Abstract

The research aims to develop writing report media video-based character. Development procedural approach oriented. Materials and exercises designed with constructivist approaches that are tailored to the needs and experiences of teachers. The Model Development is employing the model of Alessi and Trollip’s (2001). This model development emphasised three main pillars of development: Determining activity standards, project management, and ongoing evaluation. These three main pillars of model development then implemented in further three steps of planning, design, and development.The overall results, validating of Educational Technology Expert 94,62%, Matter Expert 85.00%, and Instructional Media Expert 99,04%. The they declared unfit for use media. The small group of try out results 78.38% and result of field trial try out is 82.79%. The they declared unfit for instructional media video for writing report based character can be used with either. Concluded, the results ofthe expert validation and field trials that instructional video media for writing report based character can be used. Instructional media video writing report character based can be used by teachers and students, both individually and in groups. Keywords : Media Video Learning, Report Writting, Model Development.

Abstract

Gerakan literasi, merupakan salah satu program dalam memajukan mutu sekolah. Khususnya dalam membentuk nilai-nilai karakter peserta didik. Untuk mengetahui pengembangan nilai-nilai karakter peserta didik melalui gerakan litersi sekolah, maka diperlukan sebuat penelitian. Oleh sebab itu, artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian tentang implementasi pengembangan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah dalam membentuk nilai-nilai karakter peserta didik yang dilakukan di SMA Negeri 3 Pangkalpinang. Temuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu gerakan literasi yang dikembangkan di SMA Negeri 3 Pangkalpinang mencakup literasi dasar antara lain: literasi baca tulis, literasi numerasi, literasi sains, literasi digital, literasi budaya dan literasi kewargaan. Pelaksanaan gerakan literasi di SMA Negeri 3 Pangkalpinang dilakukan sesuai dengan Panduan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Atas yang sudah memenuhi a. Tahap Pembiasaan (jenis Kegiatan tahapan pembiasaan, Indikator ketersiapan Gerakan literasi tahap pembiasaan), b. Tahap Pengembangan, c. Tahap Pembelajaran. Sedangkan nilai-nilai karakter yang dikembangkan dalam gerakan literasi sekolah antara lain: nilai nasionalis, nilai relegius, nilai nasionalis, nilai gotong royong dan nilai integritasyang terinternalisasi dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Purpose of this research is produce "Training Material of Study System Design for Senior High School Indonesia Language Teacher" as according (1) requirement of teacher; (2) condition of expansion; (3) effectif, (4) can increase teacher interest; and (5) earns for teacher training. This research adopts expansion models Dick and Carey (2009). The sequence: determination of general purpose, study analysis, identification of initial ability, writing of purpose of special, assessment expansion of directive reference, strategy expansion, election and matter expansion, scheme and expansion of formative evaluation, revision, and scheme and expansion of evaluation sumatif. Result of this research, in general shows product " Training Material", very good. Suggestion, that product exploited by Senior High School Indonesia Language Teacher and exploited for further education expansion. Keyword: Development, training materials, design, learning systems

Abstract

Free trade widens the gap between developed and developing countries, according to Global Food Security Index data, Indonesia is ranked fourth in ASEAN with a score of 60.2. Indonesia's score is still low compared to the global average of 62.2. It is necessary to emphasize the role of the government to realize laws and policies with the right budget allocation to encourage the performance of a more competitive business environment. This research answers the politics of free trade law amid uncertain conditions in Southeast Asia and the Indonesian government's protection of business people in free trade. By using socio-legal research methods based on an interdisciplinary approach, the author realizes that normative legal research is not enough to analyze free trade policies, so socio-legal research is needed to explain the relationship between law and community facts comprehensively. The results of this study answer that Indonesia as a member of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) which has currently developed the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA) policy seeks to reduce intra-regional tariffs among its members through the Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT) Scheme. The World Trade Organization (WTO) is expected to bridge all the interests of countries in the world in the trade sector. Legal protection for business people exists because of the legality of the business. One form of protection of the Indonesian government is the promulgation of various legal regulations governing economic activities and free trade.
