Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Kahoot application in learning Aqidah Akhlak, the advantages and disadvantages of the Kahoot application free feature, supporting and inhibiting factors in MI Nurul Falah Sindangkarsa. This research method is qualitative descriptive analysis. The subjects of this study were principals, representatives for curriculum, teachers of Aqidah Akhlak and students of class VI. Data collection techniques were do by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis is do by reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the implementation of the Kahoot application is one of the applications that is effectively used as a learning medium in Aqidah Akhlak subjects through multiple choice and true or false quizzes. The Kahoot application has advantages in terms of free features, namely: it has an attractive appearance, available features, and scoring (evaluation). The disadvantages of the kahoot application free features are: limited use of the free feature, and difficulty reading Arabic multiple choice. Supporting factors in the implementation of the Kahoot application are: the availability of learning tools, teacher skills, and student enthusiasm. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are: technical constraints, the capacity of learning devices, overcrowded material, and time constraints.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the learning methods of Sheikh Al-Zarnuji and relate them to the theory of multiple intelligences developed by Howard Gardner. Sheikh Al-Zarnuji, a 13th century Muslim scholar, is known for his work 'Ta'lim al-Muta'allim', which focuses on ethics and effective learning methods. Through literature review and comparative analysis, this research explores the key principles proposed by Al-Zarnuji, such as the importance of intention, consistent effort, and the role of the teacher in education. The findings show that many of the methods and principles proposed by Al-Zarnuji are consistent with Gardner's concept of multiple intelligences, which emphasizes that each individual possesses a variety of different types of intelligence, such as linguistic, logical-mathematical, musical, bodily, spatial, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalistic. The findings suggest that Al-Zarnuji's approach to learning is not only relevant in its historical context, but can also be integrated with modern educational theories to create more inclusive and effective learning strategies. This research makes an important contribution to understanding how traditional learning methods can be applied in contemporary educational contexts, taking into account the different intelligences possessed by learners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan upaya yang telah ditempuh pihak sekolah di dalam mendidik sikap toleransi beragama terhadap peserta didik mereka. Penelitian ini berbasis studi kasus di Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Yayasan Abdi Karya (YADIKA) 3 Kota Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kulitatif dengan metode fenomenologis. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data. Adapun teknis analisis data menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pendidikan sikap toleransi beragama di SMP YADIKA 3 Kota Tangerang ditempuh dengan tiga cara, yaitu melalui mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama yang dipadukan dengan pembiasaan salam dan doa serta keteladanan guru; melalui kegiatan keagamaan sekolah, semisal perayaan hari besar keagamaan dan bakti soial; dan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan yang meliputi kegiatan Rohani Islam (ROHIS) dan Rohani Kristen dan Katholik (ROHKRIS). Dari ketiga cara ini dapat dinyatakan bahwa SMP YADIKA 3 Kota Tangerang benar-benar mendidik sikap toleransi beragama peserta didik mereka secara integral dan serius. Walhasil, nol kasus intoleransi agama di sekolah tersebut. Dengan demikian, hasil penelitian ini mampu melengkapi penelitian-penelitian sejenis yang telah ada, seperti hasil penelitian Abdullah Mumin, Tiensi, Nuryadin, Hadisaputra, Anwar, dan Mawarti.

Abstract

This research using qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach. The type is library research by collecting and referring research based on primary and secondary sources, such as books, journals, or the other materials that are in line with the research topics. The result of this research there is the influence of the movement of thought by Continental Europe philosophy on Iqbal and Rahman. But, there are further  differences in epistemology between they’re, Iqbal takes the path of existensialism which leads to individual human creativity, while Rahman takes the path of educational essentialism with the importance of Islamic intelletcuality as the key of educational renewal.

Abstract

Abstract;Ahmadiyah is one of the many organizations that emerged from existing ideas. Ahmadiyah is an organization founded by Mirza Ghulam Ahmad in India. Currently the spread of the Ahmadiyah organization has been prohibited in Indonesia in accordance with the Decree of the 3 Ministerial Decree and Governor's Regulation Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Prohibition of Ahmadiyah Teachings in West Java Province as well as with the MUI fatwa regarding the misdirection of the Ahmadiyah organization. Therefore, this journal will discuss the background to the emergence of the Ahmadiyah organization, theology and the existence of Ahmadiyah in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative description approach and collects data using a literature review method. The doctrines that often give rise to misunderstandings spread by the Ahmadiyah movement include those regarding revelation, prophethood, and the Mahdi and the Messiah. This doctrine then gave rise to controversy regarding the Ahmadiyah organization and caused it to receive discrimination in various places.Keywords:Ahmadiyya; Doctrine; Existence. Abstrak;Ahmadiyah merupakan salah satu dari banyaknya organisasi yang muncul dari hasil pemikiran-pemikiran yang ada. Ahmadiyah ialah organisasi yang didirikan oleh Mirza Ghulam Ahmad di India. Saat ini penyebaran organisasi Ahmadiyah telah dilarang di Indonesia sesuai dengan kuputusan SKB 3Menteri dan Peraturan Gubernur Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Larangan Ajaran Ahmadiyah di Provinsi Jawa Barat serta dengan fatwa MUI mengenai penyesatan organisasi Ahmadiyah. penelitian ini akan membahas mengenai latar belakang munculnya organisasi Ahmadiyah, Teologi dan eksistensi Ahmadiyah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskripsi kulitatif dan dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kajian pustaka. Doktrin yang sering menimbulkan kesalah fahaman yang disebarkan oleh gerakan Ahmadiyah diantaranya ialah mengenai wahyu, kenabian, dan Al Mahdi dan Al-Masih. Doktrin inilah yang kemudian memunculkan kontroversi mengenai organisasi Ahmadiyah serta membuatnya menerima diskriminasi di berbagai tempat.Kata Kunci:   Ahmadiyah; Doktrin; Eksistensi.

