The formulation of the issues raised in this research is: Is there any influence of headmaster and compensation on the performance of non-civil servant teachers in private junior high school in Sector I of Indramayu Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of principal guidance on teacher performance and compensation on teacher performance, and the influence of principal guidance and compensation simultaneously on the performance of non-civil servant teachers in private sector SMP in Sector I Kabupaten Indramayu. The method used is descriptive method with a quantitative approach that uses simple and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is there is positive and significant influence partially between each independent variable that is principal guidance and compensation to dependent variable that is teacher performance, and there are positive and significant influence between principal coaching variable and compensation simultaneously to performance non civil servant teachers at private junior high schools in Sector I Kabupaten Indramayu. This research is kind of correlation because to know the relation of principal guidance variable (X1), compensation (X2) and teacher performance (Y). While the data collection using questionnaires and analyzed using single regression and multiple regression. Hypothesis testing result obtained by R square value equal to 0,162 indicate that there is influence positively and significant coaching principal and compensation simultaneously to teacher performance equal to 16,2%, the rest from other factor outside of both variable. The principal can maintain and improve the teacher's reproduction by continuing to conduct regularly, the principal can also increase teacher training activities through field trips, attend seminars or headmaster training and try to be role models for teachers in schools.

PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MAKE A MATCH UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN SOSIOLOGI KELAS XI IIS 2 DI SMA NEGERI 2 SURAKARTA PADA TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015.Skripsi, Surakarta: Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan. Universitas Sebelas Maret. April 2015. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan penerapan model pembelajaran Make a Match untuk meningkatkan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi kelas XI IIS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015.Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi atas tindakan yang telah dilakukan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IIS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Sumber data berasal dari guru dan siswa. Teknik utama dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes, sementara teknik pedukung dengan menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Make a Match dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Sosiologi kelas XI IIS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan aktivitas siswa dan prestasi pada pra siklus, siklus pertama, dan siklus II. Dalam pra-siklus, ada 6 siswa (18,75%) yang memiliki tingkat keaktifan belajar yang tinggi, kemudian meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 20 siswa (62,50%), sedangkan pada siklus II, aktivitas belajar meningkat menjadi 25 siswa (78,13%). Prestasi belajar siswa menunjukkan peningkatan pesat dalam pra siklus, siklus pertama, dan siklus II. Dalam pra siklus, nilai ratarata siswa adalah 67,81 pada dari skala 0-100. Hal ini meningkat menjadi 76,21 pada siklus I, 82,31 pada siklus II. Jumlah siswa yang tuntas Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum pada pra-siklus adalah 7 siswa (21,87%), kemudian pada siklus I jumlah siswa yang tuntas meningkat menjadi 20 siswa (62,5%), dan akhirnya pada siklus II siswa yang mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum menjadi 27 siswa (84,37%). Kanker Payudara merupakan jenis tumor yang ganas hingga kini menjadi pembunuh nomor satu bagi wanita. SADARI membantu mengecek kondisi payudara apakah terdapat benjolan atau perubahan lain yang dapat menjadi tanda terjadinya tumor yang membutuhkan perhatian medis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi remaja dengan perilaku SADARI dalam pencegahan kanker payudara di SMK Kesehatan Bina Insan Cendekia Tangerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik purposive sampling dengan besar sampel 55 siswi yang berasal dari kelas X dan XI SMK Kesehatan Bina Insan Cendekia Tangerang. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Analisis uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian dari 55 siswi menunjukkan mayoritas siswi yang memiliki motivasi tinggi sebanyak 28 responden (50,9%) dan berperilaku kurang sebanyak 27 responden (49,1%). Berdasarkan analisa uji chi square terdapat hubungan antara motivasi remaja dengan perilaku sadari dengan P value 0,001. Saran kepada pihak sekolah yakni meningkatkan peran serta guru dengan melakukan penyuluhan tentang pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI).

Iron deficiency is the primary cause of anemia during pregnancy, which is the most frequent hematological condition among expectant mothers. Pregnant women should be given blood supplement tablets (TTD) in an attempt to prevent iron deficiency anemia. The main factor determining the prevalence of anemia is pregnant women's noncompliance with taking iron supplements. The purpose of this community service project is to raise awareness of the value of eating TTD while pregnant. Seventy expectant mothers who used pre- and post-test questionnaire data gathering methods were the responders. According to the data processing results, respondents in Srengsem Village learned 64.00% more about the significance of taking Fe tablets during pregnancy—that is, before receiving an education.Keywords : Pregnant Women, Drug Use, Fe Tablet Tablets.

