ABSTRACT FINANCIAL ANALYSIS OF DAIRY CATTLE FARM IN TOMOHON CITY (CASE STUDY AT THE RAMULU SANGKOR FARMER GROUP). Study was conducted to analyze feasibility of the Ramulu Sangkor farmer group in Tomohon city. Study was implemented using survey method in the case study of the farm. Data were taken directly to thefarmer as primary data and taken from related institution as secondary data. Survey was done for March to April 2015. Data were analyzed using infestation criteria analysis including NPV, BC Ratio, IRR, ROI and profit analysis. Results showed that total investment were IDR 721.599.633/year and total receipt were IDR 951.217.667/year, of selling milk product and biogas. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Ramulu Sangkor farmer group was feasibly operated with NPV of IDR 448,929,526.-; BC Ratio of 2.880; IRR of 50.05, ROI of 41.82 and profit value of IDR 229.618.034.- for one months. ABSTRACT BEEF CATTLE FARMER GROUP DYNAMICS LM3 DISTRICT IN THE VILLAGE PINAPALANGKOW SULUUN TARERAN. The role of the community isÂ very large in livestock development, thereby fostering community institutions farmers through farmer groups need to be improved. State farmer group members can affect group dynamics through indicators dynamics. The formation of farmer group dynamics is expected to improve income and the welfare of each member of the farmer group. This study aimed to analyze the dynamics of the relationship with the farmer group operating revenues cattle farmer groups LM3 Model Anugerah in the village of Pinapalangkow in Sub District of Suluun Tareran. The study used a survey method, with sampling method is total sampling. Person correlation analysis results obtainedrcount of 0.67 Â of 0.67 which shows there is a relationship between the dynamics and the income of the group members rcount value shows the relationship between the dynamics and the income of the group is a positive relationship, which means that the higher the income the higher the lead group dynamics. The test results showed a statistically significant effect on the dynamics of income groups at the 95% confidence level . Keywords: Dynamics, Farmer Group,Income, Cattle

ABSTRACT Ongole cross bread has important role in the economical needs of people in Tompaso Barat. In addition as beef cattle, household farmers also use it as a working cattle, source of fertilize and investment. In addition to farmerâ€™s income and the acceleration growth of cattle population, in the year of 2011, District West Tompaso Barat did an artificial insemination program. The problem was whether this program is beneficial for the farmer or not. The aim at this research is to analyze the profit of farmers using artificial insemination program. This research was conducted using survey method involving about 169 farmers raising Ongole crossbred cattle at West Tompaso District applying artificial insemination. The data were analyzed by profit analysis. Result showed that the total income received from the total sale of the beef cattle using artificial insemination were IDR 490,950,000.- with the total cost of IDR 468,945,750. The profit of the household farmers was the balance between the total income and the total cost getting IDR 21,504,250. The average income of the respondent was about IDR 716,808. Therefore, it can be concluded that the household farmers raising Ongole crossbred cattle get more profit when they used artificial insemination. Based on this research it can be suggested that the beef cattle management should be maintained on the bases of agribusiness. Keywords: Profit, Ongole crossbred cattle, Artificial Insemination

PROFIT ANALYSIS OF ORGANIC FERTILIZER BUSINESS IN CV AGRONIAGA MANDIRI SUB-DISTRICT BINTAUNA. The purpose of this study was to determine the company profits per year. This research was done at CV Agroniaga Mandiri as the only company that produces organic fertilizer in the Bintauna Sub-district, North Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Â Data collected consist of primary data and secondary data. The primary data were collected by interview with questions list or quetionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from government Â agency that related with this research such as Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry of North Bolaang Mongondow. Data were analyzed with profit function method. The results showed that the total cost of production, revenue and profit of organic fertilizer business that obtained by CV Agroniaga Mandiri sequentially Rp. 259, 294,100 / year, Rp.405,000,000/year and Rp.145,705,900/year. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan perilaku konsumen yang membeli daging ayam ras pada Pasar tradisional dan pasar modern di kota Manado.Â Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode survey dengan berpedoman pada Â kuesioner. Lokasi penelitian di tentukan secara purposive pada pasar bersehati dan Jumbo swalayan masing masing mewakili pasar tradisional dan pasar modern. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam pembelian daging ayam ras adalah faktor Karakteristik konsumen yang meliputi variabel umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan pendapatan, faktor produk yang meliputi variabel lokasi, promosi, dan kualitas, serta faktor harga yang meliputi variabel harga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara perilaku konsumen yang berbelanja daging ayam ras di Pasar tradisional dan Pasar modern di Kota Manado (P<0,05).
