Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain public perceptions of the implementation of social distancing during the pandemic as the implementation of social capital. This study was motivated by the phenomenon of the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic in a number of countries, including Indonesia. This condition not only affects the economic condition of a country, hinders social interaction among the community, and also has an impact on the health condition of every human being. To avoid the wider spread of Covid-19, the government was forced to adopt social distancing and physical distancing policies in the form of staying at home, working from home, studying, and worshiping at home. This research approach is descriptive qualitative. The data of this research is the impact of social distancing for the community in Tarogong Kidul District, Garut Regency. Sources of data come from several communities with a total of 50 respondents. Collecting data in this study using interview techniques, record, and continue to take notes. The results of the research can be concluded that with the implementation of social distancing in the pandemic period, at least the community can implement social capital which includes informal values ​​or norms that are shared among members of an interrelated community group, which is based on the values ​​of beliefs, norms and networks social and they respect each other, the development of social capital is the creation of increasingly independent groups of people who are able to participate more meaningfully. Social capital can solve citizens' problems, especially with regard to strengthening friendship, repairing and maintaining public service facilities because it has advantages and is the most appropriate, even though there are other social capital in the community.

Abstract

Buta aksara kembali dari sebagian warga belajar yang sudah mengikuti pendidikan keaksaraan fungsional tingkat dasar terbukti adanya. Hal ini terjadi dikarenakan tidak terpelihara dan/atau tidak digunakan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Di sisi lain tingkat keaksaraan orang dewasa merupakan komponen penting dari aspek pendidikan yang dapat menaikkan indeks pembangunan manusia.Penelitianinididesaindenganmenggunakanpendekatan PenelitiandanPengembangan,  atau Research and Development dengan tehnik analisis data yang  dilakukan  dengan cara membandingkan keadaan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pelatihan kecakapan hidup dan pendampingan kewirausahaan (before-after) terhadap satu kelompok (one group pretest-posttest design)dengan satu macam perlakuan.Hasilpenelitianmenunjukanbahwamodel baru terbukti  efektif  dalam upaya memelihara kemampuan keaksaraan warga belajar pendidikan keaksaraan fungsional tingkat dasar. Kata kunci : Pelatihan kecakapan hidup, pendampingan kewirausahaan , dan keaksaraan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the improvement of the concept of disaster information literacy using InaRisk Personal learning media in social studies learning. This research approach uses quantitative with quasi-experimental method with nonquivqlent control group design. The population of this research is the seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Tarogong Kaler. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with class VII A as the experimental class and class VII B as the control class. Based on the results of statistical analysis, the Asymp.sig.2-tailed value is 0.000 and a is 0.05, which means 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected. From these data it can be concluded that the value of Asymp.sig. of 0.000 < 0.05, then there is a significant increase or learning that uses InaRisk Personal learning media is effective to be applied. Overall, the ability of the concept of disaster information literacy affects the preparedness of students in dealing with disasters in the surrounding environment. the ability of the concept of disaster information literacy in the experimental class increased significantly in terms of seeking information, identifying information, evaluating information, and using information.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low social studies learning outcomes that occur in students in class VIII SMP Islam As-Syarief. The low social studies learning outcomes are caused by several factors, one of which is the use of social studies learning methods and media that are less attractive and do not invite students to be actively involved in the learning process. Researchers tried to use comic-based worksheets for learning media aimed at improving social studies learning outcomes. The method used is a quasi-experimental research design with a nonequivalent [pre-test and post-test] control group design. The population in this study were eighth grade students of SMP Islam As-Syarief. The samples taken were class VIII-C and VIII-E. Data was obtained by means of tests (pre-test and post-test), and observation sheets. Data analysis was performed using the Lilliefors normality test (Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk), the Mann Whitney test, and the normalized Gain test. The results showed that learning using comic- based worksheets was effective in improving social studies learning outcomes for students, it was based on the average value of social studies learning outcomes after treatment was higher than before. The conclusion of this study is that comic-based worksheets are effective in improving social studies learning outcomes for class VIII students of SMP Islam As-Syarief.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan di SMPN 4 Tarogong Kidul Garut. Hasil studi pendahuluan menunjukan bahwa berfikir kreatif SMPN 4 Tarogong kidul Garut belum optimal, di duga karena model pembelajaran project based learning yang belum optimal. Berangkat dari fenomena diatas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh model project based learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif di SMPN 4 Tarogong Kidul Garut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan design penelitian yaitu pre exsperimental design yang digunakan yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabelitas, uji normalitas, uji beda paired T-Test, uji gain dan uji regresi untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Dalam oprasionalisasinya digunakan bantuan software SPSS 22 dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan mean pada kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik sebelum dan sesudah diberikan treatment dan terdapat pengaruh dari model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif yaitu sebesar 37,7%, dan pengaruhnya signifikan dengan nilai 0,004.Kata kunci: Model pembelajaran project based learning, Kemampuan berpikir kreatif, Pendidikan IPS.
