Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model yang mampu meningkatkan komitmen organisasional. Peran ganda (dual identity) anggota Partisipasi penting untuk meningkatkan komitmen yang dipengaruhi beberapa faktor diantaranya karakteristik individu, kepribadian, attitude, proses belajar, kemampuan, dan persepsi, serta motivasi. Faktor-faktor tersebut akan membangun komitmen organisasional dan akan mewujudkan tinggi-rendahnya partisipasi.Penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) sebagai alat analisis dengan jumlah sampel 116 responden. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kepribadian secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, motivasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, proses belajar secara langsung berpe-ngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan, kemampuan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, komitmen organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap partisipasi anggota.The purposes of this research was to enhance organizational commitment. Abstract

Abstract

Penerbitan Laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan  nampaknya memiliki pengaruh yang  kecil  terhadap fluktuasi  harga  saham sebagai  reaksi pasar yang berujud   revisi atau penyesuaian   harga di Pasar.   Penjelasan obyektif  mengenai    keadaan  ini adalah bahwa pemodal    lokal  masih merupakan investor jangka pendek yang kurang memperhatikan   masalah-masalah fundamental  (Kondisi  Internal   perusahaan).Beberapa  ahli  Ekonomi  dan peneliti keuangan   banyak  yang   berminat dan memiliki perhatian terhadap hubungan antara harga saham dan volume perdagangan sebagai hasil kerjasama mekanisme pasar, dan pengaruh informasi baru terhadap volume dan harga. Penelitian ini    mengarahkan perhatian kepada Pengaruh informasi laporan keuangan yang dipublikasikan terhadap fluktuasi  harga  saham pada Pasar Modal Indonesia. Tujuan penelition ini adalah  menjawab berbagai  pertanyaan  berikut  ini: (1). Apakah  ada  perbedaan  harga saham  di Bursa Efek Jakarta   antara sebelum   dan sesudah pemberitaan laporan keuangan pada event laporan keuangan dipublikasikan. (2).  Apakah laporan yang dipublikasikan mempunyai pengaruh   yang signifikan  terhadap perubahan harga saham di Bursa Efek Jakarta pada event laporan keuangan di  publikasikan. Dalam    penelitian   ini    ditemukan bahwa informasi  laporan keuangan tersebut memiliki pengaruh kecil terhadap  jluktuasi   harga  saham di BEJ.  Hal ini didukung  dengan penemuan pertuma bahwa ternyata 23   perusahaan yang  menjadi sampei hanya  60,87%  (14 perusahaan   sampel) menunjukkan adanya perbedaan harga sahamnya antara sebelum  dan sesudah publikasi  atau pemberitaan laporan keuangan. Guna  mendukung dan menganalisa hasil  penemuan  ini,  maka pada makalah ini  akan  dibagi  menjadi 5  bagian.  Bagian pertama akan mengulas  mengenai    beberapa   hasil riset     terakhir tentang harga saham dan latar belakang penelitian.  Bagian kedua mencoba menggambarkan kerangka berpikir.  Bagian  ketiga menggambarkan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, sedangkan bagian keempat mencoba mengembangkan metode penelitian dan hasilnya,  dan bagian terakhir akan dibahas mengenai hasil penelitian dan kemudian disimpulkan.

