Abstract

Latar Belakang Wabah Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) semakin mengkhawatirkan. Corona Virus merupakan keluarga besar dari virus yang dapat menyebabkan penyakit mulai dari gejala ringan sampai berat. Ada setidaknya dua jenis Corona Virus yang diketahui menyebabkan penyakit yang dapat menimbulkan gejala berat, seperti Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) dan Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) adalah penyakit jenis baru yang belum pernah diidentifikasi sebelumnya pada manusia (Zheng, Ma, Zhang, & Xie, 2020). Tujuan dari program pengabdian (PKM) ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang Peningkatan Kesadaran Kebiasaan Hidup Sehat Untuk Mencegah Covid-19 Melalui Penggunaan Hand Sanitizer Pada Persekutuan Simanjuntak Sitolu Sada Ina dan Boru (Pssi&B) Sektor 60 Kota Medan. Metode yang dilakukan meliputi 1) identifikasi anggota Persekutuan Simanjuntak Sitolu Sada Ina dan Boru (Pssi&B) Sektor 60 Kota Medan; 2) penyusunan materi dan langkah dalam pembuatan Hand Sanitezer);3) pelaksanaan pembuatan Hand Sanitezer). Hasil Bersadarkan hasil pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kepada Persekutuan Simanjuntak Sitolu Sada Ina dan Boru (Pssi&B) Sektor 60 Kota Medan terdapat jumlah anggota sebanyak 70 kepala keluarga (KK) dimana mayoritas umur reproduksi sebanyak 58 KK (83%), lansia 12 KK (17%), seluruh peserta antusias menggunakan Hand sanitizer.

Abstract

Service quality can be measured by comparing the perceptions between expected services and services received and felt by patients. Patient satisfaction is the level of patient feelings after comparing with his expectations. A patient if he is satisfied with the value provided by a product or service then it is very likely to become a customer for a long time. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between service quality in the registration section and patient satisfaction for pregnant women at the highlands sub-district, Binjai sub-district health center, Kota Binjai in 2023. The type of research used in this study was analytic with a cross-sectional approach. Cross sectional is a research approach that emphasizes the time of measurement/observation of independent variable data and depends only once at a time. The chi-square test results obtained a p value of 0.0050.005. This means that there is a significant relationship between the quality of the registration section and the satisfaction of pregnant women. Reliability where the p value = 0.000. Responsiveness with p value = 0.000. Assurance with a p value = 0.000. Empaty with p value = 0.002.

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan dapat diukur dengan membandingkan persepsi antara pelayanan yang diharapkan dengan pelayanan yang diterima dan dirasakan oleh pasien. Kepuasan pasien adalah tingkat perasaan pasien setelah membandingkan dengan harapannya. Seorang pasien jika merasa puas dengan nilai yang diberikan oleh produk atau jasa maka sangat besar kemungkinannya untuk menjadi pelanggan dalam waktu yang lama. Kualitas pelayanan imunsasi yang kurang optimal tentunya akan membuat sia-sia sumber daya yang telah dikeluarkan seperti biaya operasional, vaksin, logistik, tenaga, dan waktu. Bahkan yang paling memprihatinkan untuk kita semua adalah kegagalan imunisasi akan mengancam terjadinya kesakitan, kecacatan, atau kematian pada anak diakibatkan PD3I (Penyakit yang dapat dicegah dengan imunisasi) karenanya untuk mendukung pelayananimunsasi diperlukan peningkatan kualitas sumber daya tenaga yang handal). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Pelayanan Imunisasi Dasar Dengan Kepuasan Ibu Bayi Di Puskesmas Gunung Baringin Kecamatan Panyabungan Timur Mandailing Natal Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Dengan jumlah populasi adalah semua ibu balita di Puskesmas Gunung Baringin Kecamatan Penyabungan Timur Mandailing Natal yaitu sebanyak 171 Orang dengan sampel 64 orang menggunakan metode simple random sampling pada bulan April- Juni 2022. Analisis menggunakan uji Chi Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji statistik Chi Square diperoleh hubungan pengetahuan dengan kunjungan ibu balita nilai p=0,019. Hubungan antara Tangibles, Realibility, Responsivenes, Assurance, Eempaty dengan kepuasan ibu bayi dengan pelayanan imunisasi dasar dengan masing masing variable nilai p=0,000. Terdapat Hubungan Pelayanan Imunisasi Dasar Dengan Kepuasan Ibu Bayi Di Puskesmas Gunung Baringin Kecamatan Panyabungan Timur Mandailing Natal Tahun 2022. Diharapkan dapat tenaga kesehatan tetap menjaga dan mempertahankan kualitas layanan imunisasi dasar agar ibu bayi tetap merasa puas atas layanan yang diberikan dan tentu akan tetap kembali membawa bayinya untuk imunisasi.

Counseling with media can arouse and bring pregnant women into an atmosphere of joy and happiness, where there is emotional and mental involvement. The effectiveness of using counseling media is largely determined by the number of senses involved. The more senses used, the easier it is to understand the counseling message. This study aims to analyze the effect of counseling using audiovisual media on compliance with iron tablet consumption behavior in pregnant women in Bangun Rejo Village, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province in 2024. This type of research is an intervention study using a true experimental research design. The design of this study is a pre-test and post-test with control group design. A pre-test was carried out, then an intervention was carried out on the experimental group and the control group, then a post-test was carried out on the experimental group and the control group with a time gap of two weeks. With a sample size of 32 pregnant women in the third trimester using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed an increase in compliance in the counseling group using audiovisual media was greater, namely 43.73 compared to the counseling group that did not use audiovisual media, namely 31.60. The data were then analyzed using an independent t-test with computer software and produced a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Conclusion: Counseling using audiovisual media can increase compliance in consuming iron tablets compared to counseling alone without using media.

