Abstract

This research were aims to see what commodities can become regional superiors in SalatigaRegency, so that they are able to make a high contribution to the economy of Salatiga Regency. Itis hoped that by knowing the superior potential, the right policies for regional economicdevelopment can be identified based on regional potentials. The results of this study, whichbecame the leading commodities were: enting gepuk, lung chips, brown rice and black rice drinks,upcycle tire crafts, D-9 cassava cheese, Plumpungan Batik, Selotigo Batik, handicrafts from flour(clay), and education station.

Abstract

The times and the Covid-19 pandemic have contributed to increasingly declining economic conditions. Due to income inequality and high levels of new unemployment, many people are unable to meet their living needs. Empowerment is expected to help people acquire the skills, knowledge and mental attitudes needed to improve their quality of life. PKBM Surya Alam is one of the non-formal educational institutions in Demak Regency, which has various superior programs to empower the community, including pursuing Packages B and C, and several skills and skills programs, such as computers, electronics and sewing. In Demak Regency, especially young women or housewives who are still productive, tend to like sewing. There are several garment industries that require many female workers. Opportunities for entrepreneurship or working in the garment industry are greater for those who are skilled at sewing. This can help meet living needs and reduce the unemployment rate, especially for women. This research aims to find out: (1) How Surya Alam PKBM is implemented in Community Empowerment in Demak Regency, and (2) What efforts are made by Surya Alam PPKBM in Community Empowerment in Demak Regency. To collect data, this research used interviews and observations in a descriptive qualitative approach. The research results include: (1) The implementation of PKBM Surya Alam to improve sewing skills in Demak Regency was generally carried out well, although not yet optimal. There are still aspects that need to be improved, and (2) PKBM Surya Alam has provided services to the community in obtaining non-formal education, either regularly or through community empowerment from the Demak Government, especially sewing training.

Abstract

Pantai Kartini di Kota Jepara merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan yang menarik minat wisatawan lokal maupun nasional. Dengan meningkatnya penggunaan teknologi digital, ulasan wisatawan mengenai Pantai Kartini kini mudah ditemukan pada platform daring seperti Google Maps. Ulasan tersebut mencerminkan pengalaman, tingkat kepuasan, serta kritik yang berkaitan dengan fasilitas dan layanan wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi wisatawan melalui analisis sentimen menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengelompokkan ulasan ke dalam tiga kategori, yaitu positif, netral, dan negatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma Naïve Bayes mampu melakukan klasifikasi sentimen dengan akurasi 74%, presisi 61%, dan recall 55%. Walaupun performa model tergolong cukup baik, masih ditemukan kelemahan dalam mendeteksi sentimen negatif akibat ketidakseimbangan jumlah data pada tiap kategori pelatihan. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambah jumlah data, menyeimbangkan distribusi sentimen, melakukan normalisasi kata, serta menambahkan kriteria tambahan pada proses pemeringkatan. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar bagi pengelola wisata dan pemerintah daerah untuk menyusun strategi pengembangan dan promosi wisata yang lebih efektif berbasis analisis digital.  Kata kunci: Analisis Sentimen, Naïve Bayes Classifier, Ulasan Wisatawan, Pengembangan Pariwisata.