Abstract

Usaha kecil (UK) sebagai sektor yang banyak  menyerap tenaga kerja, namun sering mengalami beberapa masalah. Kondisi ini memunculkan tantangan pelaku UK untuk dapat menciptakan organisasi dengan daya saing tinggi serta kinerja yang memadai. Tujuan penelitian mengkaji fenomena yang mempengaruhi kesulitan UK sehingga perlu ditindaklanjuti dengan kajian organisasi, pemasaran, strategi UK yang dapat mempengaruhi proses pengembangan UK yang tangguh, mandiri dan sehat. Kajian  dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode casestudy dengan sampel 105 UK. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (a) Tingkat keberdayaan UK masih di bawah standar (kurang dari 50%). Indikator keberdayaan tersebut meliputi akses usaha, pasar, dan teknologi, (b) Prioritas pengembangan usaha kecil dilakukan dengan membuka peluang pasar, melakukan pelatihan dalam upaya membudayakan kewirausahaan serta menyediakan rumah dagang dan pemasaran usaha kecil (workshop). Pengembangan usaha kecil dapat dilakukan melalui Strategi pemberdayaan yang melibatkan secara aktif pemerintah, Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM), akademisi, swasta, dan pelaku usaha kecil, dan (c) Strategi pemberdayaan UK  dengan melakukan tindakan Nyata yang didasarkan pada prioritas/kritikal jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. (d) Prioritas yang perlu dilaksanakan adalah memberikan pelatihan manajemen dan kreativitas berproduksi, merintis rumah dagang, memetakan peluang Corporate Social Responsibilty (CSR), pelatihan penerapan teknologi tepatguna. Kata kunci : strategi pemberdayaan, aspek usaha, aspek pasar, dan aspek tekonologi. Small businesses(SB) has twodimensionscontradictory, as asectorthat absorbslabor, onthe other handthe SB oftenencountered some problems; such aspoor management, marketing difficulties, inadequatefacilities, capital, and entrepreneurial spiritlow. Thisconditionraiseschallenges for SB actorstobe able tocreatean organizationthat has thecapabilityand high competitivenessandadequate performance. The purpose ofthis paper was: examines the phenomenonthat affectsSBdifficulties: business ,market, and technology access  whichcanaffect theprocesstowardsthe development ofSBstrong, independentand healthy. These results indicatethat (a) SBempowermentlevelsin the study areais still low. This is evidenced byindicators ofempowermentthat isstillbelow the standard(less than50%). Theempowermentindicatorsincludeaccess tothe business, market, andtechnology, (b) Priority ofSB developmentis doneby opening upmarket opportunities, trainingas an effort tocultivateentrepreneurship, and providingtradehomeand SB marketing (workshop). SB developmentcanbe donethrough empowerment strategy actively involving government, NGOs, academia, private sectorss, and SB actors,  (c)SB empowermentstrategyinPekalongan city withrealactionwhich is based onthe priority /critical in short -termandlong-term. Forpriorityto be implementedis to providetraining in management andproductioncreativity, pioneeringtrading house, chartedCSRopportunities, applicationof appropriatetechnology training. Abstract

Human resources (HR) transformation is strongly guided in the industrial revolution 4.0 Era. The ability of users of information technology has an important role in the HR transformation. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of the application of information technology on the HR transformation with user capabilities as a moderating variable in the Savings and Loans Cooperative and Syari'ah Baitut Tamwil Muhammadiyah (KSPPS BTM) Central Java. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the all managers of KSPPS BTM in the Central Java region. Data analysis using simple linear regression. To test for the first hypothesis and the second hypothesis using the MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) method. The results show that the application of information technology has a positive and significant effect on HR transformation, while the moderating variable from the results of the second hypothesis test shows that the user ability variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the relationship between the application of information technology and HR transformation, but the user ability variable weakens the interaction between the variables of the application of information technology to the HR transformation. So it can be said that the user's ability is a potential moderating variable (Homologiser). Keywords: Application of Information Technology, User Capabilities, HR Transformation, Moderating Variables

Abstract

This study examines the factors that affect the volume of Shariah-based financing for results and its contribution to the SMEs development in Indonesia. The determinant of sharia-based financing covers, third party funds, financing problems (non-performing Finance), inflation rates, interest rates on working capital loans, investment credit interest rate, and the gross domestic product.  This study uses secondary data sourced from Indonesian Banking statistics published by Bank Indonesia with the observation period between 2007-2014. The analytical method used is descriptive and multiple regression. The results showed that the Gross Domestic Product, Third Party Funds and investment credit interest rates positive and significant impact on the volume of sharing based financing. The development of Shariah banking financing in the development of SMEs in Indonesia during 2007-2014 has increased fluctuate, but generally still has significant prospects. Shari'ah banking financing contribution in the SMEs development is needed because there are still many SMEs which have not obtained financing facility.  Keywords: Shari’ah financing, Shari'ah commercial banks, Micro small and medium enterprises (SMEs)

Abstract

eamwork is becoming increasingly important to wide range of operations. It applies to all levels of the company. It is just as important for top executives as it is to middle management, supervisors and shop floor workers. Poor teamwork at any level or between levels can seriously damage organizational effectiveness. The focus of this paper was therefore to examine whether leadership practices consist of team leader behavior, conflict resolution style and openness in communication significantly influenced the team member’s satisfaction in hotel industry. Result indicates that team leader behavior and the conflict resolution style significantly influenced team member satisfaction. It was surprising that openness in communication did not affect significantly to the team members’ satisfaction.

