Abstract

Latar belakang program PHP2D pada kelompok tani Desa Banyulegi, Kecamatan Dawarblandong, Mojokerto adalah adanya perbedaan potensi hasil pertanian antara musim kemarau dan musim penghujan. Pada musim kemarau kelompok tani / GAPOKTAN dibuat kewalahan dengan serangan hama yang menyerang tanaman seperti tanaman jagung, tembakau, kangkung dll. Serangan hama tersebut menyebabkan penurunan produksi tanaman budidaya serta limbah tanaman tersebut yang tidak terpakai. Sedangkan tujuan dari PHP2D memanfaatkan limbah daun tembakau sebagai insektisida alami (Botanical Insecticide) untuk pengendalian hama pada tanaman jagung dan padi, serta memanfaatkan limbah rambut jagung sebagai olahan minuman yang baik dikonsumsi untuk kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan mengolah limbah daun tembakau menjadi insektisida organik berbasis lingkungan serta mengolah limbah rambut jagung menjadi teh yang berguna untuk kesehatan. Hasil kegiatan PHP2D adalah kelompok tani/ GAPOKTAN Banyulegi mahir membuat insektisida organik berbasis lingkungan, juga kelompok ibu- ibu PKK mahir membuat teh rambut jagung yang siap dipasarkan kekonsumen. Disamping itu, dapat meningkatkan pendapatan kelompok tani dan ibu- ibu PKK Desa Banyulegi sampai akhir Agustus 2020 didapatkan penghasilan tambahan untuk kelompok tani dalam 1 bulan sebesar Rp. 1. 250.000,00 Sedangkan untuk penghasilan ibu- ibu PKK dalam 1 bulan sebesar Rp. 750.000,00.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The increasing population causes the amount of waste to increase. Glagaharum Village has 20 RT and 4 RW located in Porong District, Sidoarjo Regency. A total of 5 RTs were affected by the Lapindo mudflow, resulting in land narrowing. Garbage from residents is dumped on vacant land and burned. The combustion process is not perfect so that it triggers environmental pollution of both soil, water and air. Based on these problems, a solution is needed to overcome the amount of waste. Among them by processing household waste into alternative energy sources with pyrolysis and biogas technology. These solutions can be implemented through community empowerment programs. The community empowerment method is carried out offline according to health protocols. The stages in the program include, 1) FGD (Forum Group Discussion), 2) Program introduction socialization, 3) Pretest & posttest, 4) Design of technological inventions, 5) Training and 6) Evaluation. The results of community empowerment are, 1) There is a change in community knowledge which is marked by a change in the value of the pretest and posttest, 2) There is a physical change in the community which is indicated by the existence of an integrated waste processing unit and the community as the manager and person in charge of the unit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of career development and rewards on the loyalty of Generation Z employees at PT Amartha Lampung. Generation Z, which is now starting to enter the workforce, is a major concern for PT Amartha, especially because by 2023, most of the recruited employees are under 25 years old. thus creating new challenges in managing and maintaining their loyalty. The research uses a quantitative method with a statistical approach, utilizing SPSS software. The population in this study consists of employees of PT Amartha Lampung, with a sample size of 120 respondents. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data measurement techniques involve multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: the partial test results indicate that the T-calculated value for Career Development is 3.654, which is greater than the T-table value of 1.98045, concluding that Career Development has a positive and significant influence on Employee Loyalty at PT Amartha Lampung. The partial test results for Rewards show a T-calculated value of 4.920, which is greater than the T-table value of 1.98045, concluding that Rewards have a positive and significant influence on Employee Loyalty. The simultaneous test results show an F-calculated value of 85.256, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.07, concluding that Career Development and Rewards simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on Employee Loyalty at PT Amartha Lampung.
