Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjabarkan atau mendeskripsikan kemampuan dosen dalam menerapkan keterampilan bertanya baik itu keterampilan bertanya dasar ataupun keterampilan bertanya lanjutan pada mata kuliah biologi dasar di Uin Antasari Banjarmasin. Adapun teknik dalam pengumpulan data meggunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara peneliti terhadap dosen yang bersangkutan. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah dosen biologi yng mengajar biologi dasar. Sedangkan analisis data akan direduksi, disajikan data dan diambil keputusan serta diverifikasi. Sedangkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dosen biologi dalam menerapkan keterampilan bertanya sudah menunjukkan kategori baik, cukup baik dalam kategori bertanya lanjutan karena sebagian besar sudah tersampaikan dan beberapa masih ada yang belum dilakukan dikarenakan dosen masih belum menguasai komponen keterampilan bertanya lanjutan secara optimal, juga mahasiswa kurang aktif dalam menggapi pertanyaan yang diajukan oleh dosen dan keterbatasan waktu dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Keterampilan bertanya dosen pada mata kuliah biologi dasar AbstractThis research is a quantitative research that aims to report or describe the ability of the lecturers in terms of skills to ask about the skills proposed to participants at Uin Antasari Banjarmasin. While the technique in collecting data uses observation techniques and interview researchers to the lecturers they have. The object of this study is a biology lecturer who teaches basic biology. While the data analysis will be reduced, data will be presented and decisions will also be taken. While the results of this study indicate the fact that the research conducted has questioned the good category, quite well in the advanced questioning category most have already been conveyed and some still have not been done related to the instructor still not mastering the components that ask for optimal methods, also students are less active questions submitted by the lecturer and limited time in the learning process.Keywords: Skills to ask lecturers in basic biology courses

Abstract

Jamur adalah salah satu kingdom dengan spesies yang banyak dan belum teridentifikasi. Banyaknya jamur makroskopis yang ditemukan dan dikonsumsi masyarakat di Desa Bandar Raya Kecamatan Tamban Catur karena kondisi lingkungan yang mendukung dan sebagian wilayah lahan pertanian. Berdasarkan observasi literatur, belum ada penelitian terkait jenis jamur makroskopis di tempat tersebut.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis jamur (fungi) makroskopis yang terdapat di Desa Bandar Raya Kecamatan Tamban Catur sehingga bisa dijadikan sebagai dasar untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik sampling menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan metode jelajah (survey eksploratif). Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Data penelitian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan eksploratif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan 15 spesies di Desa Bandar Raya Kecamatan Tamban Catur, yaitu Phallus indusiatus, Lentinus sajor-caju, Pycnoporus sanguineus, Trametes hirsuta, Trametes gibbosa, Trametes ochracea, Earliella scabrosa, Ganoderma applanatum, Pleurotus pulmonaris, Schizophyllum commune, Parasola auricoma, Chlorophyllum brunneum, Auricularia auricula-judae, Dacryopinax spathularia, dan Cookeina sulcipes.

Abstract

The large number of farmers harvesting rice in peat areas, especially in Malintang village, creates mountains or piles of rice husks along the road. Because the peat area is an agricultural area, there is a lot of rice husk waste. Based on the initial observation of the facilitator team to the community in Malintang village, most people use this rice husk waste for gardening purposes such as being used as a mixture of fertilizer or animal feed. However, this rice husk waste has not been optimally utilized as an alternative fuel. Therefore, the facilitator team wants to facilitate training in making this briquette into one of the alternative energies that can be used by peat communities, especially in Malintang sub-district. This training aims to (1) provide education to the people of Gambut District about the benefits of briquettes as an alternative fuel, (2) provide training to the community on how to make briquettes as an alternative fuel, (3) find out the perception of the peat community regarding briquettes as an alternative fuel. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis, it was found that 75% of the public's perception of briquette making was that they did not know about how to make briquettes and how to use them, however after training the community had received education about the use of rice husk waste into briquettes.

Abstract

This research is a development research to develop student worksheets. The aim of this study is develop LKM based on KPS in virus and bactery concept toward the cognitive learning outcomes and find out the practicality level. This development research refers to the 4D development model which includes the stages of define, design, develop. Instruments for data collection were questionnaire sheets and essay questions. The analysis was carried out based on the practicality questionnaire of LKM and the score of students' cognitive learning outcomes. The results of this development research indicate that LKM is considered practical by students in terms of attractiveness, usage and time. In addition, the developed LKM can improve students' cognitive skills with grades above the graduation average

Abstract

Kalimantan Selatan merupakan wilayah yang memiliki berbagai keanekaragaman tumbuhan. Tumbuhan yang beranekaragaman dapat dimanfaatkan seberbagai bidang, salah satunya di bidang kesehatan. Masyarakat umum juga menggunakan tumbuhan sebagai pengobatan. Selain itu dapat dijadikan sebagai referensi dan sumber belajar untuk segala kalangan, khususnya mahasiswa.Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berbagai jenis tumbuhan obat yang dimanfaatkan masyarakat Kalimantan Selatan sebagai obat dan penambah imunitas sebagai sumber belajar. Metode penggalian data dengan teknik snowball sampling dan analisis data sumber belajar dengan studi literatur. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan diberbagai kawasan Kalimantan Selatan dijumpai hasil sebanyak 195 jenis tumbuhan yang dimanfaatkan, dan 121 jenis sebagai tumbuhan obat. Pemanfaatan tumbuhan obat mulai dari bagian akar, batang, daun, bunga hingga bagian lainnya dengan berbagai macam cara pengolahannya.

Abstract

Candlenut plants also known as keminting have various benefits for the Banjar community, especially in the fields of health, economy, and culture. However, its use in the perspective of ethnobotany based on local wisdom has not been widely studied, especially in the pharmacological aspect. This study aims to analyze the use of candlenut plants as natural medicine in Banyu Irang Village, South Kalimantan. The research method was snowball sampling with data collection techniques through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Ethnopharmacologically, various parts of the candlenut plant, such as roots, stems, leaves, and seeds, have long been used in traditional medicine. Candlenut oil is used for hair care and skin health, while the boiled water of the leaves is used to improve digestion and help the body's detoxification process. Local communities still maintain this practice for generations as part of their cultural heritage. In addition to its health benefits, candlenut also has economic potential as a raw material for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and herbal industries. However, its utilization and on-site management are still limited, so efforts are needed to improve cultivation and crop processing innovations to optimize its economic benefits. The results of this study are expected to support efforts to conserve candlenut plants while maintaining the local wisdom values of the Banyu Irang Village community. In addition, further studies on the ethnobotanical aspects and potential commercialisation of candlenut can provide knowledge of its use in people's lives in a sustainable manner.
