Abstract

Listrik memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan dan menjadi kebutuhan yang mendasar bahkan dapat dikatakan listrik telah menjadi sumber energi utama dalam setiap aktifitas manusia. PT. PLN (Persero) adalah suatu perusahaan besar sebagai jasa penyedia dan penyaluran listrik pada masyarakat yang terbeasar di Indonesia, dimana perusahaan listrik milik negara ini telah banyak memberikan kontribusi yang besar dalam hal memasok kebutuhan listrik untuk masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, PT. PLN (Persero) berinovasi dengan menghadirkan listrik prabayar atau juga disebut listrik pintar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : Untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk listrik pintar (parabayar) di PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Wonopringgo, Area Pekalongan sudah sesuai dengan keinginan pelanggan dan untuk mengetahui apakah pelanggan listrik pintar PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Wonopringgo, Area Pekalongan sudah merasa puas dengan kualitas listrik pintar (prabayar). Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian kualitatif dan metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Studi Kasus. Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sebagai alat pengumpulan data. Populasi berjumlah 15 pelanggan pengguna listrik pintar sedangkan sampelnya sebanyak 11 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah kodifikasi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi dalam bentuk tabulasi. Sedangkan hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan produk listrik pintar bagus berjumlah 63,63 % dan tidak bagus 9.09 %, dengan penilaian tingkat kepuasan yang sangat puas dan puas dengan jumlah yang sama 36,36 % dan tidak puas 9,09 %, sesuai harapan 45,45 % dan sangat tidak sesuai harapan 9.09 % menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk listrik pintar belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan keinginan pelanggan dan pelanggan belum sepenuhnya merasa puas dengan kualitas produk listrik pintar (prabayar)

Abstract

Managerial supervision is not just an administrative task, but a key strategy in building a quality education system. In the current era of educational transformation, school principals through managerial supervision play an important role in managing and supervising the learning process so that it runs effectively and with quality. This study aims to find out several things in Al Ishlah Junior High School, including the implementation of head managerial supervision, describing the Delphi method applied in the managerial supervision process and managerial supervision based on the Delphi method can improve the quality of learning. This research uses a qualitative research method, where the researcher must make complex images, test words, present the respondents' opinions in detail, and conduct real-life case studies. Qualitative research is research that aims to understand a phenomenon experienced by the subject, such as behavior, perception and problems related to the subject. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type to explore the implementation of Delphi Method-based managerial supervision in improving the quality of learning. The result of this study is that managerial supervision at Al Ishlah Bungah Gresik Junior High School is carried out with a measurable and sustainable plan by the principal through monitoring teacher development activities and strengthening school management. The Delphi method approach is used through structured discussions and the collection of opinions from teachers, staff, and school committees in several stages that are used to formulate a vision and mission, setting priority programs collaboratively. Managerial supervision based on the Delphi method is able to improve the quality of learning because it encourages teacher involvement in producing more appropriate decisions so as to increase teacher motivation, and the achievement of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the management of strategies and tactics (stratak) of character education in improving students’ positive behavior at SDN Karangjati III, Pandaan District, Pasuruan Regency. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, and students. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman’s interactive model. The findings indicate that character education stratak management was implemented through integrated planning, strengthening school culture, and operational tactics such as teacher role modeling, daily habituation, and the integration of character values into learning activities. These efforts contributed to improvements in students’ positive behavior, particularly discipline, responsibility, respect, and cooperation.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the domicile-based New Student Admission System (SPMB) at SDN Kutorejo II from a POAC management perspective. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis involving the principal, admission committee, teachers, and staff. The findings indicate that planning was conducted in accordance with technical guidelines, organizing was carried out through task allocation, implementation proceeded in an orderly manner despite challenges in parental understanding, and controlling was implemented through internal evaluation and complaint follow-up. Overall, the implementation was fairly effective, although improvements in socialization and supervision are still needed.

Abstract

Digital technology is forcing schools to create a brand strategy that can adjust to build a good image and make the community trust them. Branding 4.0, which uses social media, is a strategic method that works well in this situation. This study aims to look at how to design, carry out, and evaluate Branding 4.0 based on social media in order to improve the school's image. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the location being SDN Pandaan I, in Pasuruan Regency. The subjects include the school principal, teachers, teaching staff, and the school's social media administrators. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document study. Data analysis was done using the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, and combining sources and techniques to ensure the data is valid. The results show that Branding 4.0 is designed by using social media as the main communication channel for the school, implemented through the regular sharing of content about school activities and achievements, and evaluated based on public responses and levels of trust. Applying Branding 4.0 based on social media helps improve the school's image positively in the eyes of the community.

Abstract

Konflik dalam lingkungan sekolah merupakan fenomena yang tidak dapat dihindari dan dapat mempengaruhi iklim belajar-mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam mengelola konflik yang terjadi antara guru dan siswa di SDN Guslah 2. Fokus penelitian mencakup identifikasi akar konflik, pendekatan komunikasi yang digunakan, serta hambatan dalam resolusi konflik. Abstract

Improving the quality of elementary education requires effective school leadership that is able to utilize data as a basis for decision making and school planning. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the principal’s leadership role in data-based planning in improving educational quality at SDN Cobanblimbing I Wonorejo, Pasuruan Regency. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through document analysis, interviews, and observations. The main data sources included the Education Report Platform data from 2023 to 2025, National Assessment results, and school planning documents. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing techniques. The findings indicate that the principal played an effective role in implementing data-based planning through the systematic and collaborative use of educational quality data to identify priority areas, formulate school programs, allocate resources, and monitor implementation. The implementation of data-based planning had a positive impact on improving educational quality, as reflected in the increased achievement of Education Report indicators from 2023 to 2025, particularly in learning quality, literacy and numeracy outcomes, and the school learning climate. These findings confirm that data-informed principal leadership contributes significantly to targeted and sustainable school improvement by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making among teachers and school stakeholders. This study provides empirical insights into the implementation of data-based leadership at the elementary school level and may serve as a reference for school leaders and policymakers in strengthening evidence-based leadership practices to support national education quality improvement initiatives.

Abstract

The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 demands digital transformation in the education sector. This study aims to develop a model and implementation strategies for artificial intelligence (AI)-based educational management to enhance teacher professionalism in elementary schools. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method using a multisite study approach at SDN Tlogobodosari I, Pasuruan. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis, and were analyzed using data condensation, data display, and conclusion-drawing techniques. The findings indicate that an AI-based management model integrated with the POAC functions (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling) can improve efficiency and personalize teacher professional development. Key success factors include the principal’s digital leadership, an innovative school culture, teachers’ digital competencies, and adequate infrastructural and technical support. This study concludes by providing a practical roadmap for schools in adopting AI for teacher development, as well as theoretical contributions to the fields of digital educational management and technology-based school leadership.
