Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi model pembelajaran yang diterapkan guru untuk meningkatkan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa adalah pembelajaran cara penggunaan yang diterapkan oleh guru karena membuat siswa merasa bosan saat mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan pembelajaran kooperatif pembelajaran IPS Terpadu Picture and Picture materipelajaran IPS Motif dan Tindakan Prinsip Ekonomi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di kelas VII.A MTs. Pelajaran Walisongo Ibrahimy Situbondo. Penelitian dilaksanakan sejak tanggal 01 November sampai dengan 30 November 2011 dengan objek penelitian siswa kelas 30 siswa VII.A. Desain studi Hopkins menggunakan skema dengan menggunakan empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Untuk memperoleh data penelitian menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan tes. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif.

Abstract

This study explores the effect of Time Management (X1) and Online Training (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), with Work Experience (Z) acting as a mediating variable. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) to analyze data from 96 sales employees at XL Fiberhome, Jember. The results reveal that Time Management and Online Training contribute significantly to Employee Performance, with Time Management showing a moderate direct effect and Online Training showing a slightly stronger impact. Fur-thermore, Work Experience was found to mediate the relationship between Time Management and Online Training and Employee Performance, indicating that employees with greater work experience can more effectively apply the skills acquired through time management and training. The findings of this study underscore the im-portance of integrating time management practices and continuous online training into organizational strategies to improve employee performance, especially in today's rapidly changing and flexible work environment. The sig-nificant direct and indirect effects observed in this study highlight the interrelatedness of these factors, offering new insights into how organizations can optimize performance through a combination of skill development and experience. These results contribute to the broader literature on employee performance by offering a compre-hensive model that accounts for the dynamics of evolving modern work practices. This study also provides practical recommendations for human resource management, emphasizing the need for organizations to invest in time management tools, online training platforms, and supportive work experiences to enhance productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the influence of collaborative learning on students' problem solving skills at SMK Negeri 1 Kendit. The literature review method was used as the main research approach to develop a conceptual framework and gain an in-depth understanding of this topic. Collaborative learning is identified as a learning model that encourages active interaction between students, promotes joint problem solving, and improves social skills. A literature review involves searching related sources in the fields of education, collaborative learning, and students' problem-solving skills. The results of the literature analysis show that collaborative learning can make a positive contribution to the development of students' problem solving skills in vocational schools. Interaction between students, self-empowerment, and joint problem solving through collaborative learning can help students develop skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem solving which are key to success in the work environment. This research provides an important contribution in the context of curriculum development and learning strategies at SMK Negeri 1 Kendit, by identifying collaborative learning principles that can be applied to improve students' problem solving skills. The practical implications of this research involve the formulation of recommendations for teachers and policy makers in the field of education to increase the effectiveness of collaborative learning in the context of vocational high schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of accessibility, word of mouth, and tourist attraction on the decision to visit Pasir Putih Beach in Situbondo. The research uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique applied is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, involving 100 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire measured with a Likert scale and analyzed using SPSS version 23.

Abstract

The culinary world in Indonesia continues to develop rapidly, with a wide variety of foods that are very popular with the public. As a result, many producers are opening up broad business opportunities and attracting the attention of consumers in Indonesia. Many new food brands are beginning to appear, each with its own uniqueness, making business competition in the culinary world increasingly fierce. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of product uniqueness and price on consumer satisfaction at Munawaroh's  buffet in Situbondo. This study uses a quantitative approach. Quantitative research is a type of research that is systematic, planned, and clearly structured, from formulation to research design.  Based on the SPSS calculations above, it can be concluded that the correlation coefficient of 0.504 indicates the influence of product uniqueness and price on consumer satisfaction. In this case, the number of research respondents was 100 respondents. The R table value is obtained by calculating the degree of freedom (df) = 100 – 2 = 98, with df = 98 and alpha = 0.05, resulting in an R table value of 0.198. Therefore, r calculated > r table, 0.504 > 0.198, meaning the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis Ha is accepted, indicating that there is an influence of product uniqueness and price on consumer satisfaction, representing a high correlation. The calculated t-value for product uniqueness is 3.263, and the t-table value is 1.980. This means that the t-table value is greater than the calculated t-value (3.263 < 1.980). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the product uniqueness variable on consumer satisfaction, so Ha is accepted. The calculated t-value for price is 3.662 and the table t-value is 1.980, meaning that the table t-value is greater than the calculated t-value (3.662 < 1.980). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous effect of the price variable on consumer satisfaction, so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine whether product quality partially affects the satisfaction of smartphone users. (2) To determine whether price partially affects the satisfaction of smartphone users. (3) To determine whether product quality and price partially and simultaneously affect the satisfaction of smartphone users in Klampokan Village, Situbondo. This study employs multiple regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 23 software. The results indicate that the partial test (t-test) for the product quality variable (X1) and the price variable (X2) positively and significantly influences consumer satisfaction. The simultaneous test (F-test) proves that the independent variables, namely product quality (X1) and price (X2), influence the dependent variable, which is consumer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

In the business world, especially in the service sector such as motorcycle repair shops, fierce competition makes customer satisfaction a key factor in maintaining loyalty and attracting new customers. The data collection technique used in this study was the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis method employed multiple linear regression. The research results are as follows: Based on the table, it can be seen that the significance level of 277.864 > 3.093. Therefore, it can be concluded that the F-test > F-table value indicates a significant influence between price and service quality on customer satisfaction. To test the significance of the influence of price and service quality on customer satisfaction, a partial test was conducted when testing the influence of the price variable, which showed that the calculated t-value for (X1) was 3.361, while the t-table value at a 95% confidence level was 2.000. Since the calculated t-value is less than the t-table value, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between price and customer satisfaction. The service quality variable showed that the calculated t-value for (X2) was 3.291, while the t-table value at a 95% confidence level was 2.000. Since the calculated t-value < t-table, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction.
