Abstract

Diaper rash is a complaint of red spots on the genitals and buttocks of babies wearing diapers caused by skin rubbing against diapers (Dwi Maryanti, et al, 2011). Diaper rash often occurs in the area around a baby's buttocks due to the use of diapers that are rarely changed, are too tight, or are used for too long. Usually the rash is not dangerous, but it can cause pain and cause anxiety in the baby and parents. According to a report by the Journal of Pediatrics, there were 54% of babies aged 1 month who experienced diaper rash after using "disposable diapers", which were first made by Victor Miller in 1950 under the name pampers and are popular throughout the world. At first, mothers hoped that their babies would be comfortable and stay dry.but in the end the baby experiences diaper rush (diaper rash) and the incidence of diaper rash in babies who use disposable diapers increases to 61% Diaper rash in Indonesia is a skin problem in infants and children. Diaper rash, according to Dr. Siti Aisah Boediarjo, Sp. KK, is a skin disorder in the form of red, inflamed patches. Sometimes accompanied by hard, scaly skin, nodules, even blisters and blisters, which cause itching and burning in babies, approximately 50% of babies and children who wear diapers have experienced a diaper rush. The method of implementing this activity is: providing education or counseling to mothers who have children and still use diapers, distributing leaflets and explaining the use of diapers so that diaper rash does not occur. This activity begins with the preparation of proposals and activity administration and continues with an assessment of the situation. In August 2021 activities were carried out at the Evie Kec Babalan Clinic, Langkat Regency

Abstract

Breast milk (ASI) is the first, main and best food in the early stages of a baby's life that is natural. ASI is like gold given for free by God because ASI is a living fluid that can adjust its substance content that can meet the nutritional needs of babies. Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) until 2020, only around 44% of babies worldwide aged 0-6 months received exclusive ASI. This is not in accordance with the WHO target in 2025, which is to increase the provision of exclusive ASI in the first 6 months to at least 50% (WHO, 2020). The coverage of exclusive ASI according to Regency/City in 2022 can be seen from the data reported by Central Aceh Regency with the highest coverage of 82.34% and the lowest is Sabang City at only 22.43%. Abstract

Antenatal Care (ANC) examination is a series of activities carried out from conception until before the labor process begins, which is aimed at all pregnant women. Coverage of antenatal care visits is still low, which can increase maternal and neonatal complications as well as maternal and child deaths caused by high-risk pregnancies that are not immediately treated. In 2023, the highest birth assistance process by traditional midwives was in Gayo Lues Regency at 4.42 percent and Southeast Aceh Regency at 4.32 percent. This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women and the frequency of antenatal care visits at BPM Syukriah, Langsa City, Aceh Province in 2024. This study used a Cross Sectional design, the research time was May-June 2024, with a population and sample of 34 people. The sampling technique used total sampling, the analysis test used the Chi Square Test. The majority of respondents who had poor knowledge and had an incomplete history of antenatal care visits were 16 people (47.1%), while the majority of respondents who had good knowledge and had a complete history of antenatal care visits were 9 people (26.5%).