Abstract

Web Series are short films broadcast on the internet and are divided into several episodes. With the existence of a web series, it makes moral development easier and more attractive to students. This hijrah family not only build morals when at home, but also in the school environment. This study uses a quantitative method with a type of regression. Data collected using documentation and questionnaires, in which researchers went directly to the field to collect data. The results of this study show that there is a significant influence between the variables of the Hijrah Family Web Series on Youtube on the morals of students. Thus, this research is in line with the research of Intan Aji Pangestu et al, Nur Isnainy Hidayati et al, and Nasran Azizan et al.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a high level of religious diversity, making pluralism an inseparable social reality in societal life. Although Pancasila guarantees freedom of religion, differences in belief still have the potential to generate conflict, particularly when related to divergent theological interpretations within Islam. One group that frequently provokes debate is Ahmadiyya, whose presence has generated controversy in religious, social, political, and Islamic educational spheres. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using a library research method. Data were collected from scholarly books, journal articles, official government documents, religious fatwas, and relevant prior studies, and were analyzed through content analysis within a social constructionist paradigm. The study discusses the history of Ahmadiyya ’s arrival and development in Indonesia, the characteristics of Ahmadiyya theology and its relevance in religious, social, and political contexts, as well as Islamic education perspectives on Ahmadiyya theology. The findings indicate that Ahmadiyya entered Indonesia in the early twentieth century and expanded through missionary networks, yet faced widespread rejection due to theological differences, particularly regarding the concept of prophethood. In the socio-political context, Ahmadiyya is positioned as a minority group vulnerable to discrimination, while in Islamic education it is understood as an object of critical study aimed at strengthening creed while fostering moderation and tolerance. The conclusion emphasizes that although Ahmadiyya theology is rejected theologically, it remains relevant as a socio- religious phenomenon that should be understood critically and with civility.

Abstract

B.F. Skinner, as a behaviourist, emphasized that Learning is shaped more by observable behaviour than by cognition alone. This study explores the application of Skinner’s theory in moral education, aiming to enhance students’ attitudes and character development. Conducted during the odd semester of the 2022 to 2025 academic year, the research employed a case study involving 154 undergraduate students from the Mathematics Education program at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Findings indicate that applying Skinner’s principles significantly improved students’ cognitive understanding of moral concepts, as reflected in an average score of 82%. More notably, students demonstrated positive behavioural changes through presentations and individual assignments, including reflective activities that encouraged them to connect moral theory with personal conduct. The novelty of this study lies in extending Skinner’s theory—traditionally applied to cognitive Learning—into the domain of moral education, highlighting its relevance for character formation in higher education. While current instructional practices remain predominantly cognitive, this research advocates for a more balanced approach that integrates behaviour-focused strategies to foster moral development. The findings affirm that Skinner’s theory remains a viable pedagogical framework for cultivating both understanding and ethical behaviour among university students.

Abstract

Background: Mathematical literacy is widely recognized as a key competence that enables students to interpret, analyze, and apply mathematical ideas in everyday contexts. Despite its importance, many students still experience difficulties developing this competence due to limited opportunities for meaningful problem solving and insufficient support for affective factors such as confidence and resilience. Aims: This study aimed to investigate the mediating roles of self-confidence and mathematical resilience in the relationship between Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and students’ mathematical literacy. Method: A true experimental design with a posttest-only control group was employed. The participants consisted of students from four State Islamic Junior High Schools in Bogor Regency selected through multistage random sampling. The experimental group was taught using the PBL approach, while the control group received conventional instruction. Data were collected using a mathematical literacy test and questionnaires measuring students’ self-confidence and mathematical resilience. The data were analyzed using independent samples t-tests, path analysis, and Sobel tests to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. Results: The findings revealed that students exposed to PBL achieved significantly higher scores in mathematical literacy, self-confidence, and mathematical resilience than those in conventional classes (p < 0.05). Path analysis indicated that PBL had a direct positive effect on mathematical literacy, while both self-confidence and mathematical resilience acted as significant mediators. Conclusion: These findings suggest that PBL can enhance students’ mathematical literacy not only through instructional processes but also by strengthening important affective attributes in mathematics learning.
