First, to see how the operational standards were enforced before the pandemic. Second, to see how the differences in services after the pandemic are seen from the planning changes and innovations that Shafira made during the covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the authors used qualitative research methods. The qualitative method is used because it is considered practical to describe and explain service procedures before the pandemic. Then, for data collection techniques, the author uses triagulation techniques, namely data collection by observing, utilizing documentation, and interviews. The results of this study explain that Shafira before the pandemic had carried out service standards in accordance with those set by the government. Then for planning changes, Shafira has done for the good and did it gradually and carefully, but the leadership did not involve employees who were affected by changes in the work system. Then, the innovations made were by changing the work system and implementing health protocols, but not increasing digital capabilities because they had done it before the pandemic.

Abstract

The technique used for this research is a quantitative. This study uses an associative hypothesis. The author uses data analysis and classical hypothesis testing and multiple linear regression to respond to the research design. This study obtained six responses from all summary statements related to products, prices, and promotions. Here are the instructions: First, product (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) data affect purchasing decisions (Y) are affected simultaneously. the p value of the three variables is 0,000. Second, product (X1), price (X2), and promotion (X3) can have a major effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The p value of the three variables is 0.000 < 0.05. Third, the correlation value of purchasing decisions obtained by the product, price, and promotion variables is 0.970. This value indicates a very high value regarding the independent and dependent variables. Fourth, the product gets 0.617, the price is 0.905, and the promotion is 0.815. This determines the price-related value obtained by a very strong distribution result, then a moderate product contribution, and a strong promotional contribution. Fifth, the dominant price variable value is 0.905. Sixth, the regression model is intended to predict future purchasing decisions, because the SEE value is smaller than the standard deviation, namely 1.255 < 5.448.

Abstract

Online learning methods can indeed be an alternative solution to the pandemic situation, but that doesn't mean it's without risks. Cyber risks can vary widely, ranging from cyberbullying, victimization, game addiction, privacy concerns, harmful content, and also eye health problems. These risks can cause serious problems, especially for children aged 5 to 12 years. One of the guidelines for the parental involvement model to assist the healthy use of information technology is ABC's. ABC is an acronym for Age-Appropriate Access, Balance, and Content Restricted. In the ABC's model, specific recommendations and examples are given on how to set boundaries so that the use of technology remains healthy and useful. On the other hand, the Digital Quotient (DQ) Institute provides a micro-certification system called the DQ Micro-Badge (DQ MB) which is listed in the IEEE 3527.1-2020 standard. DQ MB is used to assist in the assessment of a person's digital skills according to the Global Standards. This study measures the relationship between ABC's parenting method and the achievement of DQ MB Balanced Use of Technology. Respondents used are parents who have children aged kindergarten - elementary school in the city of Surabaya. From 379 respondents' data, it was analyzed and obtained the fact that parenting using ABC's approach is proven to affect the level of digital intelligence based on the DQ MB Balanced

This study employed three methods of data collection: observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants include the Head Section and the staff working at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Gresik Regency. Data were analyzed using the stages offered by Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results show that the division’s staff workload was relatively heavy.
