Abstract

Kemampuan komunikasi verbal memiliki fungsi menciptakan komunikasi yang efektif dalam bidang pemasaran. Berdasarkan penelitian awal, ditemukan fenomena kemampuan komunikasi verbal siswa yang rendah misalnya siswa sulit mengungkapkan pendapat dalam bentuk verbal dan tidak mampu menyalurkan idenya yang dimiliki sehingga kemampuan komunikasi verbalnya dirasa masih kurang. Sedangkan bidang pemasaran atau marketing dituntut untuk memasarkan produk yang ia miliki dan menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan klien. Teknik brainstorming adalah teknik yang dapat membantu siswa atau peserta didik dalam mengasah kemampuan khususnya kretifitas dalam mengolah kata atau kosakata dalam penyampaian pendapat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan dan konseling (PTBK) yang bertujuan untuk  mengetahui peningkatan kemampun berkomunikasi verbal dengan metode brainstorming. Adapun responden yang terlibat 10 siswa dari 37 siswa yang diambil secara purposive sampling dengan kreteria siswa yang memiliki kemampuan komunikasi verbal rendah. Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan  komunikasi verbal melalui metode brainstorming. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dan, angket. Sedangkan tekhnik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi verbal siswa melalui metode brainstorming skor pada pra-tindakan 45,2 pada siklus I pertemuan pertama rata-rata skor 50,9 pada pertemuan kedua rata-rata skor 58,2 dan pada siklus II pasca-tindakan terdapat peningkatan pada pertemuan pertama dengan rata-rata skor 72,3 dan pada pertemuan kedua rata-rata skor 77,4 kategori tinggi pada pasca-tindakan.________________________________________________________________Verbal communication skills have possible communication functions in the field of marketing. Brainstorming technique is a technique in which the village or learners in silan figures, especially creativity in processing words or vocabulary in the sub-district opinion. This research is a funding and abuse research initiative (PTBK) that aims to disseminate the ability to communicate verbally with brainstorming methods. The tersotal attracted 10 students out of 37 students who conducted purposive sampling with student creteria where verbal communication skills were low. The purpose of this research is to improve verbal communication skills through brainstorming methods. Which method of data collection in this study is how to observe and, questionnaire. While the technical data analysis using qualitative descriptive. The results showed that there was an improvement in students' verbal communication skills through the brainstorming method score at pre-action of 45.2 in the first meeting cycle averaging a score of 50.9 at the second meeting averaging a score of 58.2 and in cycle II post-action there was an increase in the first meeting with an average score of 72.3 and in the second meeting an average score of 77.4 in the post-action.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang Hubungan Dukungan Sosial Orang Tua Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Di SMK Pesantren Satelit Hidayatul Hasan Lumajang Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara dan angket dengan hasil analisis data menggunakan rumus product moment untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Dukungan Sosial Orang Tua Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Di SMK Pesantren Satelit Hidayatul Hasan Lumajang Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. hasil penelitian dan analisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS diketahui hasil nilai signifikan 0,00, maka nilai signifikan 0,00 lebih kecil dari 0,05. Bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kesiapan kerja. Dengan ini membuktikan bahwa dukungan sosial dengan kesiapan kerja pada tingkat tinggi.

Abstract

Low self esteem can prevent a person from achieving the desired personal success in his future life. Based on the initial study by observing the data obtained about 57 %of students who experince self confidence. This study aims to increase the intensity of self confidence through group counseling. Yhe type of research used is guidance and counseling action research. The procedure used is a cycle model. Based on the results of the study, the first cycle of the first meeting of the respondents were still students showing ow self esteem. It is shown from the activeness, interst of students, enthusiasm of student, and conducive to students only around 60-66%. The second meeting, respondents have shown a better condition, which is around 74%. Cycle two the first meeting, around 80%. The second meeting, student avtivity. Student interest, student enthusiasm and student conduciveness increased, ranging from 89-96%. Group counseling services are one of the recommended aids to help students who exspirince low self esteem. Keywords: Group Conseling; Self Confodence

Abstract

The ability of an individual to survive in difficult conditions, to be able to quickly rise from adversity and be able to adapt positively to academic pressures and demands, this situation is called academic resilience. Students with high academic resilience will always be optimistic and positive in facing academic difficulties, not easily discouraged and able to get out of the problem they face. This research uses correlational quantitative method. The subjects in this study were 123 respondents consisting of 51 men and 72 women with an age range of 19-25 years. The sampling technique used is stratified random sampling. Data collection methods in this study are questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of the rxy value is 0.413. These result indicate that the correlation coefficient is positive and is in the sufficient category. The correlation coefficient value of r=0.413 means that the contribution of the self regulated learning variable to academic resilience is 16.56% while the remaining 83.44% is from other variables. These variables or factors include students cognitive abilities, self efficacy, self esteem, student characteristics, community, environment and social support. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between self regulated learning and academic resilience of students in the 2020 academic year. Abstract

Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) is acounseling approach designeg to solve counsclee problems at this time by way of cognitive restructuring and deviant behavior. Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) counseling techniques used in indonesia are mind capture, reality testing, cognitive exercices and alternatif search while the motivation to learn is a factor that is unique to arouse or enthusiasm of learning  so have a lot of energy to do learning activities. Learning  motivation is devided in to namely intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. This recearch was conduected in class VIII B MTs ASHRI Jember with the research subject of 30 famale students, but the researcher can only study 10 students who have low learning motivation. Based on analysis show that there is an increase in motivation to learn class VIII B MTs ASHRI Jember after getting counseling service  Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT)with percentage of  71%. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the extent of the effectiveness of home room engineering group guidance services to improve cohesiveness of students in class XII Science 2 of SMA Negeri 3 Jember. The research method used is an experimental method with one group pretest and posttest design research design. The method of determining the sample using purposive sampling, namely determining the sample based on specified criteria. Based on the results of the pretest conducted, obtained 6 counselees who will be the research sample. The data analysis method uses t-test analysis. This research was conducted by providing home room engineering group guidance services 5 times, with materials that have been prepared in accordance with indicators of cohesiveness and analysis of student needs. Based on the data analysis, the results of the t-test sig. (2-tailed) 0.00 <0.05. So Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, with the conclusion that the home room engineering group guidance service was effective in increasing the cohesiveness of students of class XII Science 2 of SMA Negeri 3 Jember. Abstract

Character education is an effort to educate children in order to make decisions and practice them in their daily lives. Researchers are observing at TK B Puspa Melati Jember Odd semester year lesson 2019-2020 and obtained data about 46% or nearly half of the existing learners experiencing a level of low self-reliance. This research aims to improve the character's self-reliant through the game people's crank. The type of research used is research into class action (PTK). The procedure used is a cycle model. Based on the research results, the I cycle of students still has no independent attitude. Cycle II students have developed as expected (BSH), there are even some that are developing very well (BSB). Abstract

Confidence is the key to self motivation. Individuals will not live a good life without any confidence. Researchers conducted observations in MTs ASHRI Jember class VIII A academic year 2017-2018 and the result of pretest is 42% which is classified in the qualification is less and still bellow the average of ideal confidence. This study aims to increase self confidence through group guidance services with sociodrama techniques. The type of research used is action research guidance and counseling (PTBK). The procedure used is the cycle model. Based on the result of research on the implementation of the cycle of  I respondents still showed an attitude of lack confidence. It shown from not nervous when appearing in front of the class, feeling confident that they can, dare in eksplore role and do not look shy embarrassment that only around 50%. And in the IInd cycle began to show an increasein confidence in student this is seen in not nervous when appearing in front of the class, feel confident that they can, dare in eksplore role and do not look shy embarrassment that only ranges between 75%. Thus it can be concluded that the service of group guidance with sociodrama technique can improve self confidence of class VIII A MTs ASHRI Jember. Keywords: Self confidence, Sociodrama.

Abstract

Today's adolescent social problems are often the topic of conversation and at the same time become a source of concern or concern for parents, educators, and all parties who are concerned about the future fate of the younger generation. Researchers conducted observations in class VIII of SMP Negeri 1 Rambipuji showing ethics in relationships that were a little low. This study aims to determine changes in ethics and the provision of group counseling on social ethics behavior of class VIII students at Rambipuji 1 Public Middle School. The type of research used is quantitative research. The procedure used is the provision of questionnaires, questionnaires given about the ethics of association and group counseling. Abstract

 Research on the relationship of self efficacy with stress levels in compiling the final project (thesis) FKIP .Islamic University Jember Year 2016 .Batch  Year with 31 students surveyed. The method used for data collection .ncludes observation, interviews and questionnaires, the analysis used is Product Moment correlation analysis. Based on the observation results obtained a description of the psychology of students when preparing their thesis, followed by interviews with 8 FKIP students, there were 6 students who experienced stress when facing thesis. The distribution of questionnaires to 31 students was continued, as many as 8 students in the category of high self-efficacy and moderate stress, 5 students in the category of moderate and high stress self-efficacy, and 18 students in the category of moderate self-efficacy and moderate stress. In this study students who are preparing the final project are in the medium category, meaning that between self efficacy and stress faced by balanced students. This proves that between self efficacy and stress levels students have a relationship. Keywords :Self Efficacy, Student Stress
