Abstract

Intisari.

Abstract

Before the introduction of Islamic law, the Indonesian people adhered to customary law which had various systems and was very diverse in nature. In reality, the Islamic religion has had a big influence on the lives of Indonesian people to this day. Apart from that, the majority of the Indonesian population adheres to Islam, so it is natural that Islamic law always colors national law in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to find out the history of the implementation of Islamic law in Indonesia and the role of Islamic law in the development of national law in Indonesia using library research methods. The conclusion of this research is that Islamic law entered Indonesia at the same time as Islam entered Indonesia, which according to some circles began in the VII or VIII century AD. Meanwhile, Western law was only introduced by the VOC at the beginning of the seventeenth century AD and in the development of Indonesian national law, religious law ( Islamic law) is the most dominant basis, where Islamic law plays a very important role in shaping Indonesian human behavior. Therefore, Islamic law is an absolute element for the development of Indonesian national law. Keywords: History of Islamic Law, Theory of Islamic Law, reception a complex

Abstract

Kepahiang Regency, located in an active fault zone, has great geothermal potential with an estimated capacity of up to 154 MW(e), making it a strategic renewable energy source to be developed. This research discusses the geothermal potential in the Kabawetan area, Kepahiang, Bengkulu. The main objective of this research is to evaluate the potential of geothermal resources around the Bogor segment by analyzing the subsurface structure using the Magnetotelluric inversion method and 2D resistivity modeling, in order to identify prospective geothermal reservoir zones. It can evaluate the potential of geothermal reservoirs in Kepahiang. The method used is the Magnetotelluric method, which utilizes the Earth's natural electromagnetic field to determine the distribution of resistivity in the subsurface. The results of 2D modeling with the MT method show potential zones associated with variations in subsurface thermal conditions and the presence of conductive clay minerals with resistivity values between 0.14-1 Ωm. These minerals are thought to be associated with the overburden (reservoir) of the geothermal system that has a depth of 2-4 km. The subsurface layer containing hot water and steam originating from heat emitted from the earth's core with a resistivity value of 2.5-45 Ωm at a depth of 1-4 km is thought to be caprock in the geothermal system, a resistivity value of 120-800 Ωm is thought to be hot rock with a depth between 1.5-10 km. It is estimated that there is a type of andesite rock that has been fractured as a reservoir of geothermal fluid. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to renewable energy as an alternative energy in the future, not only for energy needs but also for regional economic development through tourism and to support sustainable governance.

Abstract

Bengkulu is the capital of Bengkulu Province and is located in the subduction zone between the Eurasian and Indo-Australian plates. Bengkulu is also close to the major faults of Sumatra, namely the Musi fault, the Ketahun fault, and the Manna fault. Therefore, regional planning and infrastructure development for earthquake mitigation is necessary. The purpose of this study is to estimate the thickness of the sedimentary layers in the construction zone of Bengkulu Hospital during the earthquake attenuation phase. This study is conducted by surface geological analysis using the HVSR method; data analysis using microtremor data. The microtremor data were analyzed using the HVSR method to obtain the amplification value (A0) and the dominant frequency (f0). HVSR analysis gave dominant frequency (f0) values from 5.1 to 5.8 Hz, amplification (A0) from 1.64 to 5.91 times, and dominant period (T0) from 1.49 to 2.81 seconds. The values of A0, f0, T0 are interpreted with reference to the literature and surface geology as a moderate risk of seismic vulnerability, characterized by moderate to weak sedimentation and moderate amplification values.
