Abstract

School Fullday a school alternative currentlyinterestedin our society especially for parents busy with work. They think choice school Fullday the very effective fortheir childrens. Researchers do observation in class V SDNU 22 Full Day AL HIKMAH Kesilir Wuluhan indicating that mostof the their students have saturation while the school day, due to start morning until the afternoon they are in school. This study aims to know the decline Burnout (saturation learning) using the guidance of group with engineering psikodramaon the students class V SDNU 22 Full Day AL HIKMAH Kesilir Wuluhan the school year 2017/2018.This researche using action researche guidance and counseling (PTBK), while the procedure is used model cycle. Based on the research, after doing post Treatment on cycle 1mshows that the value of the  ofBurnout on students class V SD NU 22 Full Day Al HIKMAH Kesilir Wuluhan the school year 2017/2018 shows the range of low value and has reached the value of the success indicators between the value of 30-50, so the reserchers enoughto do treatment on the cycle of 1. Thus proven that Burnout(saturation learning) can be derived with guidance group with engineering psikodrama. Keywords: Psikodrama, Burnout, Full Day

Abstract

Research on the delivery of services counseling sunday prologue an individual to increase of developing kind of confidence student of class viii at their own locations MTs. Al-Ma’Arif discerning men will vanish or Wuluhan academic year 2017/2018. With the treatment respondents as many as 32 students. Data collection methode used is observation and chief, analysis the data used was analysis data descriptive. The result of preliminary observations by giving chief and obtained data for main with the percentage level independence students at the school of 56%, after he received action against cycle in behavior independence students at the school as compete in terms of good judge confident, and responsibilities of increased with large percentage 65%, after continue to cycle in level behavior independence students increased with large percentage 81%. Thus obtained conclusion, service delivery individual counseling shows that behavior independence students at the school increased. Research activities have categorized successfully it reached the percentage above indicators success that has been set of 75 % the percentage independence students at the school. Therefore to service delivery individual counseling can increase independence students at the school class viii a in MTs. Al-Ma’arif Wuluhan academic year 2017/2018. Abstract

This research is the target to be achieved through a series of research activities. Thus, this study specifically aims to determine the Effect of Group Counseling Services on Self Confidence of Class XI Students of HidayatulMubtadiin Vocational School, SidodadiTempurejo, Academic Year 2018/2019.Based on the results of the study, the results of the analysis showed that the value of rxy obtained was 0.458. This number is greater and the r table is significant at 5% = 0.202 with the number of respondents (N) = 95. This result gives the understanding that the null hypothesis (Ho) reads "There is no Effect of Group Counseling Services on Self Confidence of Hidayatul Vocational High School Students MubtadiinSidodadiTempurejo 2018/2019 Academic Year "was rejected. While the working hypothesis (Ha) which reads, "There is the Effect of Group Counseling Services on Self Confidence of Class XI Students of HidayatulMubtadiin Vocational School, SidodadiTempurejo 2018/2019 Academic Year," accepted. Thus the conclusion was the influence of Group Counseling Services on Self Confidence of Class XI Students of HidayatulMubtadiin Vocational School, SidodadiTempurejo, Academic Year 2018/2019. Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon that exists in SMA Darus Sholah Jember which shows a high level of maladjustment. The purpose of this study was to determine the forms of student maladjustment behavior. This research is descriptive qualitative which produces descriptive data as it happens in the field. By using the technique of observation, interviews, and documentation. Subjects in the study were students who experienced maladjustment. The data analysis technique used is interactive and takes place continuously. The implementation of personal social guidance and counseling includes basic services, individual planning, responsive services, system support. Student responses are positive, most students feel a slow but sure change towards well adjustment, although there are students who have not felt a significant impact. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA 04 Ma’arif Perintis Tempurejo dengan judul Efektifitas Konseling Individu Teknik Behavior Contract Untuk Mengurangi Perilaku Membolos Siswa Kelas XI SMA 04 Ma’arif Perintis Tempurejo. Penelitian tentang efektivitas konseling individu tehnik Behavior Contract untuk mengurangi perilaku membolos siswa kelas XI SMA 04 Ma’arif Perintis Tempurejo dengan responden yang diteliti 3 siswa dari 30 siswa yang dipilih secara Non Probability Sampling dengan jenis Sampling Purposive metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, wawancara, angket, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Analisa data dengan menggunakan rumus uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh dengan hasil 0,02 hasil tersebut maka maka H0 ditolak, begitu pula sebaliknya jika T hitung < dari T table maka Ha diterima. Hal ini berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Abstract

Pada kurikulum merdeka kebutuhan dan karakteristik yang unik dari peserta didik menjadi titik sentral dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan disain pembelajaran yang dapat mengakomodasi keunikan tersebut. Pembelajaran yang mampu menampung kebutuhan tersebut adalah pembelajaran terdiferensiasi. Agar pembelajaran dapat optimal diperlukan asesmen awal pembelajaran yang tepat. Kegiatan lokakarya ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan bagi pendidik untuk merancang pembelajaran dan melaksanakan asesmen awal pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 10 kepala sekolah, 20 guru kelas dan 3 pengawas dari satuan pendidikan jenjang sekolah dasar. Hasil kegiatan ini terdapat peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam merancang pembelajaran terdiferensiasi dan penyelenggaraan asesmen awal pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat bagi guru, kepala sekolah dan pengawas untuk mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka pada aspek pembelajaran terdiferensiasi dan asesmen awal pembelajaran

Abstract

This research was motivated by the habit of disciplinary attitudes at MI Bustanul Ulum Mlokorejo Puger, Jember, where habituation is carried out by providing an example or being a role model for younger classmates and when learning in class begins to take place and also outside the classroom. In collecting data, researchers used observation, interviews and documentation methods, which were used to collect data regarding the condition of the school, the condition of its infrastructure, and the habit of disciplinary attitudes. Discipline will arise if there is openness, cooperation, compliance with norms with a sense of responsibility. Meanwhile, learning is a process of change that is obtained from the efforts made by a person to obtain a new change in behavior as a whole as a result of his own experience in interaction with his environment. The results of this research show that children will have a disciplined character if they are accustomed to waiting their turn in sequence and not going ahead of each other when entering the study room. Likewise, when learning activities are finished, children are accustomed to waiting for their turn, and other good habits that make student disciplined based on the habits they have made.

Abstract

Study on the Use of Self-Management Strategies in Group Counseling to Reduce Late Arrival Behavior for Class XI BIMA SMA Students: 10 students out of 36 were chosen at random to serve as the sample for this research. Tests, interviews, and observation are used as data collection techniques. and data reduction, data display, and conclusion-drawing using the Miles & Huberman methodology. Of the 10 research subjects, it can be said that all subjects experienced a significant decrease in the overall score obtained by students in pre-research of 850 in the High category, then experienced a decrease to 662 in the Medium category in cycle I, and in cycle II again experienced a good decrease. obtained 422 into the Low category. So from the score obtained, the ten research subjects from pre-research to cycle II above, showed 100% reaching or even exceeding the success indicator, namely 70%. And these outcomes show that using group counseling along with self-management strategies can effectively reduce the behavior of students arriving late to class.
