Abstract

Pemilik UMKM membutuhkan karyawan yang mampu bekerja lebih baik dan lebih cepat. Untuk mendapatkan hal tersebut, kinerja karyawan menjadi sangat penting untuk diperhatikan Karena perusahaan membutuhkan karyawan bekerja secara efektif dan efisien. Tujuan penelitiaan ini untuk menguji pengaruh transactional leadership terhadap innovative work behaviour. Menguji pengaruh transactional leadership terhadap organizational citizenship Behaviour. Menguji pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap innovative work Behaviour. Menguji pengaruh transformational leadership terhadap organizational citizenship Behaviour. Menguji pengaruh innovative work Behaviour terhadap kinerja karyawan. Menguji pengaruh organizational citizenship Behaviour terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis Penelitian yaitu Ekplanatori Reseacrh. Sampel Penelitian ini yaitu 100 sampel Karyawan UMKM di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu Transactional leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behaviour. Transactional leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship Behaviour. Abstract

MSMEs that previously only relied on human resources are now forced to keep up with the times by utilizing IT in every process, from raw material procurement, production processes to distribution processes in order to remain competitive in facing a business world full of challenges. Information Technology, which is closely related to digitalization, can help companies gain sustainable competitiveness in the supply chain by improving certain asset relationships, facilitating information exchange, and building long-term cooperative relationships as a form of implementing Supply Chain Digitalization. The ability of MSMEs to implement green supply chain management is a unique ability to improve company performance. For example, a company can reduce production costs by involving its suppliers in several green initiatives, such as material recycling, environmentally friendly packaging, and efficient use of energy. Companies with high supply chain resilience will be strong and grow significantly in the face of crises, thereby minimizing losses. Therefore, companies with good supply chain resilience will have a competitive edge so they can grow faster and win the competition from their competitors. For this reason, this study aimed to examine the effect of supply chain digitization, green supply chain, and supply chain resilience on competitiveness. This research is Explanatory Research. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The total sample was 400 MSMEs Managers in Pamekasan Regency, and used data analysis, namely Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software. The results highlighted that Supply Chain Digitalization, Green Supply Chain and Supply Chain Resilience has a direct and significant influence on MSMEs Performance. Moreover, Competitiveness partially mediates the relationship between Supply Chain Digitalization, Green Supply Chain and Supply Chain Resilience and MSMEs Performance. The findings of this study suggest that managers should be made aware that Supply Chain Digitalization, Green Supply Chain, Supply Chain Resilience can be an important driver for Competitiveness which in turn would enhance MSMEs Performance.

Abstract

This study specifically examines the influence of five main internal factors, namely innovation, diversification, error, information, and entrepreneurship, on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pamekasan Regency. This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with the aim of deeply understanding the influence of each internal factor on MSME performance. The research sample involved 400 MSME actors who were randomly selected from various business sectors in Pamekasan Regency, including trade, services, manufacturing, and other sectors. Data were collected through a questionnaire designed to measure the dimensions of the five independent variables and the MSME performance variable as the dependent variable. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software to ensure the accuracy and validity of the results obtained. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis showed that each independent variable had a significant influence on MSME performance. Innovation contributes greatly to increasing the competitive advantage of MSMEs through the creation of new, relevant products and services that are in accordance with the needs of the ever-growing market. Diversification was also found to have a significant influence, where MSMEs that have a variety of products or services tend to be more resistant to economic risk and are able to maintain business stability in fluctuating market conditions. Flexibility, as the ability of MSMEs to adapt to changes in the business environment, shows a positive influence on MSME performance, especially in dealing with rapid changes in consumer preferences. Meanwhile, information plays an important role in supporting strategic decision-making, by enabling MSMEs to have access to accurate market data and trends. Finally, entrepreneurship has a significant impact on MSME performance, because the proactive, creative, and innovative attitudes of business actors are able to open up new opportunities and strengthen the position of MSMEs in the market

Abstract

Memasuki era globalisasi dan perdagangan bebas, serta semakin majunya teknologi menyebabkan persaingan bisnis menjadi semakin kompetitif, baik di pasar domestik maupun internasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh pengaruh Pemasaran Spiritual dan Orientasi Kewirausahaan terhadap Kemampuan Pemasaran dan Keunggulan Kompetitif UMKM Berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 Manajer UMKM di Sumenep dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yaitu pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pemasaran Spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kemampuan Pemasaran, Pemasaran Spiritual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif UMKM Berkelanjutan, Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kemampuan Pemasaran, Orientasi Kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif UMKM Berkelanjutan dan Kemampuan Pemasaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keunggulan Kompetitif UMKM Berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on market orientation and its impact on business performance in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Pamekasan Regency. Entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation are important factors that can affect the competitiveness and business performance of MSMEs, especially in facing competitive market dynamics. The research method used is explanatory research with data collection through questionnaires. Purposive sampling technique was used to select 400 MSME managers in Pamekasan Regency as respondents. The collected data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with WarpPLS software to test the relationship between the research variables. The results showed that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on market orientation, which in turn also has a positive effect on business performance. This finding indicates that a strong entrepreneurial orientation will improve the ability of MSMEs to orient their businesses towards the market, which ultimately contributes to improving business performance. This study makes an important contribution to the development of strategic management theory, especially in the context of MSMEs, and provides recommendations for MSME actors to improve entrepreneurial orientation in order to strengthen their market orientation and business performance. These findings are also relevant for policy makers who want to encourage improved performance of MSMEs at the regional level..

