Abstract

This research aims to determine the added value of managing wooden furniture production waste as an innovative product in the city of Timika. The research method used is the descriptive research method, namely a method for examining the status of a group of people, an object, a set of conditions, a system of thought or a class of events in the present. In this research, the data collection methods used were the interview method, observation method, and documentation method. To determine the existence of a positive influence, the analytical instrument used in the research is analysis of the cost of production. The results of this research show that the cost of production for miniature bonsai is Rp. 35,490/unit and added value of Rp. 1,597,050, while the cost of production for briquettes is Rp. 9,793/kg and added value of Rp. 145,500.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the optimal amount of inventory when placing a reorder, to find out when is the right time to reorder merchandise at CV. Tonglo Rays. The method used is a descriptive method. This analysis was carried out by collecting data from CV. Sinar Tonglo, then manages the data that has been collected using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Reorder Point (ROP) calculations. The results of this research show that the number of orders was 4,539,398, the time required was 20 days, the safety stock was 124,380 kg, and reorders were from CV. Sinar Tonglo what must be done is when the remaining merchandise inventory is 346,772 kg

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of environmental awareness, knowledge and availability of infrastructure on people's behavior in disposing of household waste in the city of Timika. To achieve this goal, the research method used is the associative method, the data collection techniques used are observation techniques and questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis instruments. The results of the research show that environmental awareness and knowledge influence people's behavior in disposing of household waste in the city of Timika, while the level of infrastructure availability has no effect on people's behavior in disposing of household waste in the city of Timika.

Abstract

This research aims to find out or see the provision of public facilities for people with disabilities and their accessibility in Mimika Regency. The method used is descriptive method. In this research, the data collection techniques used were observation and interviews. Meanwhile, the data analysis instrument used is source triangulation. The results of this research show that there are no public facilities built by the Government, but at the district court office there is accessibility that supports people with disabilities in carrying out their activities. Mozzes Kilangin Airport is a public facility built by the Command. Mozzes Kilangin Airport is still in the process of building accessibility that supports people with disabilities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how the market segmentation of CV Irian's Indah furniture business is carried out. The types of data used in this study are quantitative and qualitative data. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and questionnaires. The analysis tool used in this study is factor analysis. Based on the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the crosstab analysis shows that the most dominant gender with geographical segmentation is female with geographical segmentation indicating rural areas. The demographic crosstab analysis with psychographic segmentation shows that female respondents are more dominant in choosing local city brands as psychographic segmentation. The demographic cross- tab analysis with behavioural segmentation shows that women dominate in choosing quality as behavioural segmentation. The demographic cross-tab analysis with future preference segmentation shows that women dominate in choosing neutral as future preference.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of PT. Arina Multikarya's Sales Promotion Girls in Timika City and to determine the differences in the performance of PT. Arina Multikarya's Sales Promotion Girls in each store that sells Nestle products. The data collected in this study is qualitative data sourced from supervisors and assistants at stores that sell Nestle products, who were used as respondents using a questionnaire technique. The data was analysed using frequency distribution analysis and Friedman analysis. The results of the analysis show that the performance of PT. Arina Multikarya's Sales Promotion Girls in Timika City is in the ‘Good’ category, and there are differences in the performance of PT. Arina Multikarya's Sales Promotion Girls in each store that sells Nestle products.
