Abstract

The phenomenon of this research is that in the digital era, many people switch to promoting their products to social media, which is one of the causes of the decrease in billboard taxes. This study aims to find out the right strategy in the billboard tax collection in the digital era by the Regional Revenue Agency of DKI Jakarta. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. Data sources include primary data, namely data from interviews, and secondary data, namely target data and billboard tax realization from 2016-2020. The results of this study indicate that (1) The billboard tax collection strategy in the digitalization era in the future will lead to billboard data collection, optimization of billboard objects and tax applications such as e-tax (2) the power of billboard taxes in the digital era lies in the development of digital technology and cooperation between the government, the private sector and the community; and (3) obstacles and challenges from billboard taxes in the digitalization era are the number of taxpayers who have not mastered technology and are not obedient in paying their tax obligations. The suggestion in this study is that the Regional Revenue Agency of DKI Jakarta forms a fieldwork team to conduct more thorough data collection, take advantage of technological developments, lead the comprehensive campaign to taxpayers, and provide strict sanctions to taxpayers who do not obey and install illegal billboards and (3) obstacles and challenges from billboard taxes in the digitalization era are the number of taxpayers who have not mastered technology and are not obedient in paying their tax obligations. Abstract

The background of the problems was related to the performance carried out by PPSU (Public Infrastructure and Facilities Management) employees. There were still many external and internal problems in managing the Management of Public Infrastructure and Facilities. At the external level, one of the problems faced by PPSU employees was the need for more public awareness regarding environmental cleanliness, which often added to the work done by PPSU employees. This study aimed to identify and analyze the implementation of PublicĀ  Infrastructure and Facilities Management in Grogol Urban Village in 2022, to find out and analyze the inhibiting factors in implementing the Management of Public Infrastructure and Facilities in Grogol Urban Village in 2022, and to know and analyze the efforts made to overcome obstacles to the implementation of Public Infrastructure and Facilities Management in Grogol Urban Village in 2022. This research employed a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. In-depth interviews were conducted with seven informants. Source triangulation was used to check the validity of the data. The study results showed that implementing of Public Infrastructure and Facilities Management in the Grogol Urban Village in 2022 was quite good. However, in its implementation, it was not enough to say it was good enough because there were several SOPs that some PPSU employees have not understood. Therefore, PPSU officers must improve their skills and expertise to manage the Public Infrastructure and Facilities Management related to the work demands.

Abstract

The implementation of the policy of certificate of origin issuance at the IPSKA in the Mayor Office of East Jakarta has been running well, however, it requires some improvement in several aspects that are still lacking. The description of (1) aspect of communication, Communication of policy information has been carried out to the company by electronic media and by other circular letters. However, consistency from the government is important in this implementation in order to avoid confusion from users. (2) The aspect of resources, the staff of IPSKA do not have a uniformed regulation understanding, therefore socialization and seminars on electronic SKA issuance policy regulation are necessary. Additionally, facilities and infrastructures have to be improved further to simplify and expedite the operation of issuing certificates electronically. (3) The aspect of Disposition, in this case, the government has shown a commitment to policy implementation. However, there are several things to improve in terms of system and other aspects in order to be able to protect service users in implementing their policies. (4) The aspect of Bureaucratic, the authority flow of electronic Certificate is quite clear, however, a written SOP is required in implementation in order to measure the implementation clearly and precisely.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the influence of education and training to increasing of employee competence at Manpower and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Bekasi City. This study used quantitative research method. The data was collected from questionnaire and literature. The population in this study is Government Employees at the Manpower and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Bekasi City. Sampling technique used in this study is total sampling with sample totalled 58 samples. Result of this study identified that education and training at the Manpower and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Bekasi City has significant influence to increasing employees competence.