This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The influence of managerial competence on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. (2) The effect of motivation on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. (3) The influence of managerial competence and motivation on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Managerial competence has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if managerial competence is improved, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase. (2) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if motivation is increased, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase. (3) Managerial competence and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if managerial competence and motivation are improved, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase.

A traditional information management system is still in use at Pondok Saluyu, a boarding house in Bandung City. This method is unsuccessful or inefficient, particularly regarding marketing and providing potential tenants with information. This project aims to create and implement a web-based information system to facilitate digital payments, streamline the online room rental procedure, and distribute information more efficiently. Agile development, which enables quick development, adapts to change, and actively incorporates all relevant parties in the process, is the system development methodology employed. The findings of this study should make it easier for boarding house operators to verify room availability, manage boarding rooms, and handle tenant transactions. Additionally, this website will serve as a more contemporary form of advertising. The use of mobile/Android applications for system optimization, payment gateways to enhance payment systems, the creation of more comprehensive applications, and the improvement and development of programs in line with technological advancements are some recommendations for future development.

Introduction: HIV/AIDS remains a global public health challenge, with opportunistic infections (OIs) being a major cause of morbidity and mortality. In resource-limited settings such as Aceh, Indonesia, the burden of OIs significantly impacts the management and outcomes of HIV/AIDS patients. Purpose: This study aims to describe the demographic and clinical characteristics, the prevalence of OIs, and treatment outcomes among HIV/AIDS patients treated at Cut Mutia General Hospital in Lhokseumawe, Aceh. Methods: A retrospective observational study was conducted using medical records of 55 HIV/AIDS patients treated between January 2023 and October 2024. Data included demographic profiles, clinical features, types of OIs, and treatment outcomes. Descriptive statistical analysis was performed. Results: The majority of patients were male (67.3%) and aged 25–44 years (81.8%). Oral candidiasis (28.1%) and pulmonary tuberculosis (17.7%) were the most common OIs. Notably, some patients experienced multiple OIs. Most patients (76.4%) were discharged in stable condition, while 23.6% succumbed to their illnesses. Conclusions: This study highlights the high prevalence of OIs among HIV/AIDS patients in Lhokseumawe, emphasizing the need for early detection, improved clinical management, and integrated care services. Targeted interventions are critical to reducing mortality and improving patient outcomes in resource-constrained settings.

Kemampuan visual spasial sangatlah penting bagi anak untuk kehidupannya di masa yang akan datang karena akan mempengaruhi kemampuan anak dalam memecahkan masalah yang berhubungan dengan bentuk, warna, garis dan konsep ruang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan tradisional anjang-anjangan terhadap kemampuan visual spasial anak di Taman Kanak-kanak Qur’an Darul Muttaqin. Pada penelitian ini peneliti akan menganalisia apakah permainan anjang-anjangan dapat memberikan pengaruh terhadap perkembangan kemampan visual spasial pada anak usia 5- 6 tahun. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode experimental study case dengan rancangan one group pretest postest. Populasi penelitian adalah peserta didik di Taman Kanak-kanak Al Qur’an Darul Muttaqin. Penentuan kelas eksperimen digunakan sistem purvose sampel dimana subjek penelitian adalah anak dengan rentang usia 5-6 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) pada df 20 (n-1) adalah 0,00 < 0.05 yang berarti H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh permainan tradisional anjang-anjangan terhadap kemampuan visual spasial anak usia dini.

This study was conducted to examine the low level of active involvement among Islamic Religious Education (IRE) students in producing valid and responsible digital da'wah content, despite their religious background and access to social media. This study aims to explore the perspectives of Islamic Education (IE) students on the growing phenomenon of digital da'wah on social media. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation involving fifteen IRE students at the State Islamic University Raden Intan Lampung. The data analysis technique used was snowball sampling, which is effective for exploring IRE students' perspectives on their involvement in producing digital da'wah content. The findings reveal that digital da'wah through platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube has a positive impact in strengthening students' religious understanding and behavior. Students appreciate the delivery of da'wah content that is creative, concise, and easy to understand. However, the study also identifies significant challenges, including the spread of unverified content, negative audience responses, and the low level of active participation of IRE students in producing da'wah content. This study indicates that students need to be further encouraged to enhance their skills and understanding of digital da'wah, so they can be more active and responsible in creating quality content that has a positive impact. This research recommends strengthening digital da'wah literacy, providing creative content training, and integrating the IRE curriculum with digital communication skills so that students can become not only consumers but also active and responsible producers of da'wah.
