Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country still has problems in terms of unemployment. BPS data says that open unemployment in 2016 as many as 7,024,172 people. Based on that fact, entrepreneurship has an important role in alleviating unemployment and improving country's economy. McCleeland in Silvia (2013) states that a country can advance if 2% of the total population is an entrepreneur. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a positive influence either simultaneously or partially between the socio-demographic variables, ability and self efficacy to entrepreneurship interests (Case Study of College Student Faculty of Economics, University of Pekalongan) 2016/2017 academic year. This research is a sample research with Accidental Sampling technique using 100 respondents. Data collecting method was done by questionnaire method which then processed using quantitative analysis method consisting of validity test, reliability test, autocorrelation test, classical assumption test, and statistical test of t and F. The result of analysis showed that entrepreneurship education, socio demography, ability and self efficacy have influence on entrepreneurship interests either simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

Competence of Human Resources (HR), which is elaborated with Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities of HR will be able to affect performance in the management of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Pekalongan Regency area. The study aims to determine (1) the effect of HR knowledge on the performance of SMEs; (2) The Effect of HR Skills on SME Performance; (3) The Influence of HR Capabilities on SME Performance. This type of research used in this study is causal comparative. The data collection method in this study is a census method using a questionnaire with a population of 250 SMEs, and sample of 60 SMEs. The number of questionnaires that can be processed in this study is as many as 50 MSMEs. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test, Goodness test, multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive influence on HR Knowledge on SME performance with a regression coefficient of 0.161 at a significance of 0.229 and a value of t count t table is 1.808> 1.66543 with a significance value of 0.077.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of Green Living, Green Products, and Price on Stainless Straw Purchase Decisions on the Millennial Generation of Pekalongan City. This type of research is casual research with a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, t test and determination analysis. The population in this study is unknown, so the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The sample used in this study is the people of Pekalongan City, belonging to the millennial generation, who have already purchased and used stainless straw. The determination of respondents was done using the Rao Purba formula so that 97 respondents were obtained. The results of this study indicate that: (1) green living has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for stainless straw in the millennial generation of Pekalongan City; (2) green products have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for stainless straw in the millennial generation of Pekalongan City; (3) price has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions for stainless straw in the millennial generation of Pekalongan City; and (4) green living, green products, and price have an influence on purchasing decisions by 55.9%, while the remaining 44.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate governance, koneksi politik, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap agresivitas pajak pada perusahaan pertambangan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2018-2022. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausalitas, yang bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Metode - Metode penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan perusahaan yang tersedia di situs resmi BEI. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria perusahaan yang secara konsisten menyampaikan laporan keuangan selama periode penelitian dan memiliki data yang lengkap. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS 20. Hasil - Menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan penjualan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Tetapi hasil penelitian ini tidak sejalan dan tidak mendukung hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Christina dan Wahyudi (2022) serta Cahyani dan Noviari (2023) yang menunjukan bahwa pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap agresivitas pajak. Implikasi – Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam upaya meningkatkan kepatuhan perpajakan dan kualitas tata kelola perusahaan di Indonesia. Orisinalitas – Fokus pada perusahaan pertambangan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2018–2022 memberikan perspektif baru yang spesifik terhadap industri dan rentang waktu tertentu.

Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh risiko kredit dan likuiditas terhadap kecukupan modal perusahaan perbankan di Indoensia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menganalisis peranan profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 46 bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2021 hingga 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi dengan mengaplikasikan random-effect model. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengggunakan uji normalitas dengan Shapiro-Wilk, multikolinearitas, uji heterosdkedastisitas menggunakan Breusch-Pagan, Langrange Multiplier Test, dan Hausman Test. Hasil. Hasil analisis menunjukkan risiko kredit berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap kecukupan modal. Sedangkan likuiditas memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kecukupan modal. Hasil analisis juga membuktikan bahwa profitabilitas mampu memoderasi pengaruh dari likuiditas terhadap kecukupan modal. Sementara, profitabilitas gagal memoderasi pengaruh risiko kredit terhadap kecukupan modal. Implikasi. Penelitian selajutnya dapat menambahkan solvabilitas atau tingkat efisiensi bank sebagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kecukupan modal. Selain itu, penelitian selajutnya dapat menggunakan faktor makroekonomi seperti tingkat inflasi, suku bunga, atau nilai tukar sebagai variabel moderasi.

Abstract

Kapabilitas kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pada UMKM ini sangat penting bagi pelaku UMKM, namun prosentase masih sangat minim. Hal ini terlihat masih rendahnya pemahaman mengenai peningkatan kapabilitas kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM. Oleh sebab itu kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan guna memberikan sosialisasi tentang peningkatan kapabilitas kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM supaya dapat mengoptimalkan dalam berwirausaha. Kegiatan PkM ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sumurjomblangbogo kec. Bojong kab. Pekalongan. Peserta dalam kegiatan PkM ini adalah Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dilaksanakan sosialisasi peserta masih sedikit yang memahami tentang peningkatan kapabilitas kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM yaitu mengenai merancang usaha, strategi usaha, pemasaran dan pembukuan. Setelah dilaksanakan sosialisasi hampir seluruh peserta dapat memahami tentang kapabilitas kewirausahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerja UMKM.

Abstract

This article describes the introduction of digital marketing to MSME owners in Gamer village. Digital marketing strategy is known as digital marketing, which is a marketing method carried out with the help of digital tools, especially the internet and the various applications it contains and tools that support the use of these media. A marketing method that really makes it easy for sellers and buyers to make online transactions. The method used in this study is qualitative by using the data that has been obtained. The results of this study indicate that there are still many Gamer villagers who do not understand and need knowledge education about digital marketing as a marketing strategy for SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the form of product innovation and marketing strategies implemented by culinary MSMEs in Pekalongan in order to improve the competitiveness of their businesses in the local market. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with explorative case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation from MSME actors who have been active for at least two years. The results showed that product innovation was carried out through menu diversification, the useof location materials, and creative packaging, while marketing strategies evolved towards digital, utilizing social media, food delivery services, and collaborative promotions. The integration between product innovation and marketing strategy has proven to increase turnover, expand the market, and strengthen the brand identity of MSMEs. This study recommends the need for training, mentoring, and supporting policies from local governments as well as collaboration with academics to strengthen the MSME ecosystem based on local potential.
