Abstract

AbstrakKecamatan Rahuning merupakan salah satu kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Asahan yang banyak terdapat penjual gorengan. Hasil penelusuran peneliti didapatkan ada sebanyak 86 penjual gorengan yang ada di Kecamatan Rahuning. Banyak dari mereka yang tidak mengetahui bahwa minyak yang digunakan berkali-kali atau penggunaan minyak jelantah bisa menyebabkan gangguan kesehatan, salah satunya menyebabkan rasa gatal pada tenggorokan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap penjual gorengan dengan penggunaan minyak jelantah di Kecamatan Rahuning Kabupaten Asahan. Metode Penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh penjual gorengan yang ada di Kecamatan Rahuning yaitu 86 responden yang sekaligus dijadikan sampel. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dengan uji statistik chi-square, dan multivariat dengan uji analisis Regresi Logistik. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa nilai p untuk variable pengetahuan = 0,000 dan sikap = 0,000 memiliki hubungan dengan penggunaan minyak jelantah pada penjual gorengan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis multivariat terdapat pengaruh variabel pengetahuan sebesar 15,8% terhadap penggunaan minyak jelantah di Kecamatan Rahuning Kabupaten Asahan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan penggunaan minyak jelantah pada penjual gorengan di Kecamatan Rahuning Kabupaten Asahan tahun 2021. Disarankan kepada Camat Kecamatan Rahuning untuk bekerjasama dengan Puskesmas Rahuning dalam hal program promosi kesehatan untuk memberikan informasi kepada responden tentang bahaya penggunaan minyak jelantah.Kata Kunci :Pengetahuan, Sikap, Penggunaan Minyak Jelantah

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the registration of hajj at this age in the study of the MUI fatwa No. 002/MUNAS X/MUI/XI/2020 and socio-economic theory studies. This study uses a qualitative research method based on literature study with primary data sources, namely the preamble of fatwa no. 002/MUNAS X/MUI/XI/2020 concerning registration of hajj at an early age and a book on economic sociology by Damsar and Indrayani. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis and description analysis techniques. The results of the study explain that Hajj registration at an early age to get a portion of the Hajj is legal (permissible), provided that the money used to register for Hajj is obtained in a lawful way, does not interfere with other costs that must be met, does not violate the provisions of the legislation. , does not hinder the implementation of Hajj for mukallaf who already have the obligation 'ala al-faur and have registered. Then the research also explains that socially registration for Hajj at an early age has the opportunity to create new social strata, where at an early age a person will be seen as respectable by his participation as a prospective Hajj participant. Whereas in the perspective of economic studies, participation from an early age can only be carried out by people with high economics.

Abstract

Madrasah diniyah takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) is often considered a non-formal Islamic educational institution that still maintains the classical system. However, changing times seem to be inevitable and must be accepted by MDTA. In this regard, this study aims to analyze the modernization of education carried out by madrasah diniyah takmiliyah. This research is devoted to MDTA Pendidikan Agama Islam Medan, on the grounds that the madrasa has modernized. The research method used is qualitative based on phenomenological studies. Research informants consisted of madrasa heads and teachers. The results of the study explain that teachers' perceptions of the modernization of madrasah diniyah takmiliyah education should be carried out while respecting traditional and religious values. The aim is to produce graduates who have a balance between religious knowledge, skills, and an understanding of the modern world. Some aspects that are being modernized are a balanced curriculum, teaching methods that are more interactive and inclusive, teacher development, the use of educational technology in learning, evaluation of current learning, collaboration with educational institutions, character education, openness and inclusiveness.

Abstract

Management of Islamic educational institutions has an important role in shaping the quality of education in line with Islamic principles. The management model of Islamic educational institutions can become the essence and complexity of the management of Islamic educational institutions, illustrating how elements of professionalism, religious values, and dimensions of leadership combine to create a holistic educational environment. In this regard, this study aims to analyze the model and implementation of the management of Islamic educational institutions in madrasas. This research was conducted at MTs. Pendidikan Agama Islam. the research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of research at MTs. Pendidikan Agama Islam namely, the management of Islamic educational institutions demands more than conventional managerial skills. In addition to competence in planning, organizing, supervising and controlling, religious aspects play a central role in decision making and carrying out administrative tasks. The concept of sacred intention is the main driving force, inspiring action with the aim of carrying out education as a religious deed that follows the teachings of Islam. The purpose of this paper is to describe the combination of managerial attitudes and Islamic leadership values ​​as an essential foundation.

Abstract

Islamic character education is the most important and urgent thing to be applied at various levels of education, both in primary, secondary and tertiary education, one of which is through local wisdom. With regard to that, this research aims to analyze the existence of Islamic character education based on local wisdom at UMN Al-Washliyah Medan. This research uses a qualitative description analysis method, by first collecting facts and data accurately and then tabulating them so that conclusions will be obtained. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the study explain that, namely 1) UMN Al-Washliyah Medan is one of the PTU campuses that implements Islamic character education directly through lecture activities and outside lectures with the habituation method. 2) The existence of character education implemented at UMN Al-Washliyah Medan towards the era of independent learning is carried out with several models, namely habituation activities, exemplary, discipline, with rewards and punishments, with active / contextual and participatory learning. The local wisdom can be seen from the existence of Al-Washliyahan courses, one of which fosters student character.
