally referring to large systems; capitalis and socialism. Capitalism is a system based on voluntary exchange in a free market. On the contray, socialism trres to unite the problems of production, consumption, and distribution through planning or cominand. On Islamic economics in relation to socialism or capitalism is not bout “wheter” Islamic economics is socralism or capitalism, bot rather to “where” it is in the spectrum, is there any diffence between the two systems. Capitalism economics system, every person is free to own property and one is free to estabilish. Manage the desired enterprise, bcause incapitalist system capital is the source of production and source of freedom. The socialist economics system of all formsof production and source of stateowned commerce, individuals are not permitted to own it. Islamic economic syitem based on the teachings and valves of Islam that the state acts as a policy maker and performs supervisory functions in order to avoid distorsion by the economiy.

Abstract

It is acceptable for the government play an important role in the economy. Development. For example, through public sector policy, the government plays an important role in driving economic growth. However, there seems to be debate in the business literature about whether government should play a role in de-economic development. This article expands the role of government in economic development, which is prevalent in the economic literature. If it seems that there are two opposing poles discussing whether governments should play a role in economic development, this article shows that thematic differences only talk about how many governments play a role. must play in economic development. This article explains the role of government in economic development.

Abstract

Pasar modal mempunyai fungsi utama didalam menopang perekonomian suatu pemerintahan. Melalui perdagangan efek, investor yang memiliki banyak uang dan perusahaan yang membutuhkan uang bertemu di tempat tersebut satu sama lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tidaknya modal, pengetahuan, dan motivasi investasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap minat berinvestasi di pasar modal pada Mahasisswa FEBI Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif asosiatif sumber data berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada sampel sebanyak 87 orang dari total populasi 667 mahasiswa yang merupakan total mahasiswa FEBI di Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong. Teknik analisis yang digunakan berupa analisis regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji T. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa variabel modal, pengetahuan, dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat berinvestasi. Sedangkan hasil uji T menunjukkan bahwa modal dan motivasi yang hanya memiliki pengaruh sedangkan pengetahuan tidak memberikan pengaruh dengan terhadap minat berinvestasi.Kata kunci: modal, pengetahuan, motivasi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the distribution method, determine the weaknesses and deficiencies as well as the opportunities and threats in the sale of purebred chicken eggs used at the Berkah Abadi farm in Opo-opo Village. Based on the results of the study, the steps used in the marketing method of broiler eggs at Berkah Abadi Farm in Opo-opo Village are by using three sales patterns, namely the first. from breeders to wholesalers (poultry shop) after that it is distributed to middle traders, after that it goes to retailers, then it is distributed to consumers. The second pattern is from breeders, distributed to middle traders, after that retail traders, then distributed to consumers. And the third method is from breeders distributed to retail traders and then directly distributed to consumers. Another appropriate pattern that can be used in selling purebred chicken eggs is by using internal strength, in this way it can prevent external threats so that it will not have an excessively negative impact on egg marketing. Then by maintaining the quality of the eggs so that they remain quality eggs by keeping the chickens from getting sick and later this will also help make the farm sustainable. Abstract

Abstrak Pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana potensi pasar tradisional dalam peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat. Pokok masalah tersebut selanjutnya di turunkan ke dalam beberapa submasalah atau pertanyaan penelitian, yaitu: 1) Apakah pasar Maron berpotensi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat?, 2) Bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap perilaku ekonomi para pedagang pasar Maron dalam peningkatan ekonomi mereka? Jenis penelitian ini tergolong kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah: pendekatan sosiologis karena peneliti melakukan interaksi lingkungan sesuai dengan unit sosial, individu, kelompok, atau masyarkat. Selanjutnya, metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah survey pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Lalu, teknik pengolahan dan analisa data dilakukan dengan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu: pengumpulan data, penyajian data, dan tahap akhir adalah penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa pasar tradisional Maron berpotensi dalam meningkatkan ekonomi pedagang. Adapun potensi pasar Maron yaitu pertama, harga yang lebih murah. Kedua, produk yang lebih bervariasi, waktu dan lokasi yang strategis. selain itu, faktor lain yang mendukung adalah adanya perhatian pemerintah daerah yaitu pertama, adanya pengawasan harga. Kedua, mencegah penipuan di pasar seperti masalah kecurangan dalam timbangan dan ukuran. Ketiga, pencegah penjualan barang yang rusak, serta tindakan-tindakan yang merusak moral. Dengan memaksimalkan potensi yang ada di pasar tradisional Maron ini dapat meningkatkan pendapatan pedagang dan mendorong kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat Maron, mewujudkan kemandirian baik individu maupun masyarakat dengan melakukan kegiatan produktif. hal itu bertujuan agar tercapainya kesejahteraan umat dan tidak bergantung pada orang lain. Secara umum perilaku ekonomi pedagang baik dari segi barang dagangan yang dijual, alat timbang, riba dan gharar, harga, etika berbisnis pedagang pada pasar tradisional Maron tidak melanggar syari’at Islam akan tetapi dari segi kebersihan masih kurang diperhatikan. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah: 1) Aparat pemerintah setempat diharapkan dapat melindungi keberadaan pasar ini yang menjadi salah satu sumber perekonomian masyarakat, serta terus melakukan pembaharuan agar tercipta kenyamanan berbelanja bagi pembeli agar tercapai peningkatan pendapatan pedagang. 2) Pedagang diharapkan untuk tetap menjaga nilai-nilai islami yang ada dan dihimbau untuk selalu menjaga kebersihan barang dagangannya agar barang yang dijual terjaga kehalalannya. Kata Kunci: Pasar Tradisional, Potensi, dan Peningkatan Ekonomi Masyarakat Abstrack The main problem in this research is how the potential of traditional markets in improving the community's economy. The subject matter is then lowered into several sub-problems or research questions, namely: 1) Does the Maron market have the potential to improve the community's economy?, 2) What is the Islamic economic review of the economic behavior of Maron market traders in improving their economy? This type of research is classified as qualitative with the research approach used is: a sociological approach because researchers carry out environmental interactions according to social units, individuals, groups, or society. Furthermore, the data collection method used is a literature survey, observation and interviews. Then, data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data collection, data presentation, and the final stage is drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the Maron traditional market has the potential to improve the merchant's economy. The market potential for Maron is first, a lower price. Second, a more varied product, strategic time and location. In addition, another supporting factor is the attention of the local government, namely first, price monitoring. Second, preventing fraud in the market such as the problem of cheating in scales and sizes. Third, preventing the sale of damaged goods, as well as actions that damage morale. By maximizing the potential that exists in the Maron traditional market, it can increase the income of traders and encourage economic independence for the Maron community, realizing independence for both individuals and communities by carrying out productive activities. it aims to achieve the welfare of the people and not depend on others. In general, the economic behavior of traders, both in terms of merchandise sold, weighing equipment, usury and gharar, prices, business ethics of traders at the Maron traditional market, does not violate Islamic law, but in terms of cleanliness, it is still not given enough attention. The implications of this research are: 1) Local government officials are expected to be able to protect the existence of this market which is one of the sources of the community's economy, and continue to make updates to create shopping convenience for buyers in order to achieve an increase in traders' income. 2) Traders are expected to maintain existing Islamic values ​​and are encouraged to always maintain the cleanliness of their merchandise so that the goods sold are maintained Keywords: Traditional Markets, Potential, Community Economic Improvement
