Abstract

Implementation of Ijarah and Ijarah Muntahia Bit-Tamlik (IMBT) in Islamic banking in Indonesia. Islamic banking in Indonesia has been growing significantly it is shown from the Performa of increasing the number of Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia. The products of Islamic banking has also been increasing with variety type of contracts and more competitive to opt the market and adjustable according to the people need. Among the popular products on Islamic Banking which do not exist in conventional banks are Ijarah and Ijarah Muntahia Bit-Tamlik (IMBT), in this case the author found that the contract of IMBT is a solution in providing the low cost of Loans for Housing to the community, but it is still rarely used in Islamic Banking, because of the lack of knowledge and practical exploration on the IMBT contract.

Abstract

This study analyzes how resistance to halal labeling policies among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) owners has influenced the experiences and challenges in educating about and implementing halal food policies in Indonesia, and even globally, particularly among food and beverage providers serving daily meals to the public. The MSME owner respondents interviewed for this study have been operating their businesses for a relatively long time and have been selling food and beverages without a halal label. A questionnaire was used to collect data on the reasons for rejection and its prevalence. Semi-structured interviews were conducted to explore key topics within thematic narratives. The research found that MSME owners’ resistance to halal labeling occurred covertly. This resistance stemmed from the miscommunication of the halal labeling policy and the differing understanding of halal standards among MSME owners, religious perspectives, and government regulations. Objections to the complex procedures and costs involved were also significant factors contributing to this resistance. MSME owners have not yet recognized the benefits of halal labeling for business growth and innovation, and instead, focus primarily on the immediate survival of their businesses to meet daily needs. MSMEs need assistance from other parties to advance and innovate. The resistance and contestation of halal values in MSMEs could potentially lead to violations of the principles of Islamic law, particularly in production and consumption.

Abstract

Perubahan iklim, degradasi lingkungan, dan meningkatnya angka kemiskinan menjadi isu global yang saling berkaitan dan mendesak untuk diatasi. Dalam konteks ini, sektor perbankan, khususnya perbankan syariah, memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan melalui implementasi green banking. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana implementasi green banking dilakukan di sektor perbankan syariah di Indonesia serta kontribusinya terhadap pencapaian Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan pertama (SDGs 1), yaitu pengentasan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, mengkaji berbagai dokumen seperti laporan tahunan bank, regulasi pemerintah, serta artikel jurnal ilmiah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbankan syariah mulai menerapkan prinsip green banking melalui pembiayaan ramah lingkungan, efisiensi energi, digitalisasi layanan, serta pengelolaan dana sosial Islam (ZISWAF) untuk memberdayakan kelompok miskin dan rentan. Kontribusi ini terlihat dari pembiayaan UMKM hijau, pembangunan desa tangguh, pelatihan kewirausahaan, dan peningkatan inklusi keuangan. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa green banking dapat menjadi instrumen efektif dalam mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan. Namun, tantangan masih dihadapi, seperti keterbatasan pemahaman, regulasi, dan komitmen institusi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kolaborasi antarpemangku kepentingan untuk memperkuat peran green banking dalam mencapai pembangunan berkelanjutan yang inklusif dan adil.

Abstract

Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dibentuk dengan tujuan untuk memastikan bahwa seluruh kegiatan dalam sektor jasa keuangan berlangsung secara teratur, adil, transparan, dan akuntabel. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya masih terdapat kendala, seperti kesalahan pelaporan informasi debitur oleh Pelapor SID. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Sistem Layanan Informasi Keuangan (SLIK) OJK dalam meningkatkan transparansi akses layanan informasi debitur di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SLIK OJK berperan penting dalam menyediakan data kredit yang terintegrasi, akurat, dan komprehensif dari berbagai lembaga keuangan. Melalui SLIK, baik lembaga keuangan maupun debitur dapat dengan mudah mengakses informasi seperti riwayat pembayaran, plafon kredit, dan kualitas kredit. SLIK telah berjalan secara efisien dan transparan, serta didukung oleh mekanisme pengawasan dan perlindungan data yang ketat, sehingga mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan dan mendukung stabilitas sektor keuangan di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the tour leader service in accompanying Umrah pilgrims at PT. Bengkulu Syiar Haramain Bengkulu City and to determine the suitability of tour leader services with five service quality indicators. The focus of the study is directed at the service aspects provided by tour leaders to Umrah pilgrims and their suitability with five service quality dimensions, namely physical evidence (tangibles), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (assurance), and empathy (empathy). This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection methods through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the tour leader service of PT. Bengkulu Syiar Haramain is classified as good and has met the service quality standards, although there are still shortcomings in terms of reliability, namely the timeliness of distribution of Umrah pilgrim equipment, so it still requires improvement to increase pilgrim satisfaction.
