Abstract

In the current digital era, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need digital tools to facilitate their business processes. Binong Subdistrict, as one of the subdistricts that has many MSMEs, faces challenges in encouraging technology adoption among MSME owners. To overcome this problem, the authors introduce BukuWarung, a digital financial platform, as a practical solution to optimize financial recording. The process involves training and mentoring structured in four steps: outreach, training and mentoring, and evaluation. The results show that MSMEs now better understand the important role of financial management and have successfully adopted BukuWarung for their financial recording needs. In conclusion, socialization and training on the use of the Buku Warung application in Binong Village succeeded in increasing the understanding and skills of MSMEs in utilizing digital technology to support their business.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yang berjudul Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan LingkunganKerja Fisik Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada PT Rajawali Berdikari Indonesia adalah untukmengetahui adanya pengaruh baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Poplasipada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Internal PT Rajawali Berdikari Indonesia Wilayah Depok yangberjumlah 61 orang. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Sampel Jenuh atau menjadikanseluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisisregresi linear berganda. Analisis koefisien korelasi, dan uji hipotesis dengan mengunakan uji-t dan ujif, serta menggunakan uji asumsi klasi dengan pengolahan data menggunakan program aplikasi Ms.Excell dan SPSS v.26. dari hasil uji-t secara parsial kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap turnover intention dengan nilai t hitung 5.359 > t tabel (1.670) dengan tarafsignifikan 0.05 (5%). Sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap turnover intention dengan nilai t hitung 2.387 > t tabel (1.670) dengan taraf signifikan 0.05(5%). Secara simultan kecerdasan emosional dan lingkungan kerja fisik memiliki pengaruh secarabersama-sama terhadap turnover intention. Koefisien determinasi sebesar .420 atau (42%) sedangkansisanya 58% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of local religious and Diniyah curriculum implementation in strengthening students’ religious character, while identifying its impacts, supporting factors, and challenges. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis in selected primary and secondary schools that implement local religious and Diniyah programs. Informants included school principals, teachers of local religious and Diniyah subjects, and students, selected using purposive and snowball sampling techniques. Data were analyzed interactively through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing with verification. The findings indicate that the implementation of local religious and Diniyah curriculum is systematically integrated into intramural, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities, positively influencing students’ religious character, such as increased discipline in worship, honesty, responsibility, and social care. The successful implementation is supported by strong community religiosity, engagement of religious institutions, and educational policy. However, challenges remain, including limited qualified educators, infrastructure constraints, and students’ diverse religious backgrounds. Overall, the study highlights that effective management of local religious and Diniyah curriculum can serve as a model for character education based on Islamic values in broader educational contexts.