Abstract

Ekonomi Development in Pekalongan city had to attention in district economi issues. The meaning of economic development was effort had to done by government and planned in certainty time for changing and rising public walfare level. One of economix development aspects was economix grownth with only see 3 indicator factors were PDRB, Income percapita dan population growth.This research purposes were to know economic and bussinses indicator include index of coincident indicators, index of leading indicator, bussiness confidence index and consumer confidence index.The result research of the study indicate that PDRB and composit coincident index move to gether, but since 1998 : 4 condition changed where this both indexes move to far and not stabilily move, example 1991: I , 2 ; 2000 : 3 . 4 : 2001 : 1 , 3 both indexes had different arrow and 1999 :3.4:2000: 1 ,2 ; 2O01: 2 .4 both indexes had same arrow. This condition was becaused instability economy in economic crisis and political change in Indonesia. Index of leading indicator in first threemonths period tend lead PDRB index wilh moving arrow until 1991 : 1 , except 1996: 1 ,3 , 4 : 1997 : 2 ; 1998 : 3 , 4 Since 1992 : 2 both indexes too far, however they can be growth economy.Coincident index can be also predicted PDRB index. First threemonths 2002 decreased about - 0,01 for fourth threemonths 2001.. Index of leading indicator can be predicted third threemonths 2002 will be increased together with increase economic index about 0,207.

Abstract

The efforts to increase the rice production are made by the agricultural development strategy, namely intensification, extensification, diversification, and rehabilition, has been ratting in a five Year Development Plant. The result of this strategy have been sufficiently promosing and able to promote the dignity and prstige of our nation in the world, since self sufficiency of the rice  has been achieved in 1984. Whith respect to theis development there still have another problem, that is, the land productivity reduces. One of alternatives is organic fertilizer Used. The objective of the study is to understand the different between technical efficiency and incame distribution in paddy farm based on fertilizer used. The study is carry out at Central Java as one of the potential paddy farm in Java. Data is collected from the Central Bureau of Statistics in Jakarta. The study result shows , the level of technical efficiency of organic fertilizer used relatively higher than nonorganic fertilizer from paddy farm. In term of income distrivution, nonorganic fertilizer used is better than organic fertilizer used.

Abstract

Penanganan masalah korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme (KKN) di Indonesia belum menunjukkan kemajuan yang berarti, kecuali banyaknya pembahasan masalah ini di masyarakat. Sebagai permasalahan sosial-politik secara umum atau sebagai kasus masalah tertentu. kasus-kasus korupsi memang sering muncul sebgai berita hangat di berbagai media selama beberapa waktu. Akan tetapi setelah diberikan tanggapan sekedarnya oleh pemerintah dengan sesuatu indakan penagan kemudian hilang lagi tanpa ada peyelesaian nyata. Muncul lagik kemudian hilang lagi dengan cepat. Harapan masyarakat dengan membahas bersama, mempermasalahkan dan memprotes praktek KKN adalah untuk menghilangkannya. Sedang yang terlihat, seperti berbagai masalah lain, setelah beberapa waktu diributkan kemudian menjadi sepi kembali.KKN sebagai implikasi dari suatu sikap hudup yang mengandung unsur "lebih besar pasak dari tiang" yang secara sadar atau tidak telah menggejala pada masyarakat Indonesia, baik sebagai perilaku bersama maupun pribadi. Sikap demikian menunmbuhkan tindakan mencari jalan pintas dengan berbagai cara yang melanggar hukum atau peraturan atau nilai, untuk mencapai apa yan diinginkan. Pelanggaran pelanggaran ini dilakukan dengan tindakan korupsi, kolusi dan nepotisme atau KKN. Menghilangkan KKN dari masyaraat kita berarti menginggalkan sikap hidup ini dan menggantinnya dengan sikap baru yang mendasarkan pada sikap untuk hidup sesuai dengan kemmampuan sendiri, sesuai dengan jerih payah sendiri.
