Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan setiap orang yang sangat penting karena pendidikan bertugas untuk menyiapkan sumber daya manusia bagi proses pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Pendidikan saat ini berfungsi sebagai suatu upaya menaikkan kualitas peradaban manusia. Dalam hal ini, pembelajaran dan pengalaman perlu diarahkan pada upaya memperjuangkan bentuk-bentuk kehidupan yang terbaik, dengan menghargai martabat waraga negara.Pendidikan diharapkan membawa perkembangan menuju kedewasaan berpikir dan dalam bersikap dalam kehidupan. Tulisan ini mengharapkan terjadi peningkatan dalam kurikulum pendidikan ekonomi, dimana pendidikan ekonomi dapat berkembang dan berdasarkan pada nilai-nilai Pancasila.

Abstract

Abstract

We already know that Pancasila is the basis of the Republic of Indonesia which was established on August 18, 1945. This implies that the system of Indonesian human life, both as individuals and as individuals, as members of society and as people living in the Indonesian state, must refer to the values ​​contained. inside Pancasila. Pancasila is the basis of Indonesian human behavior. The values ​​contained in Pancasila are full of religious values, truth values, goodness values ​​(sila I), human values ​​(sila II), and the beauty and justice values ​​of social life (principle V). Pancasila also contains values ​​that are essential to humans as creatures created by God and that cannot be contested by anyone as an individual, an individual as a member of society and an individual as a citizen. Thought can be established as an effort to reflect carefully and seriously to explore the science and values ​​of Pancasila that have developed in the implementation of education in the era of globalization, and in the end it is formulated in a concept or theory.

Abstract

Dari tahun ke tahun, permasalahan korupsi mengalami peningkatan intensitasnya. Dalam upaya pemberantasan korupsi, mahasiswa memiliki peran yang strategi suntuk berkontribusi dalam aktivitas konkret dengan melakukan pemetaan korupsi termasuk memberikan advokasi kepada korban korupsi. Usaha dalam mencegah maraknya praktik korupsi harus dilakukan oleh seluruh elemen masyarakat, tak terkecuali kaum muda Sejarah mencatat dengan tinta emas, perjuangan mahasiswa dalam memerangi ketidakadilan. Sejarah juga mencatat bahwa perjuangan bangsa Indonesia tidak bisa lepas dari mahasiswa dan dari pergerakan mahasiswa akan muncul tokoh dan pemimpin bangsa. Perjuangan mahasiswa belumlah berakhir. Di masa sekarang ini, mahasiswa dihadapkan pada tantangan yang tidak kalah besar dibandingkan dengan kondisi masa lampau. Kondisi yang membuat Bangsa Indonesia terpuruk, yaitu masalah korupsi yang merebak di seluruh bangsa ini. Mahasiswa harus berpandangan bahwa korupsi adalah musuh utama bangsa Indonesia dan harus diperangi.

Abstract

This PKM is motivated by the absence of a real solution regarding providing reinforcement at PAUD III Saraswati Denpasar school. This service aims to provide a solution for how to provide reinforcement for the moral development of early childhood in preschool education. The methods used are socialization and mentoring. In the implementation of the 1st and 2nd stages of PKM socialization, much progress has been achieved. Data was obtained through free interviews, observation and documentation. Data sources were obtained through school principals, class teachers who functioned as informants. The results of the service found included: In learning aspects of moral development, there were several reinforcements provided by other educators/teachers at PAUD III Saraswati Denpasar, namely: the use of positive reinforcement and the use of negative reinforcement. Learning aspects of moral development at PAUD III Saraswati Denpasar is carried out through all activities including: habituation, singing songs, shouting moral messages, stories, and so on. The impact that occurs after reinforcement is given to children is: positive reinforcement includes: children become happy, enthusiastic about following lessons. Meanwhile, negative reinforcement includes: not repeating bad actions. Providing reinforcement can improve the moral development of early childhood because after being given reinforcement, children who have good moral development increasingly increase their moral development, while children who have less moral development gradually experience positive development over time after being given continuous negative reinforcement.

Abstract

Education at school is not enough just to teach students to read, write and count, then pass exams and later get a good job. However, schools must be able to educate students to be able to decide what is right and wrong. Education is carried out in schools with the hope of developing thinking abilities while forming good student character to achieve life goals in life. The aim of this service is to find solutions on how to instill character education through scout extracurricular activities and classroom learning for students at SMK PGRI 1 Badung. To achieve this goal, students must instill character-forming values ​​originating from religion, Pancasila and culture. The method used in this service is training and mentoring with three stages, namely the preparation stage, activity stage, and activity evaluation stage. The results of the implementation of scouting activities at SMK PGRI 1 Badung went well and this activity was attended by all students and scout leaders by paying attention to the basic principles and methods of scouting. The characters that emerge in the implementation of character education are discipline, caring for the environment, tolerance, communicative, religious, democratic, curious, self-confident, creative, independent, hard working, responsible, honest, socially concerned, and appreciate achievement. Likewise, education carried out at school can develop thinking abilities as well as shape students' good character to achieve life goals in life.

Abstract

To realize the Indonesian state which has economic strength, investment is needed. In Indonesia, investment experiences several obstacles because it is influenced by overlapping regulations, causing policy conflicts between one department and another. To overcome this policy conflict, harmonization of the rules must be carried out, one way to realize this harmonization is to implement the omnibus law. Untuk mewujudkan negara Indonesia yang memiliki kekuatan ekonomi maka diperlukan adanya investasi. Di Indonesia investasi mengalami beberapa hambatan karena dipengaruhi oleh tumpang tindihnya aturan sehingga menimbulkan konflik kebijakan antara departemen yang satu dengan departemen yg lainnya. Untuk mengatasi konflik kebijakan tersebut maka harus dilakukan harmonisasi terhadap aturannya, salah satu cara untuk mewujudkan harmonisasi itu adalah dengan melaksanakan omnibus law.
