Abstract

This research study aims to find out the inter-student relationships available in psychological disorders in education. The method used in this study is literature study. Where the technique used is the literature content analysis technique. And to maintain the accuracy of a data, the reading of the library is done and checking the existing library data. Where things will be involved are learning difficulties. Learning difficulties that are often carried out by children or students in the teaching and learning process. Teachers who have given the same lessons and the same method to students in one class but still have students who cannot absorb the lessons well even though they have the same perfect ones if they are seen with ordinary eyes. This is what found learning difficulties to exist. Where learning difficulties and student development will produce obstacles in information. Learning difficulties are internal and external factors. In this case, learning difficulties can be done because students relate to the psyche of students or with different learning with learning difficulties due to physical factors or physical disabilities. And the teacher must have the ability to discuss students who discuss learning difficulties. Where before solving the problem, the teacher must find out the causes of learning difficulties occur in a student. And if you already know the learning factors from which the teacher can provide different methods in each material that will be taught.

Abstract

Hematoxylin-eosin staining is a crucial technique used in histopathology to differentiate tissue components. One of the steps in this staining is changing the color of the nucleus, which was previously reddish due to the acid solution, to bluish; this step is known as blueing. The bluing agent, lithium carbonate, is commonly used in laboratories but has side effects and low availability. Sodium bicarbonate, also known as baking soda, can be used as an alternative due to its optimal pH, lower toxicity, and availability. This study aims to find out whether baking soda is as effective as lithium carbonate when used as a blueing agent for hematoxylin-eosin staining. The study design used was a true experimental post-test only control group design with a sample size of 32 preparations. Results of preparations using baking soda microscopically had good color uniformity, the nucleus was visible, the cytoplasm was clear, so the boundaries between cells were visible, and no cell lysis was found. In percentage terms, 14 preparations received a score of two (87.5%), two preparations received a score of three (12.5%), followed by a P value of 0.051 after carrying out the Fisher's exact test in bivariate analysis. Based on the results, baking soda is as effective as lithium carbonate, so it can be used as an alternative to bluing agent of hematoxylin-eosin staining.

Abstract

This study examines the effects of profitability, tangibility, Tobin’s Q, and firm size on the capital structure of Sharia and non-Sharia food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2025. Using purposive sampling, the study analyzed 240 observations through panel data regression with the Random Effects Model. The results show that profitability negatively affects capital structure, while tangibility and Tobin’s Q have positive effects. Firm size has no significant effect. In Sharia companies, profitability and Tobin’s Q are significant, whereas in non-Sharia companies, only tangibility significantly affects capital structure. Keywords: Capital Structure; Sharia Companies; Profitability; Tangibility; Tobin's Q; Firm Size
