Abstract

In everyday life sometimes many people leave the lights at home alive even though they are empty. As it is known that lights are lighting devices that are very important for any activity, but often there are difficulties in controlling lights because they are still done manually, so there is often negligence in their use. Current control conditions still use the principle of controlling lights at close range. This of course results in excessive waste of electricity when traveling a considerable distance. By using a mobile home-based light control system and Blynk server, it aims to save electricity usage and make it easier to control lights from a certain distance. This system is created by using wifi technology that receives messages from clients that will be processed with the Blynk application that allows users to control home lights using Android. NodeMCU ESP8266 as a microcontroller, and the output is a relay to control the system to be on / off position. By controlling using Blynk, this tool can be operated with an Android smartphone that the majority of its users are supported by equipment that is easily available so that the house looks inhabited even though it is empty. So using the tools we make makes it easier for users to control it without having to be afraid of excessive electricity use.

Abstract

The Plantation Service is an implementing element of the regional autonomy of the Provincial Government led by a head of service who is domiciled under and responsible to the governor through the regional secretary. The duties of the plantation office include carrying out the function of formulating policies in the fields of plantation production, plantation protection, farming, plantation business facilities, licensing implementation, guidance, assistance in the plantation sector. The plantation office is ready to grow young agricultural entrepreneurs by providing business capital assistance to the community and farmer groups every year. With the existence of farmer group capital assistance, it will create more young farmers who will change the image of farmers, farmer group assistance is one of the activities in order to realize the regeneration of farmers designed for the development, skills, and entrepreneurial spirit of the younger generation in agriculture. problems that occur in providing farmer group assistance, one of which is still the provision of assistance that is not on target, causing the provision of assistance not to people who need help, so that the utilization of this assistance is not optimal. In addition, the provision of assistance is done manually, making it less efficient in any way. To overcome these problems, a system is needed that can help assess real and objective prospective beneficiaries. This assessment uses calculations based on the criteria for prospective beneficiaries with the highest ranking system. In this system, the calculation is done using datamining with the C5.0 algorithm. In testing the methods and algorithms in this study, it produces a decision tree with the first root of information and technology services, then the next root is bookkeeping administration, then the last rood is routine meetings. With the root, researchers can decide which farmer groups receive assistance. the results of the decision tree are implemented into the RStudio programming language.

Abstract

The research aims to develop a classification model that is effective in identifying hoax news. The rapid development of information technology has had a significant impact on the dissemination of information, especially in the context of the spread of hoaxes via the internet. Hoaxes, or fake news, can cause misperceptions and negative impacts on various aspects of people's lives. To classify hoax news, this research was carried out using the Naive Bayes algorithm. The data used comes from various sources and involves stages of data collection, data analysis, and preprocessing processes. Modeling uses the Naive Bayes Algorithm, which applies the law of probability, to calculate the confidence or probability that a news item falls into the fraud category. The data preprocessing process includes tokenization, case transformation, stopwords filter, and tokens filter (by Length), which aims to improve the quality of the analyzed data. Model evaluation was carried out using cross-validation, confusion matrix, and classification report methods. The evaluation results show that the model accuracy is 73.91%, with a deviation of 1.04%. The results of this research can be used to classify hoax news properly. This model can be used as an initial reference in developing more complex prediction models.
