Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to discuss and analyze the Effect of Competence, Motivation and Teacher Performance and School Facilities on Student Success in Studying Knowledge Through the Learning Process at the Ar-Ridho Development Foundation, Depok City Methods and Types of data in this study, are quantitative data obtained through the results of a survey of students. This study uses primary data that is data obtained directly from respondents who filled out and developed the questionnaire through the Learning Process at the Ar-Ridho Development Foundation, Depok City. With a student population of approximately 1,508 students. The sample of this study was 125 students and alumni. Test the validity and reliability using SPSS 24.0. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis in this study uses the multivariate Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the software used is AMOS 18. The results of the research and testing of hypotheses that have a significant effect are as follows: 1. Teacher competence has no significant effect on the learning process. 2. Motivation does not significantly influence the learning process. 3. Teacher performance has a significant effect on the learning process. 4. Facilities have a significant effect on the learning process. 5. Competence does not significantly influence student success. 6. Motivation does not significantly influence student success. 7. Teacher performance does not significantly influence student success. 8. Facilities have a significant positive effect on student success. 9. The learning process has a significant effect on student success. Abstract

Financial performance is an important factor and needs to be considered by companies, because financial performance is always needed to evaluate the performance of a company and the performance of a certain period of time. One of the efforts made by the company to improve its performance is to carry out a diversification strategy. A diversification strategy requires proper management in order to optimize its performance. The existence of proper governance can assist decision-making in choosing a diversification strategy to improve the company's financial performance. The goal to be achieved in this research is the effect of diversification strategy on financial performance with governance as a moderating variable. The object of research applied in this study is to analyze the effect of the diversification strategy using the Hierschman Herfindah Index (HHI) proxy on financial performance using the Return on Equity (ROE) proxy with governance as a moderating variable proxied by Managerial Ownership and the Board of Commissioners. This study uses a quantitative approach because the data is in the form of statistical analysis numbers, further research is descriptive verification because it tests the hypothesis. The population in this study are financial companies listed on the IDX. The sample in this study was 15 companies in non-financial companies on the IDX for the 2016-2021 period. This research is a panel because it combines cross section and time series data, and is tested using the E-views9 software application. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the results of the diversification strategy t test have a significant negative effect on financial performance with firm size as a control variable. The results of the MRA H2a test show that managerial ownership strengthens the effect of diversification strategies on finances. The results of the H2b MRA test show that the Board of Commissioners weakens the effect of the diversification strategy on financial performance. The implication in this study is that the diversification strategy carried out by non-financial companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2021 period has not provided optimal results on company performance. However, the existence of a supervisory mechanism in the form of managerial ownership has proven to be able to encourage managers to make decisions that can reduce the total risk of a diversified company. And it is necessary to increase the supervision of the board of commissioners in diversified companies in order to improve their financial performance.

Abstract

This Tiga Bintang Home Industry has used Islamic business ethics, in accordance with the Islamic ethics that have been implemented by the leaders of the Tiga Bintang Home Industry. Therefore, the Tiga Bintang Home Industry has been confirmed to be good at producing it. With this Three Bintang Home Industry, it provides good service and the people around the Tiga Bintang Home Industry feel the benefits. This study aims to answer the question, how is the Implementation of Islamic Business Ethics in the production of Tape Tiga Bintang Kescal Sukosari Bondowoso and what are the factors that become obstacles in production. Tape Three Stars Shells Sukosari Bondowoso. The research method used is field research or commonly called qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are interviews, direct observation of production activities, and documentation. The research results obtained are that the Tiga Bintang Home Industry Tape has implemented Islamic ethical principles in its production activities, namely: ihsan, itqon, faith, taqwa, istiqomah and maslahah and working in a halal field but an ethical barrier that is not optimally applied. Namely, istiqomah because raw materials are an obstacle to the production factor, the Three Star Tape home industry, and there are supporting factors that are a separate guideline for the three star home industry, namely good human resources, that is what makes this Home Industry more and more customers and growing because it is careful in choosing HR, so it is really good in terms of Management, Service and Implementing Islamic Ethical Values.

Abstract

This article explores the introduction of educational research methods through the basic concept of Classroom Action Research (CAR). Utilizing a qualitative approach, particularly literature review, the study aims to understand and gather data regarding specific phenomena, behaviors, and situations in education. The discussion focuses on the concept of Classroom Action Research (CAR), a method aimed at improving the learning process directly within the classroom environment. CAR involves systematic cycles of planning, action, observation, and reflection, allowing educators to address complex challenges in teaching and learning effectively. The relevance of CAR in enhancing learning quality is significant, empowering educators to develop a research culture, innovate teaching approaches, and collaboratively solve learning problems. While challenges such as limited resources and educational complexities exist, opportunities for further development include comparative studies of CAR methods, technology integration, collaborative research, teacher capacity building, and longitudinal research to understand long-term impacts. Thus, understanding and applying educational research methods, particularly through CAR, proves to be an effective strategy in enhancing learning quality in educational institutions.

Abstract

After conducting a survey to the community, it was found that there are still many children who cannot read the Qur'an in accordance with tajwidmya. Meanwhile, the age of children is the right time to learn. The number of children who are still not fluent and still not in accordance with all the laws of reading the Qur'an, so the assistance in learning the Qur'an with the application of the iqra' method at TPQ Musholah Nurul Iman Sasak Panjang Village RT 002 RW 003 Tajur Halang Village, Bogor Regency which is carried out by IAI National Thematic KKN students Laa Roiba Bogor as a form of community service, aims to make children love the Qur'an more, increase interest and diligence in learning the Qur'an, know the correct reading law in accordance with the rules of reading law, makhrajul letters, tajwid, and so on. The method used in this community service is the ABCD (Asset Based Community- driven Development) method. The results of the service show that children who used to not know the rules of the law of reading, the words and tajweed in reading the Qur'an, after the implementation of the Thematic KKN student service in the community in this assistance makes the children know more and can practice the legal rules of the correct reading of the Qur'an. The coaching program is carried out through assistance in eradicating Al Quran illiteracy through the Iqra method. Initial observation through interviews with religious leaders and several communities. This activity is divided into three classical, namely; Opening activities (Early classical), Core activities and Closing activities (Late classical).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the principles of professionalism in work management within Islam through a tafsīr maudhū‘ī (thematic exegesis) approach to relevant Qur’anic verses, and to analyze their relevance to management and labor practices at Oriental Circus Indonesia (OCI), which operates within Taman Safari Indonesia. The research adopts a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach, based on the ongoing case study of OCI. The findings indicate that these values represent fundamental principles of Islamic work professionalism, which demand the establishment of a just and humane working system. The case of OCI reveals indications of violations of these principles, particularly in aspects such as wage justice, working conditions, and worker protection, highlighting the need to strengthen Islamic ethical values in labor practices. This study recommends the integration of Qur’anic values and decent work policies from international labor organizations into employment policies as a normative and ethical framework to guide the development of a professional and equitable work system, especially in addressing the challenges of the modern labor era.