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analize and explain the effect of Customer Prospecting, Relations with Customers, Interactive Management, Understanding Customer Expectations, Empowerment, Partnerships, and Personalization On Customer Satisfaction and Its Impact on Customer Loyalty, and also to analize and explain the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty. This research is conducted at BRI Bank in University of Brawijaya. The large samples that taken in this research were determined by using a formula of Slovin, the samples that could be taken are 99 persons. Meanwhile the sampling technique was done by using purposive sampling. Data Analysis Method is conducted by Descriptive Statistics Analysis and Inferential statistic analysis that is Path Analysis. The result of this research shown there is an effect between Customer Prospecting (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (Z) with Beta value is equal to 0.351 by a significance level of 0.000. There is an effect between Relations with Customers (X2) on Customer Satisfaction (Z) with Beta value is equal to 0.158 by a significance level of 0.010. There is an effect between Interactive Management (X3) on Customer Satisfaction (Z) with Beta value is equal to 0.161 by a significance level of 0.023. There is an effect between Understanding Customer Expectations (X4) on Customer Satisfaction (Z) with Beta value is equal to 0.272 by a significance level of 0.000. There is an effect between Empowerment (X5) on Customer Satisfaction (Z) with Beta value is equal to 0.145 by a significance level of 0.022. There is an effect between Partnerships (X6) on Customer Satisfaction (Z) with Beta value is equal to 0.208 by a significance level of 0.002. There is an effect between Personalization (X7) on Customer Satisfaction (Z) with Beta value is equal to 0.225 by a significance level of 0.000. There is an indirect effect between Customer Prospecting (X1) on Customer Loyalty (Y) with Beta value is equal to 0.146 by a significance level of 0.002. There is an effect between Relations with Customers (X2) on Customer Loyalty (Y) with Beta value is equal to 0.100 by a significance level of 0.017. There is an effect between Interactive Management (X3) on Customer Loyalty (Y) with Beta value is equal to 0.097 by a significance level of 0.042. Abstract

Based on Social Identity Theory dan Conservation of Resources Theory, this study aims to examine the effect of Abusive Supervision on Leadership Identification and Customer Orientation, the effect of Leadership Identification on Job Performance, the effect of Customer Orientation on Job Performance, and the effect of Abusive Supervision on Job Performance.  The type of research is Explanatory Research. The number of samples in this study were 200 salespeople at a retail store in Pamekasan Regency, Data collection using a questionnaire, with simple random sampling method. Data analysis using Structural Equation Model-AMOS. The results showed that: Abusive Supervision have a negative and significant effect on Leadership Identification, Abusive Supervision have a negative and significant effect on Customer Orientation, Leadership Identification have a positive and significant effect on Job Performance, and Customer Orientation have a positive and significant effect on Job Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of green entrepreneur orientation on SMEs’ business performance with network resource acquisition as a mediating variable. The purpose of this study also examines the moderating effect of knowledge transfer and integration and green technology dynamism on the relationship between green entrepreneur orientation and SMEs’ business performance. This research is explanatory research that aims to test and explain the causal relationship between research variables through hypothesis testing. The approach used in this research is a quantitative research approach. The data is used in the form of primary data. The purposive sampling method was used as a sampling technique. The process of obtaining data was carried out by means of a survey in the form of a questionnaire. In this study, researchers used 180 Managers of SMEs who applied green entrepreneurs in four districts in Madura. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the hypothesis. The research finds that the influence of green entrepreneurial orientation has a positive influence on SMEs’ business performance and network resource acquisition. In addition, network resource acquisition is able to mediate the relationship between green entrepreneur orientation and SMEs’ business performance. Finally, knowledge transfer and integration and green technology dynamism are able to moderate the influence between green entrepreneur orientation and SMEs’ business performance.

Abstract

Leadership is concerned with achieving goals by increasing followers based on implementing a tactical plan. Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior require more attention in the SME context; thus, this study purpose to address this gap, expand the work on employee performance and contribute to the literature with new findings. Based on the line of thought above, this study aims to reveal the most effective leadership styles for the SME sector in Pamekasan and to understand how Transactional Leadership and Transformational Leadership impact Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Employee Performance. This is expected to ensure employee achievement and organizational development and progress through the evolution of supervision in the SME sector in Pamekasan. This type of research is Explanatory Research. Data collection method trought interviews. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The number of samples is 200 employee of SMEs in Pamekasan Regency, and uses data analysis, namely the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software. The results of this study indicate that Transactional Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Organizational Citizenship Behavior positive and significant effect on employee performance.
