Abstract

Sidemen Lauq Hamlet is one of the hamlets in Lembah Sari Village, Batu Layar District, West Lombok Regency. The houses of the residents of this hamlet do not yet reflect healthy homes; the houses are close together, seem damp, there is not enough sunlight, the animal cages are close to the residents' houses, daily living needs use Sidemen River water, defecation in the river, and throwing rubbish in the drainage channel. The aim of this outreach activity is to provide residents with an understanding of the importance of healthy homes and a healthy environment. The method used in this counseling is a presentation using PowerPoint slides and interactive discussions. The implementation of community service was carried out for one day on August 28, 2023. Residents were enthusiastic about attending counseling. This is because the male residents are farmers and planters who are still resting after returning from work, while the female residents are housewives. The implementation of the counseling went well and smoothly. The outreach activities increase the knowledge of the residents of Sidemen Lauq Hamlet regarding healthy homes and make the residents of Sidemen Lauq Hamlet aware of the importance of healthy homes. With this outreach, it can become a medium for health promotion, which is expected to have a positive impact on increasing knowledge among the community, especially about healthy homes.

Abstract

Roads have an important role in every regional development, especially in Sumbawa Regency. As many as 20 roads in Sumbawa Regency, specifically in Lopok District and Plampang District, were damaged due to repeated excessive traffic loads. This research aims to determine the level of damage to road conditions using the SDI (Surface Distress Index) method so that researchers can evaluate and find out what alternatives will be used to improve the condition of damaged roads. The results of the research are that STA 0+300 to 0+320 experienced serious damage, the type of treatment on this road section was road reconstruction. Meanwhile, STA 0+000 to 0+300, STA 0+320 to 0+500, and STA 0+760 to 0+800 experienced light damage, the type of treatment on these road sections was road rehabilitation. However, most of the roads in Lopok District and Plampang District, Sumbawa Regency are in good condition, seen at STA 0+500 to 0+760 and STA 0+800 to 1+100.

Abstract

Jalan Raya Pusuk merupakan salah satu ruas jalan di Kecamatan Pemenang Kabupaten Lombok Utara dengan topografi yang sedikit curam, sehingga memungkinkan akan terjadinya longsor ketika hujan deras melanda. Rembesan dan aktivitas geologi adalah faktor lain yang menyebabkan timbulnya longsor. Pada penelitian ini, penyelidikan dikhususkan untuk menganalisa hasil perhitungan pada metode Fellenius dan Bishop di Jalan Raya Pemenang yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor keamanan kestabilan lereng dengan menggunakan metode Fellenius dan Bishop. Data yang digunakan sebagai acuan untuk analisa perhitungan metode Fellenius dan Bishop adalah data sekunder yang terdiri dari data sifat fisik dan mekanik tanah yaitu: nilai kohesi (c), sudut geser dalam tanah (Ø), berat isi tanah (γ), tinggi lereng (m), dan sudut kemiringan lereng (α). Proses analisis perhitungan metode Fellenius dan Bishop dilakukan menggunakan tabel perhitungan manual. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perhitungan factor keamanan lereng pada jalan raya Pusuk, Kecamatan Pemenang, diperoleh bahwa faktor keamanan dengan metode Bishop lebih besar di bandingkan dengan metode Fellenius. Ditemukan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kestabilan lereng adalah kemiringan lereng (α), kohesi (c) dan nilai sudut gesek dalam tanah (Ø).

Abstract

AbstrakPermasalahan lalu lintas merupakan salah satu konsekuensi dari rendahnya kesadaran pengguna jalan dalam menaati aturan yang berlaku. Untuk itu, pentingnya dilaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat sebagai bentuk pengendalian non-fisik, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai keselamatan berlalu lintas secara menyeluruh. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan pada Senin tanggal 26 Mei 2025 di Aula Kantor Desa Lembar Selatan dan dihadiri oleh 32 orang peserta, terdiri dari perangkat desa, kepala dusun dan perwakilan karang taruna yang ada di Desa Lembar Selatan yang juga bertindak sebagai mitra kegiatan ini. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap sosialisasi, tahap diskusi, serta tahap evaluasi dan monitoring. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini telah terlaksana dengan baik dan mendapat tanggapan positif dari peserta. Materi yang disampaikan dinilai bermanfaat, informatif, dan mampu meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya mematuhi peraturan lalu lintas demi keselamatan diri sendiri maupun orang lain. Kata kunci: lalu lintas; sosialisasi; keselamatan. AbstractTraffic problems are one of the consequences of low awareness of road users in obeying applicable regulations. For this reason, it is important to carry out socialization activities to the community as a form of non-physical control, with the aim of increasing public awareness and understanding of traffic safety as a whole. The implementation of this activity was carried out on Monday, May 26, 2025 at the Lembar Selatan Village Office Hall and was attended by 32 participants, consisting of village officials, hamlet heads and representatives of youth organizations in Lembar Selatan Village who also acted as partners in this activity. The method of implementing this activity consists of four stages, namely the preparation stage, the socialization stage, the discussion stage, and the evaluation and monitoring stage. This socialization activity has been carried out well and received a positive response from the participants. The material presented was considered useful, informative, and able to increase awareness of the importance of obeying traffic regulations for the safety of oneself and others. Keywords: traffic; socialization; safety.
