Abstract

Government performance can be seen from the performance of employees or government officials. Competence is one of the main abilities that every employee must have. Motivation becomes a driving force for employees to carry out an activity in order to get the best results. The problems in this study are: The management of archives which is considered not optimal and not in accordance with the mechanism, the low ability of employees to complete work or tasks that are not rated maximally, the level of employee discipline is still low because if an employee is motivated he will come on time. This study aims to determine how much influence competence and motivation have on employee performance at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Lebak Regency. This research method used is quantitative. The population is 40 people consisting of Civil Servants and Non Civil Servants. The sampling technique used was Boring Sample sampling. The results of the study state that competence has a positive and significant influence between the competency variable on employee performance, with a value (X1) tcount> ttable (5.091> 1.687). While motivation has tcount> ttable 3,616 ˃ 1,687) then H2 is accepted, it means that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. And the F test shows that Fcount> F table (42.703> 3.25), it can be concluded that competence and motivation simultaneously influence employee performance. The conclusion is that there is an influence between competence, work motivation on employee performance in the PMD Kab. Lebak. Suggestions from research: the competence of each employee must be more capable, and motivation is another thing that must be considered by superiors, the quality of employee performance must be improved and leadership must be firm.

Abstract

There are still disparities of income received by employees, especially in the mechanical parts. Which in practice both old and new employees there are differences in income that impact on the productivity of new employees. And mutual rely on the work appeared as lacking fairness of the payment by the company, in which employment and hours of work they do together and help each other. And productivity levels seen in public transport companies PO. Rudi showed a decrease and less than the maximum. This study has the formulation of the problem: 1. How remuneration in the public transport company PO. Rudi 2. How does the productivity of labor on public transport company PO. Rudi 3. Is there any influence on the productivity of labor wages in the public transport company PO. Rudi. This study aims: 1. To find out how the remuneration on public transport company PO. Rudi. 2. To know how is labor productivity in the public transport company PO. Rudi. 3. To determine the effect of the salary increase employee productivity in the public transport company PO. Rudi.The method used in this study is causal and quantitative research with a sample of 80 respondents, using the technique of saturated sample, the data collection technique used observation, questionnaire, literature study, data analysis techniques using regression analysis, Spearman correlation rank, the coefficient of determination, t test.