Abstract

Immunization is the most effective and efficient public health effort in preventing disease and reducing death rates. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the provision of basic immunizations to babies at the PT Pratama Clinic. Hijau Pryan Perdana 2023. The number of samples used was 35 people obtained using total sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses chi square. The results obtained in this study were that the majority of respondents did not complete basic immunization, 22 people (62.9%), there was a relationship between the age variable with a value of p = 0.004, there was a relationship with the education variable with a value of p = 0.012, there was a relationship with the employment variable with a value of p = 0.036, there is a relationship between the knowledge variable with a value of p = 0.003, there is a relationship between the family support variable with a value of p = 0.010 with the provision of basic immunization. There is a relationship between maternal age, maternal education, maternal employment, maternal knowledge and family support with providing basic immunizations to babies. It is recommended for health services to increase mothers' knowledge about basic immunization for babies through education to increase the completeness of basic immunization for babies.

Abstract

The scope of implementation of lactation management starts from the pregnancy period, after delivery, and the baby's breastfeeding period. Lactation is the entire breastfeeding process starting from the production of breast milk to the process of the baby sucking and swallowing the breast milk. Babies who are exclusively breastfed have good perinatal growth and reduce obesity. Breastfeeding a baby on demand can increase levels of the hormone oxytocin in a mother's body postpartum and avoid the risk of swelling or dams/blockages in the nipple ducts during the lactation period (Sutanto, 2018). This research aims to analyze the relationship between postpartum mothers' knowledge about breast care and the smooth production of breast milk in Jatimulyo Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2023. This research is correlational with a cross sectional approach and bivariate data analysis is data analysis used in research to determine the relationship or influence of variables independent (independent) with a dependent (dependent) variable using Chi Square analysis with a significant p-value (0.05) (Hardani, 2020)Based on the research results. Based on the results of statistical tests using Chi-Square, it was obtained with a p value of 0.001 that there was a relationship between the knowledge of postpartum mothers regarding breast care and the smooth production of breast milk in Jatimulyo Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2023.This means that there is a relationship between the knowledge of postpartum mothers about breast care and the smooth production of breast milk in Jatimulyo Village, Serdang Bedagai Regency in 2023.

Abstract

Background Development of growth and development can be done by providing stimulation and early detection of the baby's growth and development during the "golden age" by providing adequate early stimulation to stimulate the brain and development of movement, speech and language as well as socialization and independence of the baby so that it is optimal according to its age.( Uli, 2019. The aim of this community service program (PKM) is to increase the implementation of effective and family communication towards preventing speech delay in toddlers in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province in 2024. The methods used include 1) identifying toddlers about Speech Delay); 2) preparation of materials and steps for implementing effective and family communication towards preventing speech delay in toddlers); 3) implementation of education on the Implementation of Effective Communication and Family towards Prevention of Speech Delay in Toddlers). Results Based on the results of implementing community service for toddlers in Bangun Rejo Village, Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, there are a total of 19 toddlers, where the majority are 1-3 years old, 10 toddlers (53%), 3-5 years old, 9 toddlers (43%). %), all parents are enthusiastic about implementing effective and family communication towards preventing speech delay in toddlers

Abstract

Postpartum blues is a normal condition, and mothers themselves don't realize that they are experiencing postpartum blues. The aim is to find out the factors that cause post partum mothers to experience baby blues depression at the PBM Elsi Rahayana Clinic in 2023. Pre-Experimental Designs research method. All post partum mothers who gave birth at the PBM Elsi Rahayana Clinic during February – May 2023 were 38 people. Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test statistical test. The results of the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test showed that the p value was <0.05. The research results showed that the majority of respondents with baby blues depression were 36 respondents (94.7%) and the majority of respondents aged < 20 years were 2 respondents (5 .3%). then the results of the Wilcoxon statistical test obtained p (0.001) < 0.005, so it can be concluded that the null hypothesis is rejected, meaning that the majority of respondents with baby blues depression aged 20-35 years were 36 respondents (94.7%) and the minority of respondents aged < 20 years were 2 respondents (5.3%). Based on research results, to determine the factors that cause postpartum mothers to experience baby blues.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang belum tuntas ditangani oleh Pelaksanaan Millennium Development Goals (MDGS) telah berakhir pada tahun 2015, dilanjutkan hingga tahun 2030 yaitu program Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) dengan upaya penurunan angka kematian ibu dan bayi. Memperhatikan pentingnya IMD maka program ini perlu diperhatikan, selain itu UNICEF mengatakan bahwa salah satu dari 10 langkah menuju keberhasilan menyusui yang akan berdampak positif bagi kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Karekteristik Bidan dengan Pelaksanaan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gunung Baringin Kecamatan Panyabungan Timur Mandailing Natal Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, jumlah Populasi dan sampel yaitu seluruh bidan yang bertugas di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gunung Baringin Kecamatan Panyabungan Timur Mandailing Natal sebanyak 41 bidan menggunakan metode total sampling pada bulan April- Juni 2022. Analisis menggunakan uji Chi Square. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji statistik Chi Square diperoleh nilai p value = 0,010 sehingga p < α = (0,05) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Adanya Hubungan Karekteristik Bidan dengan Pelaksanaan Inisiasi Menyusu Dini di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gunung Baringin Kecamatan Panyabungan Timur Mandailing Natal Tahun 2022. Dengan arah korelasi positif (+) dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi pengetahuan ibu tentang Pelaksanaan Inisisasi Menyusui Dini, maka semakin baik Pelaksanaan Inisisasi Menyusui Dini. Diharapkan program pelaksanaan IMD dapat di berikan secara umum pada masyarakat dan memberikan ASI eksklusif pada bayi sehingga dapat mengurangi angka kematian bayi.
