Abstract

Instagram, also known as IG, is a social media company founded in 2010 by Kevin Systrom. Instagram is a social network that offers video and photo sharing services, and Instagram itself is one of the most widely used social networks in the world. In 2017, Instagram released a new feature to make advertising easier, namely the Instagram Sponsored Feature. Many business people are starting to use the Instagram Sponsored feature as a digital advertising medium, following in the footsteps of Facebook Ads, entrepreneurs seem interested in Instagram Sponsored seeing the increasing development of Instagram users which certainly attracts entrepreneurs' interest in promoting their products through Instagram Sponsored. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method with a case study of Snacky Plw. This research uses primary and secondary databases. The primary data used was obtained through direct observations in the field while running the business as well as information from internal parties involved. The results of the research are that effectiveness can be used in various activities, one of which is to see the success of a business based on promotions carried out by MSMEs. The promotions carried out by MSMEs in this era of information technology are very diverse because they can get the opportunity to use various social media to promote their products, one of which is the social media Instagram, which is very popular with the wider community and is used as a favorite social media for MSMEs to promote their products. With the existence of Instagram, MSME owners create various content with a variety of different themes, as well as creative and innovative as well as high resolution images and videos, thereby making consumers interested in the MSME products being sold. Seen from insight data, it shows an increase in the profile of visits which has increased by more than 50% compared to before using ads.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini ingin melihat bagaimana permasalahan pengelolaan desa wisata yang masih belum terbentuk secara optimal, dan minimnya pemasaran wisata berbasis digital bagi pengelola wisata desa wisata Masaingi, hal ini menyebabkan pengelolaan objek wisata tidak maksimal. Untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah ini, sangat penting bagi pemerintah, masyarakat setempat, dan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya (akademisi) untuk bekerja sama dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata dengan mempertimbangkan keberlanjutan lingkungan, pengelolaan sumber daya, dan partisipasi masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, akademisi dari Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UNTAD menginisiasi sebuah pelatihan dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam pengelolaan desa wisata, berdasarkan hasil dari pengabdian dengan mensosialisasi manajemen vlog kepada pelaku UMKM desa masaingi maka dapat lebih memahami tentang pemanfaatan vlog sebagai media promosi. dan mengaplikasikan manajemen dan ekosistem vlog untuk meningkatkan kedatangan wisatawan pada akhirnya UMKM di desa wisata masaingi

