Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze the leading economic sectors of Rejang Lebong Regency. According to BPS secondary time series data (2014-2019), descriftive analysis was used for analyze the economic structure and leading economic sectors. Based on different approach, demand (PDRB) and supply (employment), this research was to determine the leading sectors. The result of this research can be concluded that Rejang Lebong Regency was an agriculture economy eventhough the leading economic sector was not that. It based on demand side approach differ by supply side. The first periods of 2014-2017, Rejang Lebong Regency has 9 leading sectors, and the second period of this research become 7 tercier sectors. It was used PDRB data, and become 4 leading sectors (primary and tercier sectors) when employment data used merely. When the data of PDRB and employment was combined to analyze the Rejang Lebong Regency economy, there were no same leading sectors. This condition indicated that the development of 7 sectors economy of Rejang Lebong Regency was driven by demand, not only local but also demand from other region demand.

Abstract

Guru yang berkualitas serta profesional dibidangnya masing-masing tercermin pada perannya segai pendidik untuk membantu terlaksananya pembelajaran di sekolah. Peranan guru di sekolah maupun di lingkungan masyarakat sangat penting. Oleh karena itu, tujuan tersebut akan dapat tercapai apabila guru memiliki karakteristik yang baik diantaranya dengan mimeliki sifat dan sikap 9 K dan 7 M. Adapun 9 K tersebut adalah kasih sayang, keperdulian, kesabaran, kreatif, kerendahan hati, komitmen, kejujuran, kecerdasan, dan keren. Sementara 7 M yaitu: mengembangkan kepribadian, menguasai landasan pendidikan, menguasai bahan pengajaran, menyusun program pengajaran, melaksanakan program pengajaran, menilai hasil dan proses belajar mengajar, dan menyelenggaran proses bimbingan. Dengan kata lain, karakteristik guru yang profesional adalah (1) melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan baik secara baik dengan mengedepankan nilai pendidikan karakter seperti: nilai religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat/komunikatif, cinta damai, gemar membaca, peduli lingkungan, peduli sosial, dan tanggung jawab. (2) Mengembangkan kepribadian dan menjunjung kode etik keguruan. (3) Menguasai landasan pendidikan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional. (4) Menguasai bahan pengajaran. (5) Menyusun dan melaksanakan program pengajaran berdasarkan kurikulum yang berlaku. (6) Menilai hasil dan proses belajar mengajar, dan (7)menyelenggaran proses bimbingan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the level of syntax errors that include aspects of phrases and sentences on writing personal experience grade X SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Stella Gratia Atambua. This research uses qualitative research designs with the kind of descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that many students make a mistake on a sentence structure that covers ten aspects. These findings prove that students pay attention to the use of grammar in writing, lack of vocabulary which belonged to the students, the influence of the use of local languages, and teachers less use of grammar in writing.
