Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilaksanakan sejak tanggal 20 April sampai dengan30 Mei 2015 dengan obyek penelitian siswa kelas VIII-C sebanyak 28 siswa.Desain penelitian ini adalah model skema Hopkins, dengan mengguanakan 4fase, yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Untuk memperolehdata dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan tes.Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisa deskriptif kualitatif. Hasilyang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatanaktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa. Aktivitas belajar siswa dalam prosespembelajaran sebelum tindakan memenuhi kriteria cukup aktif. Dari hasilanalisis aktivitas siklus I diperoleh persentase 78,57% dan ulangan harianpada siklus I diperoleh ketuntasan klasikal 78,57% Hal ini menunjukkanbahwa penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran denganpembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) pada siklus I belum berhasilmaka dilanjutkan pada siklus II. Hasil pembelajaran siklus II, aktivitasbelajar siswa berada dalam kategori aktif dengan persentase 86.11%,sedangkan analisis ulangan harian pada siklus II diperoleh ketuntasanklasikal sebesar 85,71%. Keberhasilan siswa pada ulangan harianmenunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Numbered HeadTogether (NHT) telah berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Maka dapatdisimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru sangatmempengaruhi aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini terbukti dalampenerapan model pembelajaran Numbered Head Together (NHT) pada matapelajaran IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII-C SMP Negeri 1 Jangkar KabupatenSitubondo tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang telah mencapai ketuntasan secaraklasikal.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kemampuan ESQ (Emotional Spiritual Quotient) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 3 Panji semester I tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Dalam penelitian ini rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan expost facto. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis, didapat nilai tingkat koefisien korelasi antara kedua variabel bebas secara serempak dengan kriteriumnya yaitu (ryx1x2) sebesar 0,584, sedangkan koefisien korelasi antara X1 dengan Y adalah (rx1y) sebesar 0,287, koefisien korelasi antara X2 dengan Y adalah (rx2y) sebesar 0,496 untuk membuktikan hipotesis kerja mayor dengan menggunakan uji F, hipotesis kerja mayor akan terbukti apabila Fhitung > Ftabel. Dari perhitungan diperoleh Fhitung sebesar 25,06 sedangkan Ftabel sebesar 3,10 pada N = 100 dengan taraf signifikansi 5 % berarti Fhitung > Ftabel sehingga dapat dikatakan ada pengaruh kemampuan ESQ (Emotional Spiritual Quotient) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis pembahasan yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh kemampuan ESQ (Emotional Spiritual Quotient) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS terpadu sebesar 34,1 %.

Abstract

The prevalence of corruption in Indonesia is alleged to have occurred in all fields and sectors of development, while Islamic boarding schools are dormitories where students study together under the auspices of kyai and nyai mothers, as well as ustadz and clerics who teach many traditional religious sciences, by instilling an attitude of Tawadhu'. From here, the good character of the nation's successor can be cultivated into an Islamic person and has a high sense of Nationalism and follows the rules of Religion and the State. In accordance with the purpose of the Islamic Boarding School, which is an educational institution that aims to form students to become independent and have good morals. By applying the habit of being honest, responsible, disciplined both for oneself and the environment with the assessment method, group discussion forums, pre-tests, lectures and questions and answers, where the results of this service are santri as centers of service to print the character of the nation's successors without corruption, as well as a center for disseminating very significant anti-corruption values.

Abstract

The ethical behavior of the santri environment and the pesantren community is still low. This has the potential to cause Islamic boarding schools to become new clusters for the spread of Covid-19. The low environmental ethical behavior of the Salafiyah Dawuhan Islamic Boarding School students is a problem caused by 3 things, namely: 1) there is no formulation of environmental ethics based on Islamic values ??so that it can be internalized into ready-to-use regulations as guidelines. behavior in the pesantren environment. 2) Awareness of students about the importance of environmental and health ethics is still low because: a) the majority of students believe that ethics in life is the most important thing in ethics to fellow human beings, while ethics to the surrounding environment are considered unimportant to be implemented. b) The students have not realized the importance of environmental ethics for life in this world and in the hereafter. c) The students do not have a good enough understanding of Covid-19 and how to prevent it related to environmental ethical behavior. 3) Islamic boarding schools do not yet have a behavioral regulation system that is oriented towards environmental ethics, especially in the form of written rules and prohibitions and sanctions for those who violate them, as well as an organizational structure that supports their enforcement. The quantitative method and stages carried out in community service activities are by holding a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) to explore Islamic values ??that can be used as a formulation of environmental ethics and a bulwark to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. The result is a formulation of environmental ethics based on Islamic values ??that can be internalized into the discipline of students. Abstract

Indonesia merupakan Negara yang kaya dengan keanekaragaman kuliner. Setiap daerah di Indonesia khususnya di kota Situbondo, juga mempunyai banyak usaha kuliner dengan berbagai ciri khas yang unik.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Mie Demiet Situbondo tahun 2024. Dalam Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitiatif. Penelitian kuantitatif merupakan jenis penelitian yang memiliki spesifikasi sistematis, terencana, dan terstuktur dengan jelas, mulai dari perumusan hingga pembuatan desain penelitian Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan SPSS diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa besarnya koefisien korelasi 0,608 yang menunjukkan pengaruh inovasi produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Dalam hal ini yaitu jumlah responden dengan sebesar penelitian sebesar 100 responden. Adapun R tabel di dapatkan dengan perhitungan degree of freedom (df) = 100 – 2 = 98 dengan df = 98 dan alpha = 0,05 di peroleh nilai r-tabel sebesar 0,198. Jadi r hitung > r tabel, 0, 608 > 0,198 artinya hipotesis nihil di tolak dan hipotesa kerja Ha di terima artinya Ada pengaruh inovasi produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil pengolahan tabel diatas dapat di simpulkan bahwa F-hitung yang dihasilkan sebesar 28,509 dan sig. 0,001 maka hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 maka dinyatakan H0 ditolak. Maka Ha di terima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh Inovasi Produk dan Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

This study explores the effect of Time Management (X1) and Online Training (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), with Work Experience (Z) acting as a mediating variable. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) to analyze data from 96 sales employees at XL Fiberhome, Jember. The results reveal that Time Management and Online Training contribute significantly to Employee Performance, with Time Management showing a moderate direct effect and Online Training showing a slightly stronger impact. Fur-thermore, Work Experience was found to mediate the relationship between Time Management and Online Training and Employee Performance, indicating that employees with greater work experience can more effectively apply the skills acquired through time management and training. The findings of this study underscore the im-portance of integrating time management practices and continuous online training into organizational strategies to improve employee performance, especially in today's rapidly changing and flexible work environment. The sig-nificant direct and indirect effects observed in this study highlight the interrelatedness of these factors, offering new insights into how organizations can optimize performance through a combination of skill development and experience. These results contribute to the broader literature on employee performance by offering a compre-hensive model that accounts for the dynamics of evolving modern work practices. This study also provides practical recommendations for human resource management, emphasizing the need for organizations to invest in time management tools, online training platforms, and supportive work experiences to enhance productivity.
