Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, teknik, evaluasi, tindak lanjut, dan implikasinya pengelolaan SDM Di SMA Negeri 5 Mataram. Hasil penelitian yaitu: 1) Perencanaan pengelolaan SDM di SMA Negeri 5 Mataram: a) Mempertimbangan secara demokratis, b) Penempatan guru yang berkompoten dan profesional pertimbangan psikologis, c) Menjaga kualitas dan peningkatan SDM memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ahli di bidang IT, d) Di bentuk tim kecil dengan tugas menemukan permasalahan sekolah, e) Secara bersama melalui rapat kerja tahunan (RAKER), f) Kesejahteraan guru, g) Menyelesaikan masalah secara kekeluargaan. 2) Pengelolaan SDM (Guru) di SMA Negeri 5 Mataram: a) Memperkuat dan memperkokoh atribut Smala, iklim kerja humanis serta kultur (kebersamaan, keteladanan, dan (5 S), b ) Buadaya melek IT, c) Memiliki sasaran mutu, d) Pendekatan individual (supervisi klinis). 3) Teknik evaluasi pengelolaan SDM (Guru) di SMA Negeri 5 Mataram: a) membangun kerja sama tim, b) kesadaran pribadi, reward dan 3) penerpan program unggulan 5S, c) aturan tidak terlalu ketat, d) Program kerja, silabus, RPP sudah terjadwal khusus diawal tahun pelajaran secara serentak di kontrol kepala sekolah, e) menjadikan mereka (guru) mampu bersatu, berkerja sama, memahami, menerima satu sama lain menuju tujuan bersama, f) Guru-guru di Smala bersikap sesuai tuntutan yang tercermin 4 kompetensi, g) pemanfaatan guru produktif untuk kreatif dalam bekerja, kemampuan computer mereka di atas rata-rata, mampu membuat buku pedoman pendidikn SMA Negeri 5 Mataram, dan Guru IN (Instruktur Nasional) dan guru instruktur provinsi, h) Kepemimpinan partisipan, i) Kegiatan menjadi Pembina, panitia/mengawas, pelatihan, seminar, sosialisasi, dan sebagainnya. 4) Tindak lanjut dari hasil pengelolaan SDM(Guru) di SMA Negeri 5 Mataram: a) mempertimbangkan 4 model manajemen pengelolaan SDM, b) Mempertimbangkan kondisi internal dan eksternal, c) Mempersiapkan prioritas melet IT, d) Menyesuaikan perubahan eksternal, e) Menggunakan analisis SWOT d, f) Menyatukan persepsi guru, g) Melakukan koordinasi dengan bawahan atas tupoksi yang telah dibebankan, h) Mempertimbangkan secara professional dan secara psikologis, i) Memperkuat sistem yang sudah berjalan, j) Fokus pada visi misi dan tujuan sekolah. 5) Implikasi pelaksanaan pengelolaan SDM (Guru) di SMA Negeri 5 Mataram: a) Guru-guru dengan rasa kekeluargaan, b) rotasi tugas pertimbangan kualitas kerjanya, c) Pemberian insentif, d) Memiliki tim yang kuat, e) Komitmen dan kerja sama guru. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia.

Abstract

Environmental preservation needs to be considered to avoid conflicts and social protests in the mining world, especially in the communities around the mines. Conflicts of social resistance and efforts to preserve the environment through protests to preserve the environment in West Nusa Tenggara. This research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this research indicate that exploration permits without regard to sociological and ecological conditions cause social conflict. Furthermore, the form of social conflict is in the form of demonstrations and protests on a large scale by closing the main access to West Nusa Tenggara - East Nusa Tenggara, burning state facilities and social vulnerability. It is hoped that the results of this research are related to the policies and granting of mining business licenses to pay more attention to social problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was: (1) to identify and analyze patterns of gender education in children in single-parent families; (2) to identify and analyze patterns of sexuality education in children in single-parent families. The research uses a qualitative approach case study method. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study use qualitative data analysis techniques with the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results found (1) The pattern of gender education in children in single-parent families in East Aikmel Village uses methods / patterns of treatment shown through providing full access and support to children in every positive activity without gender restrictions, children are prohibited from committing physical violence and being rude to their playmates, children are asked to love and respect each other between siblings; (2) The dominant pattern of sexuality education in children in single-parent families in East Aikmel Village is the pattern of limb recognition, which is shown through single parent, teaching children the function and how to use the left and right hands appropriately, teach children private body parts such as buttocks, chest, and genitals, teach boys if they want to pee then the penis will become tense, and provide illustrations to dolls and show body parts to dolls that must be covered and guarded.

Abstract

Popular culture disseminated through social media has driven a transformation in masculine values within urban communities, particularly among men who use fashion and skincare products. This study aims to examine the shift in masculinity values from traditional to modern and to analyze the social interaction processes among male fashion users in Mataram. Employing a qualitative phenomenological approach, data were collected via in-depth interviews with twelve male informants actively engaged with fashion and skincare. Analysis was conducted using phenomenological reduction techniques, along with source and time triangulation. The findings indicate that traditional masculinity centered on physical strength and dominance has shifted toward a more flexible, reflective, and self-care–oriented modern masculinity. Social interactions occur directly through peer groups and indirectly via social media, which serves as a platform for exchanging new masculine symbols and identities. These findings highlight the importance of reconstructing understandings of masculinity within the context of popular culture and digital technology, offering theoretical contributions to gender, media, and cultural sociology studies.