Abstract

Human resources are an important factor in achieving goals for the company. Good human resource management can be seen from the performance level of these employees. Many factors influence employee performance in a company, including leadership style, job satisfaction and work motivation. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of leadership style, job satisfaction and work motivation together on employee performance at PT. Farmsco Feed Indonesia. This research was conducted using quantitative methods. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Farmsco Feed Indonesia, amounting to 1270 people. The research sample is a number of population members whose collection uses a random sampling technique whose number is determined to be 93 people using the Slovin formula. Data analysis using descriptive-inferential analysis. The results showed that: (1) there was a very significant influence on the leadership style variable on employee performance (2) there is a very significant influence of the Job Satisfaction variable on Employee Performance (3) there is a very significant influence on the work motivation variable on employee performance (4) there is a very significant influence on the variable Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation simultaneously (jointly) on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Climate and Motivation either partially or simultaneously on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Lebak Regency.The independent variable in this study is organizational climate and work motivation and the dependent variable is job satisfaction.The method used in this research is quantitative method which is analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The sample was taken by simple random sampling method with the Yamane formula where the respondents were 56 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The statistical test used is data normality testing, multicollinearity, heterocdasticity, autocorrelation, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing (t test) using the help of the SPSS V 21 program.The results showed that partially organizational climate has no positive effect but has a significant effect on job satisfaction. And the research results show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, simultaneously or together that organizational climate and work motivation affect job satisfaction at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Lebak Regency. The dominant variable that affects job satisfaction is work motivation.The conclusion from the results of the recapitulation of responses is categorized as quite good, namely, the responses of respondents regarding Organizational Climate with a percentage of 80.2%, Work Motivation having a percentage of 73.6%. And Job Satisfaction has a percentage of 73% which is good enough. Organizational climate and work motivation together have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The issuer’s steps ini managing its finance are always faced with investment decisions, funding decisions, and policies to determine how much dividends must be distributed to shareholders. This study aims to determine the effect of ROA and dividend policy agains Stock Prices on food and beverage sub sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2014-2018 period. The research method used in the study uses the causative method. The population examined in this study is a company enganged in the costumer godds sector listed on the IDX with the 2013-2017 financial reporting period. Fifty five sample were collected using purposive sampling method. Data analysis used is multiple regression lineer. The results show that ROE does not have a positive effect on dividend policy, which is indicated by the sig value of 0,008 < 0,05. Sales Growth has a negative effect on dividend policy, indicated by the sig value of 0,239 > 0,05. The Stock Price has a negative effect on dividend policy, indicated by the sig value of 0,901 > 0,05. Simultaneously, ROE, Sales Growt and Stock Prices effect Dividend Policy, indicated by the sig value of 0,032<0,05. This research is limited by the number of samples and the variables studied, for the next researcher is expected to be able to examine more variables related to dividend policy.Langkah emiten dalam mengelola keuanganya selalu dihadapkan pada keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, dan kebijakan untuk menetukan berapa banyak dividen yang harus dibagikan kepada para pemegang saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh ROA dan Kebijakan Dividen terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2018.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang diteliti dalam peelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI dengan periode laporan keuangan 2014-2018. Sebanyak 10 perusahaan sampel yang dipilih, menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROA tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai sig 0,020 < 0,05. Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, ditunjukkan oleh nilai sig 0,260 > 0,05. Menunjukkan bahwa ROA,  dan Kebijakan Dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham, ditunjukkan oleh nilai sig 0,032 < 0,05.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the potential correlation between organizational commitment and work discipline with employee job satisfaction. The study involves 110 employees from both general and personnel divisions, comprising the research population. Saturated sampling, also known as census sampling, is utilized in this study. The data analysis method employed is path analysis, preceded by confirmatory factor analysis to validate the indicators representing the variables or constructs. The results of path analysis shed light on the impact of discipline and organizational commitment on job satisfaction. The study confirms the theoretical notion that individuals tend to experience higher levels of satisfaction when they exhibit greater dedication, provided that discipline is maintained. The practical implications of this research are intended to guide decision-making and policy formulation regarding discipline, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction within PT Mustika Ratu.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) and Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) on Environmental Performance (EP) with Green Innovation (GI) as an intervening variable on employees of the Environmental Service of Lebak Regency, Banten Province. The study applies a quantitative approach with an explanatory research method and uses the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) analysis technique. The number of samples in this study was 121 respondents selected through probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling method. The results show that GHRM, GTL, and GI have a positive and significant influence on Environmental Performance. In addition, GHRM and GTL are also proven to have a positive and significant influence on Green Innovation. However, Green Innovation has not been able to significantly mediate the relationship between GHRM and GTL on Environmental Performance. These findings indicate that improving organizational environmental performance is more optimally achieved through direct strengthening of GHRM practices and the implementation of green transformational leadership rather than through green innovation as an intermediary variable. This research is expected to contribute to the development of sustainability management studies, especially in the public sector, as well as serve as a reference for organizations in developing strategies to improve sustainable environmental performance.

Abstract

Knowing how innovative work behaviour (IWB), intrinsic motivation (IM), and transformational leadership (TL) relate to creative self-efficacy (CSE) and providing empirical insight into the factors that drive innovation among civil servants are the objectives of this study. A quantitative descriptive approach was used, with data collected through questionnaires from 99 ASNs at the Regional Secretariat (SETDA) of Lebak Regency using SEM-PLS version 3.0. used to evaluate the structural model (inner model) and measurement (outer model). The results showed that there was no positive relationship between TL and IM on IWB. However, TL and IM have a positive influence on CSE. Furthermore, CSE plays a mediating role in the relationship between TL and IWB as well as between IM and IWB. These results highlight the importance of CSE in fostering innovation in the workplace and help organisational leaders to consider other factors that influence IWB.
