Abstract

Every organization and company certainly strives to improve the performance of employees who work for the company, with the hope that all organizational goals can be achieved as well as possible. One of the company's efforts to improve employee performance is by implementing an employee promotion program implemented at PT Roki Indonesia. This research is quantitative, with a population of 50 respondents, using purposive sampling method. the data collection methods used in this study are observation, questionnaire data and literature study. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis testing using the t test and the coefficient of determination test. The conclusion of this study is that the seniority variable and the work performance variable partially have no effect on employee promotion, while the competency variable partially affects employee promotion at PT Roki Indonesia.

Abstract

Transformasi digital di sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan daya saing usaha. Artikel ini membahas program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di Desa Cikedokan, bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan mengimplementasikan penggunaan QR Code dalam transaksi pembayaran UMKM. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian ini meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan langsung kepada pengusaha UMKM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan QR Code mampu meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi, memberikan kemudahan bagi konsumen, dan mendukung inklusi keuangan. Dengan demikian, implementasi QR Code menjadi solusi praktis dalam mendorong digitalisasi UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the evolution of entrepreneurial ethics, existential position, and customer connectivity on meaningful economic entrepreneurship in SME’s entrepreneurs. In the pattern of changing consumer behavior and demands for more ethical business, entrepreneurs need to build strong relationships, meaningful values, and an image that is trusted by the public. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method on 85 SME’s entrepreneurs in Bekasi, West Java. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression tests to see the extent to which independent variables affect meaningful economic entrepreneurship as dependent variables. The results show that the evolution of entrepreneurial ethics, existential position and customer connectivity have a positive and significant effect on meaningful economic entrepreneurship. Customer connectivity makes a dominant contribution to creating value and loyalty. This study suggests that SME’s integrate ethical principles, emotional relationships and clarity of business identity in business strategies in order to achieve long-term sustainability.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of customer happiness, availability of goods and outlet interior design on business success. In an era of increasingly tight business competition, entrepreneurs are faced with the challenge of maintaining customer satisfaction while improving business performance. This research uses quantitative methods with a survey approach, involving one hundred SME entrepreneurs in the Fashion Retail Sector operating in the Bekasi District area. Analysis was carried out through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption testing and regression analysis to measure the relationship between the collected data variables. The research results show that there is a significant influence: 1). Customer Happiness (KP), 2). Availability of Goods (KB) and 3). Outlet Interior Design (DIO) on Business Success (KU) with the regression equation KU=1.044+0.650KP+0.306KB+0.137DIO. The research results show that customer happiness, availability of goods, and outlet interior design have a significant influence on the success of fashion retail SME businesses. The implications of this research highlight the importance of a holistic strategy in managing customer relationships, maintaining goods availability and designing attractive outlet interiors to increase the competitiveness of fashion retail SMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan interpersonal, energi tingkat tinggi, dan tanggung jawab pemilik (owner) terhadap kinerja usaha pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu sejumlah 80 pemilik UMKM yang beroperasi di wilayah Bekasi. Analisis uji validitas-reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik serta analisis regresi untuk mengukur hubungan antar variabel digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang terkumpul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan: 1).Kecerdasan Interpersonal (KI), 2).Energi Tingkat Tinggi (ETT) dan 3).Tanggung Jawab Owner (TJO) terhadap Kinerja Usaha dengan persamaan regresi KU=5,403+0,515KI+0,110ETT+0,273TJO. Kecerdasan interpersonal yang tinggi memungkinkan pemilik UMKM membangun hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan, supplier, dan mitra bisnis lainnya, sehingga meningkatkan kinerja usaha. Energi tingkat tinggi memperkuat kemampuan pemilik UMKM dalam menghadapi tantangan dan mengambil peluang yang ada, sehingga berdampak positif pada kinerja usaha. Tanggung jawab owner berperan penting dalam memastikan kelancaran operasional dan pertumbuhan bisnis UMKM.

Abstract

This research was conducted at BNI KCU Rawamangun, East Jakarta City involving 43 employees as respondents. This research aims to explore the influence of leadership style, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative. The research results show that leadership style partially has a significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 2.875 which is greater than the t-table of 1.684, and a significance value (sig) of less than 0.05. Work discipline partially has a significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 7.099 which is greater than the t-table of 1.684, and a significance value (sig) of less than 0.05. Motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 3.456 which is greater than the t-table of 1.684 and a sig of less than 0.05. Simultaneously, leadership style, work discipline, and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. The joint influence of leadership style, work discipline, and motivation on employee performance reaches 86%, while the remaining 14% is influenced by other variables. These findings offer a solid foundation for an in-depth understanding of the variables that influence the productivity of workers in the banking sector. The theoretical implications highlight crucial aspects that can be strengthened, while on the practical side, this research offers in-depth insights for financial institutions and industry players to design effective strategies and programs to improve the performance of their employees. This emphasizes the importance of adopting an effective leadership style, encouraging strong work discipline, motivating employees, and encouraging active participation in efforts to achieve company performance targets. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Work Environment, Work Stress, and Work Motivation on the Performance of PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia Plant 2. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is employees of PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia Plant 2 with a sample of 60 respondents using questionnaire data. This study uses non-probability sampling techniques with data analysis methods Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Test using partial. Based on the results of the T-Test (Partial) on work environment variables have a positive and significant effect with a calculated t value of 2,200 > t table 2,003 and a sig value. At 0.032 < 0.05, the work stress variable had a positive and significant effect with a calculated t value of 2,644 > t table 2,003 and a sig value. At 0.011 < 0.05, the work motivation variable had a positive and significant effect with a calculated t value of 5,253 > t table 2,003 and a sig value. A total of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Work Environment, Work Stress, and Work Motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with F test results of sig values of 0.000 < 0.005.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of digital leadership in fostering technopreneurship in Indonesia, a rapidly evolving sector shaped by technological advancements and digital transformation. As technological innovation and data-driven decision-making are central to the success of technopreneurs, understanding the role of leadership in this context is critical for sustainable growth. The primary aim of this research is to explore how digital leadership can enhance technopreneurship in Indonesia by promoting collaboration, innovation, and operational efficiency. The method a literature review and bibliometric analysis are employed to identify key trends and research patterns in digital leadership and its impact on the technopreneurship ecosystem. By analyzing data from various sources, the study provides an in-depth examination of the current state of the field. This research contributes a unique perspective by combining bibliometric analysis with traditional literature review, providing a comprehensive, data-driven approach to understanding how digital leadership drives technological innovation. It also emphasizes the challenges technopreneurs face, such as the digital skills gap and regulatory barriers, areas often overlooked in previous studies. While previous research has explored the general impact of digital leadership on business transformation, this study fills the gap by specifically focusing on Indonesia technopreneurship ecosystem and its unique challenges. The findings confirm that digital leadership plays a pivotal role in overcoming obstacles like unequal access to technology and driving innovation in technopreneurship. The study recommends strategies such as enhancing digital skills, investing in infrastructure, and fostering more flexible regulations to support the growth of technopreneurship in Indonesia.
