Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing patterns/channels and marketing functions performed by each marketing agency for soy milk by analyzing the level of marketing efficiency received by each marketing agency for flavored soy milk in Pauh Menang Village, Pamenang District, Merangin Regency.            In this research, the method of determining respondents is the case study method, where the research is focused on a particular object and conclusions are drawn only limited to the object under study. Namely, the flavored soy milk industry in Pauh Menang Village,Pamenang District, Merangin Regency. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research includes the analysis of marketing patterns, marketing functions and marketing efficiency.            The results of this study indicate that the marketing channel of flavored soy milk in Pauh Menang Village, Pamenang District, Merangin Regency consists of 3 marketing patterns, namely pattern I: producer-consumer, Pattern II: producer - retailer - consumer in pattern III: producer - wholesaler - retailer - consumer . The marketing functions carried out by the marketing agency for flavored soy milk include exchange functions, physical functions, and facility functions. The three marketing channels for flavored soy milk in Pauh Menang Village, Pamenang District, Merangin Regency are efficient because channel I is efficient with a Farmer's share value of 100%, channel II is efficient with a Farmer's share value of 60%, and channel III is also efficient with a Farmer's share value. 50%.Keywords: Marketing Patterns and Channels, Marketing Functions, Marketing Efficiency, Soy Milk

Abstract

This research activity was carried out at the Laboratory of the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Muara Bungo Sungai Binjai and on Jl. Onion bone unit 3 Rimbo Mulyo Village, Kec. Rimbo Bujang Kab. Tebo, Jambi Province. This research activity was carried out for 2 months starting from 02 March - 02 April 2022. The aim of the research was to obtain information about whether storage duration affects the viability of cocoa seeds of the Criollo variety and to obtain optimal storage duration for the viability of cacao seeds of the Criollo variety.            The design used in this study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 3 replications, the treatments were: P0 : 0 MSS (Week After Storage) = 0 Days After Storage, P1:1 MSS (Week After Storage) = 7 Days After Saving, P2 : 2 MSS (Week After Saving) = 14 Days After Saving, P3 : 3 MSS (Week After Saving) = 21 Days After Saving, P4 : 4 MSS (Week After Saving) = 28 Days After Saving, P5 : 5 MSS (Week After Save) = 35 Days After Save.            Parameters observed were seed moisture content after storage (%), germination rate (%), normal sprouts (%), abnormal sprouts, dead sprouts (%), hypocotyl length, root length, shoot length, as well as supporting data (determining room temperature and humidity). Data obtained from observations were analyzed statistically using variance. If there is a significant effect, then proceed with the Duncan New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at 5% level.            The results showed that the storage time of the criollo variety cocoa seeds on the viability of cocoa seeds had a very significant effect on the moisture content of the seeds after storage, germination, normal sprouts, dead shoots, long hypocotyl root length, shoot length, and had no significant effect on sprouts. abnormal. Treatments P0, P1 and P2 at 0 MSS to 2 MSS gave good treatment of the moisture content of the seeds after the storage period on the viability of the seeds on the effect of storage duration of the criollo variety cocoa seeds.

Abstract

Research on the Effect of Applying Liquid Organic Fertilizer from Plantain Waste on the Growth and Yield of Curly Chili (Capsicum annum L) Hybrid Trophy Varieties was carried out from January 1 2022 to May 1 2022. In the Community Agricultural Land in Sungai Keruh Village, Tebo Tengah District, it is located at an altitude of 121 m asl. With the aim to determine the effect of applying Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) from plantain waste and the best dose dosage on the growth and yield of curly chili (Capsicum annum L) trophy hybrid variety.              This experiment used a completely randomized design (CRD) which consisted of 5 treatments and 4 replications, with the following treatments: P0 (without applying liquid organic fertilizer), P1 (given POC (banana peel waste) at a dose of 400 ml/polybag), P2 (given POC (banana peel waste) at a dose of 500 ml/polybag), P3 (given POC (banana peel waste) at a dose of 600 ml/polybag) and P4 (given POC (banana peel waste) at a dose of 700 ml/polybag).  The above treatment was repeated 4 times (5 x 4 = 20 experimental units). Each experimental unit consisted of 3 plants so that 20 x 3 = 60 plants were obtained, all of the 3 plants per experimental unit were sampled.  The results and conclusions obtained are that the application of various doses of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) from plantain waste has a significant effect on Plant Height (cm), Stem Circumference (cm), Total Leaf Area, Total number of fruits per plant (fruit), and Fruit weight per plant (gr) curly chili (Capsicum annum L). The best treatment for the growth of curly chili (Capsicum annum L) and the yield of curly chili (Capsicum annum L) of the trophy hybrid variety was P3 with a dose of 600 ml/polybag
