Abstract

Kuliner merupakan sebuah gaya hidup yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari, karena setiap orang memerlukan makanan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari dimulai dari makanan yang sederhana hingga makanan yang berkelas tinggi atau mewah, semua itu membutuhkan pengolahan yang higinies dan cita rasa yang tinggi. PT Anita Family Bakery merupakan produsen roti, cakes dan tart yang berdiri di Sumenep sejak 1982.”Namun hingga saat ini belum pernah dilakukan penelitian upaya untuk menganalisis kualitas produk ataupun layanan dari perusahaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas”konsumen Anita Family Bakery dengan menggunakan metode SEM–PLS. di mana dengan menggunakan Analisis Path Coefficient yang terdapat di SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen, kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen dan harga berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen namun tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas konsumen, kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas konsumen.”Simpulan penelitian ini adalah kepuasan konsumen dipengaruhi oleh kualitas produk dan layanan, sedangkan harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

The transport route is a solution that minimizes the cost of distribution. The savings matrix method is the vehicle routing problem (VRP) method for obtaining an efficient route. The use of this method is to combine the destination points with the greatest distance savings and to take into account the volume of demand per destination. Then order the visits to the vehicle so that an efficient delivery route is obtained. This paper discusses the use of the savings matrix method in the determination of product delivery routes for PT Pojur Real Madura. At the end of the work, it turned out that this method showed that the route obtained was less than the original route, namely from 16 routes to 10 routes. Within a month, distance savings of 184 km or about 30 per cent were achieved, fuel savings of 61 liters or about 26 per cent were achieved, so that the use of the vehicle was reduced, which meant that costs could be minimized.

Abstract

The development of the industrial world which is increasingly developing at this time will lead to high competition in the industrial world. So that the profits of each company also have an influence. New ideas are urgently needed to bring the business world in a more advanced direction so that it can keep up with increasingly fierce competition. Terang Alam Semesta is one of the MSMEs that operates in the Bag Manufacturing Sector. In this research, the Linear programming method is used as an operational research model in applied mathematics studies which is widely used in industry and business organizations and can be used in the process of obtaining solutions and solving production problems. From the results of research using POM for Windows software, it was found that Terang Alam Semesta would gain maximum profits if it could produce 15 Premium Leather Bags and 10 Semi-Leather Bags with a profit of IDR. 900,000 per day.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan teknologi tepat guna, yaitu SW-Cage dan SW-Dryer, untuk meningkatkan daya saing rumput laut di Kabupaten Sumenep. Menggunakan metode Pahl dan Beitz, penelitian ini melibatkan tahapan perancangan sistematis mulai dari identifikasi kebutuhan hingga pengembangan detail produk. SW-Cage dirancang untuk melindungi rumput laut dari predator dan kondisi lingkungan yang tidak mendukung, sementara SW-Dryer dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas proses pengeringan pascapanen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SW-Cage mampu meningkatkan produktivitas dan keberhasilan budidaya hingga 85%, sedangkan SW-Dryer mengurangi kadar air dengan lebih efisien dan biaya energi yang rendah. Penerapan kedua teknologi ini memberikan solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan nilai jual rumput laut, serta mendukung keberlanjutan industri rumput laut di Sumenep.

Abstract

Seaweed is a leading commodity in Sumenep Regency. However, post-harvest quality remains low due to traditional drying methods, which, in turn, affects selling prices and farmer welfare. This community service program aims to improve the quality and competitiveness of seaweed farmers in Pagarbatu Village by applying SW-Solar Dryer technology. Implementation methods include outreach, management and production training, SW-Solar Dryer application, mentoring, and ongoing evaluation with "Kelana" fishing group partners. The results showed that the SW-Solar Dryer can reduce drying time from 2–3 days to just 5–8 hours. It maintains product hygiene because the process is carried out in a closed room. Moisture content produced also meets industry standards. Furthermore, the mentoring program encouraged diversification of processed seaweed-based products. This increased farmers' income and reduced dependence on collectors. Thus, the application of SW-Solar Dryer technology has proven effective in improving post-harvest management, expanding business opportunities, and creating more competitive seaweed farmers.

Abstract

Desa Marengan Daya, Kabupaten Sumenep, merupakan wilayah agraris yang rentan terhadap banjir musiman yang terjadi 5–7 kali setiap tahun dan berdampak pada produktivitas pertanian serta ketahanan pangan masyarakat. Petani masih mengandalkan pola usaha tani konvensional tanpa dukungan data lingkungan, sementara Karang Taruna belum memiliki kapasitas teknis dalam mitigasi kebencanaan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan banjir dan memperkuat ketahanan pangan melalui integrasi Smart Early Warning System (EWS) dan penerapan sistem pertanian adaptif mina-padi, sekaligus memberdayakan Kelompok Tani Suka Maju dan Karang Taruna Desa Marengan Daya. Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei kebutuhan, koordinasi dengan mitra, pelatihan, pendampingan, serta implementasi EWS dan lahan percontohan mina-padi seluas ±200 m². Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kemampuan teknis Karang Taruna dalam instalasi dan pengoperasian EWS, serta peningkatan kapasitas petani dalam memanfaatkan data lingkungan, menyusun rencana tanam, dan menerapkan sistem mina-padi. Keberadaan EWS mempercepat respons masyarakat terhadap potensi banjir, sementara mina-padi menjadi alternatif produksi yang adaptif di lahan tergenang. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi teknologi dan pemberdayaan masyarakat efektif dalam membangun desa tangguh banjir sekaligus memperkuat ketahanan pangan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The increasing volume of municipal solid waste in Sumenep Regency has created significant challenges for local authorities in selecting an effective and sustainable waste treatment method. The selection process requires consideration of multiple criteria, including economic, technical, environmental, social, labor, and material recovery aspects. Therefore, this study aims to determine the most suitable waste processing method by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) as the primary decision-making approach and an AI-assisted validation approach as a comparative evaluation tool. The AHP method was used to calculate the relative importance of criteria and rank three waste treatment alternatives, namely Composting, Sanitary Landfill, and Incineration, based on expert judgments. To strengthen the reliability of the decision-making process, an AI-assisted evaluation using a Large Language Model (LLM) was conducted to assess the same alternatives according to the established criteria and compare the resulting rankings with those obtained from AHP. The results of the AHP analysis indicate that Composting has the highest priority weight of 48.0%, followed by Sanitary Landfill with 33.5% and Incineration with 18.5%. Similarly, the AI-assisted evaluation generated the highest score for Composting (0.9835), followed by Sanitary Landfill (0.6130) and Incineration (0.6025). The consistency between the rankings produced by AHP and the AI-assisted assessment demonstrates the robustness of the selected alternative. The findings suggest that Composting is the most appropriate waste treatment method for Sumenep Regency due to its superior environmental performance, social acceptance, and material recovery potential. Furthermore, the study highlights the potential of AI-assisted evaluation as a supporting validation tool for enhancing multi-criteria decision-making in waste management planning.