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of using the Shopee PayLater feature and the twin date event on the consumer behavior of Shopee users. The sample in this study was selected using a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria being that respondents had activated the paylater feature on the Shopee application. The number of samples used was 90 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple linear regression method, with an Fcount test result of 12.263 which was greater than Ftable 3.10 and a significant value of 0.000 which was smaller than 0.05. These results indicate that the Shopee Paylater feature and the Twin Date Event simultaneously have an influence on consumer behavior. The R square value in this study reveals that 22% of the variability in consumer behavior is influenced by the Shopee Paylater feature and the Twin Date Event, while 78% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Stock price fluctuations are a common phenomenon in the capital market. One of the internal factors that affect stock price fluctuations is the company's dividend distribution decision. Dividends distributed to shareholders can affect investors' perceptions of the company's value and share price. In determining the amount of dividends to be distributed, companies need to consider several factors such as leverage ratio, liquidity ratio, and profitability. The leverage ratio describes the extent to which the company uses borrowed funds. The use of high leverage can limit the company's ability to pay dividends. Conversely, low leverage provides greater financial flexibility to pay higher or consistent dividends. Leverage has a significant effect on stock price fluctuations. Companies with high leverage tend to be more risky for investors due to large interest obligations. As a result, their share prices are more volatile than companies with low leverage. In addition, high profitability indicates the company's ability to generate large profits. This allows the company to pay dividends more consistently or in large amounts. Conversely, low profitability may lead to withholding dividend payments. High profitability also supports stock price stability as it attracts investors. So it is necessary to analyse the effect of financial ratios and dividend policy on stock price volatility of food and beverage companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis laporan arus kas sebagai alat ukur pengelolaan dana King Corn untuk menghasilkan kas bersih di setiap penjualannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif-deskriptif. Metode analisis data yaitu analisis horizontal dan rasio arus kas penjualan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis horizontal bulan September mengalami penurunan, kemudian ada kenaikan yang signifikan pada bulan November, dan pada bulan Desember terlihat cukup stabil. Arus kas aktivitas operasi dapat dikatakan fluktuatif tetapi masih dominan bernilai positif. Selanutnya, berdasarkan hasil analisis rasio arus kas dari penjualan di dapatkan hasil bahwa nilai arus kas cukup fluktuatif ada penurunan dibulan Oktober, ada kenaikan dibulan November dan Desember, hasil ini dapat dikatakan baik, sehingga meningkatkan liquiditas dan menghindari ketidakmampuan bayar, dan membantu menghadapi tantangan dalam usaha atau peluang bisnis yang mungkin muncul, tanpa tergantung pada pembiayaan dari luar. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan disimpulkan analisis horizontal bulan pertama mengalami penurunan tapi masih dikatakan baik karna tiga bulan setelahnya ada peningkatan nilai. Laporan arus kas fluktuatif tetapi tetap bernilai positif sehingga dapat membiayai segala kewajiban dan biaya operasionalnya dan juga sebagai bahan pertimbangan untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam mengembangkan usaha.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of information technology in the preparation of village financial reports in Palolo District, Sigi Regency. The independent variable in this study is the application of information technology (Siskeudes), while the dependent variable is the preparation of village financial reports. The population in this study were village governments from six villages in Palolo District, with six respondents as the research sample. Respondents consisted of village officials directly involved in financial management, especially the village treasurer. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation, while data analysis techniques used a qualitative approach through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research results indicate that the application of information technology in the preparation of village financial reports in Palolo District has not been optimal. Key obstacles include unstable internet access and a lack of understanding among village officials regarding the use of the Siskeudes application. This situation hinders the effectiveness and efficiency of village financial reporting and highlights the need for increased capacity and infrastructure to support the comprehensive digitalization of village financial governance.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in post-disaster economic recovery, including in relocation areas such as Huntap Duyu and Balaroa Sub-districts in Palu City. This study aims to explore the role of financial literacy in MSME financial management practices in both sub-districts. The method used is a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study, which includes in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation to obtain data on the level of financial literacy, financial management practices, and challenges faced by MSME actors. The results of the study indicate that most MSME actors in the area have a low understanding of financial literacy, which is reflected in informal and intuitive financial management practices. However, there are differences between business actors in Duyu and Balaroa, with MSME actors in Duyu being more open to financial training and assistance. This study provides theoretical contributions in the development of financial literacy in the post-disaster context and practical in designing more effective community-based economic empowerment programs. These findings are expected to be the basis for supporting institutions and policy makers in designing more relevant interventions for MSMEs in relocation areas. The right financial education program can help MSMEs improve their business resilience and economic sustainability in the future.

Abstract

Post-disaster economic recovery is a complex challenge, requiring a sustainable approach to rebuilding a resilient economic foundation. This study explores the role of the Islamic Relief Project in facilitating post-disaster sustainable livelihood recovery in the Petobo area, Central Sulawesi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a single case study approach. The results show that Islamic Relief's support is not only limited to material assistance, but also training and mentoring to improve managerial skills and business empowerment. These findings emphasize the importance of a holistic and sustainable approach in ensuring post-disaster economic recovery. Overall, the Islamic Relief Project has made a significant contribution to post-disaster business recovery in the Petobo area, and this approach is expected to be a sustainable and resilient economic recovery strategy for disaster-affected communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap keuangan, lingkungan sosial, dan kontrol diri terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa rantau di Kabupaten Morowali. Mahasiswa rantau dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan finansial karena harus mengatur keuangan sendiri jauh dari keluarga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap keuangan, lingkungan sosial, dan kontrol diri secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan. Sikap keuangan yang positif membantu mahasiswa membuat anggaran dan menabung, sementara lingkungan sosial dapat memengaruhi perilaku keuangan secara langsung. Kontrol diri memungkinkan mahasiswa untuk menghindari belanja impulsif dan membuat keputusan yang bijak dalam penggunaan dana.

Abstract

Studi This study aims to determine the effect of financial technology, social environment, and financial attitudes on the financial behavior of UNTAD Morowali PSDKU students. The type of research used in the study is quantitative. The research method uses non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The population used in this study were UNTAD Morowali PSDKU students. The sample taken was 50 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that 1) based on the results of the F test, it shows that financial technology variables, social environment, and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of PSDKU UNTAD Morowali students. 2) Financial technology variables have a positive and significant effect on the financial behavior of PSDKU UNTAD Morowali students 3) The social environment variable has a positive and insignificant coefficients value, which means that the social environment has no role in the financial behavior of PSDKU UNTAD Morowali students. 4) The financial attitude variable has a positive and insignificant coefficients value, which means that financial attitudes have no role in the financial behavior of PSDKU UNTAD Morowali students
