Abstract

The case of maternal mortality in Subang Regency is still high. One of the pockets of the problem lies in the youth group. Teenagers with anemia, teens with unwanted pregnancies, teens with early marriage, to free sex. The root cause of the emergence of these problems is the lack of knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of adolescent reproductive health in the students of SMP N 2 Subang. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods through data analysis in the form of interviews, observations and document studies. Informants in this study were principals, vice principals for curriculum, biology subject teachers, and students of SMPN 2 Subang. The research location is SMP N 2 Subang. The results of the study show the following: (1) Planning has not been effective because it has not represented the school's vision based on a healthy environment (2) Organizing has been running effectively, there are responsibilities and organizational structures (3) Implementation has not been effective because there are limited media/teaching materials (4 ) Supervision has not been effective because there is no compliance control for consuming blood-added tablets (5) The evaluation is effective because it involves the principal, vice principal in curriculum, Biology subject teachers and students (6) The inhibiting factor lies in the lack of learning media, lack of education and lack of supervision.

Abstract

Conflict in educational organizations is an unavoidable dynamic along with the growth and development of the organization. Conflicts arise as differences in interests between various parties, both the organizing body, the implementing agency and the students themselves as a result of competition, differences in socio-economic backgrounds, ethnic differences, individual characteristics and various other differences. To a certain extent, in order for the organization to run dynamically, conflict also needs to be created. In order to control conflict so that it has a positive impact on organizational growth, proper conflict management is needed. In this paper, a study of conflict management is carried out in theological, philosophical and theoretical perspectives to produce an appropriate conflict management formulation for the world of education. Theologically, it is stated in Islam that humans are basically created differently, in tribes and nations to know each other. The highest rank in front of Allah SWT are those who believe the most. In addition, Islam stipulates that conflict resolution must be based on the principles of justice, mercy (compassion) and collaboration. Philosophically, in the perspective of existentialism philosophy, conflict is a clash of individuals or groups in the context of self-existence. So that each existence does not nullify each other, arrangements are needed based on the principles of the existence of each individual/group, togetherness and justice. Whereas theoretically, in Dahrendorf's perspective, conflict is an unavoidable symptom in social groups, so that in its solution a coercive instrument is needed in the form of domination and elements of power. Based on the three perspectives above, conflict management in the world of education should be designed in such a way as to create dynamics that allow each individual/group involved to increase their capacity and existence in order to become knowledgeable and pious people. Conflict management must also uphold the spirit of justice, mercy, fair competition, dialogue, negotiation and collaboration between individuals/groups which in its implementation requires coercive regulations that are mutually agreed upon by each element in the organization.

Abstract

Karakter kewirausahaan ada pada setiap orang yang menyukai perubahan, pembaharuan, kemajuan dan tantangan, apapun profesinya. Ikut campurnya politik dalam pendidikan sudah ada sejak jaman reformasi yang menimbulkan banyaknya gejolak Perspektif religius tentang kewirausahaan juga berbeda, karena umumnya memerlukan narasi dan praktik yang spesifik dan terperinci. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan atau literatur review. Melalui nilai spiritual kewirausahaan yang diinternalisasikan di Pondok Pesantren mengandung nilai-nilai agama dan kewirausahaan berdasarkan Ibadah kepada Tuhan dan Khidmah (pengabdian bagi umat manusia), dimana semua kegiatan bisnis dan ekonomi yang dilakukan ditujukan untuk beribadah kepada Allah SWT serta untuk kepentingan masyarakat. Entrepreneurship meliputi pembangunan pembentukan sebuah perusahaan baru, kegiatan kewirausahaan juga merupakan kemampuan managerial yang diperlukan oleh seorang entrepreneur. Tidaklah cukup menjadi seorang pengusaha sekedar bisa menghitung uang, banyak hal yang harus dipelajari oleh seorang entrepreneur agar menjadi pengusaha tangguh, kompeten,tahan banting, kuat dan sukses. Pemerintah diharapkan membantu menghimbau dan mengingatkan para pengusaha untuk mempelajari juga ilmu lainnya sebagai pondasi dan benteng dalam menjaga jiwa entrepreneurship

Abstract

The school organization is an association under school management that aims to help create an effective condition for school activities. School management is related to the smooth functioning of the school as a whole. While school organization is about the organization of school resources, events, and personnel, organization in general is a systematic and effective association / relationship to achieve the desired results. This study aims to find out how the procedures for managing school organizations in order to create effective schools. In this study, researchers used a case study approach. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that in carrying out school organizational management activities it involves an element of awareness of a sense of belonging so that the motivation to do school work is carried out optimally in accordance with mutually agreed terms. Through careful, systematic and diligent planning, as well as cooperation from various parties, a quality school organizational management system can be produced.
