Abstract

Pemantauan aktivitas gunungapi dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai metode, dimana salah satunya adalah metode deformasi. Metode ini dapat diimplementasikan menggunakan beragam sensor dan teknik, dimana salah satunya adalah teknik yang menggunakan pengamatan terhadap satelit GPS (Global Positioning System). Makalah ini menjelaskan penggunaan metode survei GPS secara periodik untuk studi deformasi Gunungapi Ijen, gunungapi aktif tipe-A yang terletak di Jawa Timur. Dari hasil survei GPS yang telah dilaksanakan pada Juni 2002, April 2004, Juni 2004 dan Agustus 2005 teramati bahwa pada saat aktivitas gunung Ijen meningkat, pergeseran titik-titik pengamatan dapat mencapai sekitar 1-2 dm, baik dalam komponen horisontal maupun vertikal. Deformasi dalam level ini belum disertai dengan aktivitas letusan dari gunung Ijen.

Abstract

This study focuses on the declining work ethic of PAI teachers, indicated by the performance of teachers in improving teaching and learning activities that is still low, less concerned about duties and responsibilities, weak dedication and loyalty in carrying out tasks and weak responsiveness when curriculum changes occur. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques using interview observations and documentation studies. The results of this study are 1) the principal acts as an Educator; manager; administrator; supervisors; leaders; innovator; motivator. 2) There are at least three strategies used, namely hierarchical strategies, transformational strategies, and facilitative strategies. In realizing this strategy, the principal equalizes the rights and obligations of each teacher, provides information according to the needs of each teacher and according to their capacity, provides discussion space for teachers to solve each problem.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of the use of audio-visual media on student learning behavior in PAI subjects. This study used a quantitative approach descriptive method, data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. instrument Analysis (data validity and data reliability), Classical Assumption Test, namely: Data Normality Test, Data Linearity Test, Hesterokedasticity Test. And Statistical Analysis i.e. Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Descriptive Statistical Analysis and t-Test Hypothesis Testing. The results of this study show that the use of audio-visual media has a significant influence on student learning behavior. The use of audio-visual media obtained calculated t values = 2.230 > 2.035 = t table, and Sig. = 0.03 < 0.05 (5%), so Ho was rejected and H_a accepted. This means that the use of audio-visual media has a significant effect on student learning behavior

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in educational units emphasizes freedom and flexibility in learning, for both teachers and students. This research is motivated by the phenomenon that the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in schools has not been optimal. The indicators of this suboptimality include: teacher readiness in implementing the Merdeka curriculum, limited learning time for optimal implementation of the Merdeka curriculum, and lack of critical thinking skills in students. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum in the SMPN 07 CIMAHI CITY environment and analyze its impact on students' understanding of Islamic values. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum at SMPN 07 CIMAHI has gone well, this can be seen from student learning outcomes. However, there are still several obstacles, one of which is the lack of classroom facilities.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the phenomenon that the formation of students' morals is a crucial aspect in Islamic education, especially in the midst of increasingly complex social challenges. Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers play a strategic role in internalizing moral values to students. This study aims to examine in depth the strategies of PAI teachers in shaping moral values at SMA PGII 2 Bandung, a secondary education institution known for its strong Islamic nuances. The research approach is qualitative and the method used is descriptive. Data collection techniques are through direct interviews with teachers, principals, and students, as well as literature studies from various previous scientific references. The results showed that PAI teachers play an active role in fostering student morals through a personal approach, direct supervision of the implementation of worship, and strengthening a religious school culture. The strategies used are tailored to the individual character of the students, in line with the school's vision and mission in forming a noble generation. This finding shows that the synergy between the role of teachers and the Islamic school environment is the key to building students' character comprehensively.

Abstract

Permasalahan bahwa belum efektifnya pelaksanaan pembinaan dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru PAI disebabkan oleh karena kurang oftimalnya perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian/evaluasi dan hasil manajemen Kepala Madrasah sehingga berdampak pada mutu pembelajaran khususnya pada mata pelajaran PAI pada madrasah tsanawiyah. Sebuah lembaga pendidikan seharusnya mempunyai sistem yang baik ditandai dengan lembaga tersebut mempunyai tujuan yang jelas, perencanaan yang matang, koordinasi yang teratur, pimpinan yang profesional, kooperatif dan pengawasan serta evaluasi kerja yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penilaian/evaluasi, hasil dan faktor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) perencanaan manajemen Kepala Madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI dilakukan dengan melakukan identifikasi permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan kompetensi guru-guru PAI tersebut, berkoordinasi dengan pengawas dan menyiapkan rancangan program pembinaan kompetensi guru PAI, 2) pelaksanaan manajemen Kepala Madrasah pada peningkatan kompetensi guru PAI dilakukan melalui workshop, seminar, MGMP, IHT, Diklat dan Supervisi serta melaksanakan pengamatan mengenai aspek-aspek pengelolaan dan administrasi guru PAI yang berfungsi sebagai pendukung terlaksananya pembelajaran yang efektif, 3) penilaian/evaluasi manajemen Kepala Madrasah pada peningkatan kompetensi guru PAI dilakukan terhadap komitmen guru PAI terhadap pelaksanaan pekerjaan, proses dan kinerja yang dicapai oleh guru PAI, 4) Hasil manajemen kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI adanya kerjasama yang sinergis dan harmonis antara Kepala Madrasah dengan para guru PAI dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pembelajaran serta dapat memunculkan madrasah yang cukup berprestasi, 5) faktor pendukung dan penghambat manajemen kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI antara lain ; sarana dan prasarana yang sudah memadai dan guru-guru PAI yang mengajar sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikannya dan bersertifikasi. Adapaun faktor penghambatnya antara lain ; masih ada beberapa orang guru yang masih kurang memahami kurikulum tiga belas, visi misi dan program madrasah, kurang dalam kemampuan pengelolaan proses pembelajaran peserta didik di kelas.
