Abstract

Abstract The study is titled : “ The Analysis of the students’ malay emphatic ethnic and java emphatic ethnic at SMP Negeri 3 Pujud, Pujud district in academic year 2013 / 2014 ”. The problems of this study are : 1. How is the students’ emphatic level at SMP Negeri 3 Pujud, Pujud district in academic 2013 / 2014 ? and 2. How is the level of the students’ malay emphatic ethnic and java emphatic ethnic at SMP Negeri 3 Pujud, Pujud district in academic year 2013 / 2014 ?. Research objectives are : 1. To know the description of the students’ emphatic level at SMP Negeri 3 Pujud, Pujud district in academic year 2013 / 2014. And 2. To know the level of the students’ malay emphatic ethnic and java emphatic ethnic at SMP Negeri 3 Pujud, Pujud district in academic year 2013 / 2014. This research is focus on descriptive study. The population of this research is all the students’ malay ethnic and java ethnic, where the sample of this reseach by using total sampling. It means the population becomes sample. The result of this research are : 1. Emphatic of the students’ malay ethnic in the level underlying is 53 %,  47 % in the level surface feeling, and irrelevant hurful in the level 0 %. 2. Emphatic of the students’ java ethnic in the level underlying is 66 %,  34 % in the level surface feeling, and irrelevant hurful in the level 0 %. Based on the analysis above, it can be concluded as follow : 1. Both of the students’ malay ethnic and java ethnic have full attention to understand others peoples and 2. Both of the students’ malay ethnic and java ethnic have optimal emphatic. It means that the emphatic is suitable with the expectation. Key words : Emphatic, Ethnic, and Student

Subjects inthis study wereteachersandstudents of classXIAccounting Departmentandstudents of classXIOffice AdministrationDepartmentatSMK Negeri2Tanah Putih, taken with thesaturatedsampletechnique. Dataanddata collectiontoolwasa questionnaireformteacherandstudentknowledgeabout theinsightsof guidance and counselinginSMKNegeri2Tanah Putih, whichis madebythe researchers themselvesbased on thelatticewithalternativeanswersYES and NO. Data analysis techniqueusingbenchmarkcategoriesbased on thenormal curve, in accordancewith the opinion ofthe JWPphamandSirotnikK.andArlizonR., (1998: 100) andthe percentageformula(Anas Sudijono, 2000:40). Conclusion Theresults ofthis study, basedonthe results ofthe calculation ofbenchmarksknowledge ofteachers andstudentsabout theinsightsof guidance and counselinginSMKNegeri2Tanah Putih, locatedin themiddle category, according to theresults of the analysis. As afollow-up tothis study,the research  hersrecommended thatinterested partiescanfurther increaseteacherknowledgeofguidanceandcounselingby providingtrainingin order toachievethe desired goal. Nextto the researcheris expectedtoconductfurther researchin view ofthe need forknowledge, especiallyguidanceandcounselingis needed inthe formation of characterandattitudeof the nation. Which become sample in this research are students class VIII SMPN 4 Tanah Putih academic year 2013/2014. The method using in this research is discriptive. For collect data using enquette much fourty question. Based of solution can of poiled conclusion there are : This research find in parallel and carry theory have tell in solution. Percentage of motivation learning students SMPN 4 Tanah Putih which help parents earn life reside in high category is 29%, middle 47% and low is 24 % and then problem of motivation learning students SMPN 4 Tanah Putih which don’t help parents earn life reside in high category is 30 %, middle 49 % an low 21 %. The defference s significance of 1,67 %. Key words : Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims: 1) To analyze the internal aspects are becoming preference choose to junior high school students, 2) To analyze the external aspects into preferences choose to junior high school students, 3) To determine the internal preference category choose to junior high school students, 4) to determine the category of external preference choose to junior high school students. The research was carried out in SMP 7 District of Fifty. Adapaun time this study was in October 2014 s / d in December 2014. This study includes a descriptive study aimed to describe and interpret the object in accordance with what it is. The sample population in this study were students SMP 7 subdistricts Fifty VII class consisting of 6 rombel totaling 250 students in Academic Year 2014/2015. In this study, researchers took 50% of the total population. To that end, the study sample was taken of students in class VII 1, VII 3, and VII 4, amounting to 125 students. Based on the analysis of research that has been done, it can be concluded: 1) Preferences choose to junior high students on the internal aspects are the desire of his own, according to their interests, and therefore in accordance with the ideals, 2) Preferences students choose to SMP is due to external aspects the approval of the parents, the basics of knowledge already learned in elementary school, and because of parents who support the high school and college, 3) Category internal preferences choose to junior high students, more than half are in the high category, 4) Category external preferences students choose to junior high school, more than half are in the medium category. Abstract

Abstract : One of the strategic policy which has arranged to widen the even distribution and the education access is to  widen the accessto the education is SMK appropriate with the local necessity and superiority. The policy for improvement of quality, relevance, and educations capacity to compeleare done by program strengthening, such as school development based and local superiority in each regency or city in order to carry out the mandate of UU no. 20/2003. The improvement of quality and relevance in vocation at secondary school (SMK) done with developing the field of studies which appropriate to the jo words necessity and appropriate to the students interest. The pupose of the research is to identify the factor of what affects the peoples preferences in selecting SMK Muhammadiyah is Kuok city. The research is using descriptive quantitative research method. The analysis technique using tabulating analysis, it is a statistic analysis to find the amount of each variables influence with the peoples preference in selecting of studies in SMK Muhammadiyah in the Kuok city. From the banalysis of the factors of what affect to the students in selecting school, the result is school factor has biggest affect, then the location factor. In the other hand, statistic analysis has a result that there is a positive relationship between school selecting preference and economic condition. For recommendation of the research is that there is a need for upgrading the school quality and the availability of the instruments and infrastructure in SMK Muhammadiayh in Kuok city, so it will raise the peoples interest. Abstract

Abstract Observations and experiences during this teacher to know the average class VIII studentis always less than the value that has been set in the school(KKM), especially on subjects in the UN. based on that researchers try to do a sudy title and alysis of the factors that cause remedial students in the national examination subjects eighth grade students of SMP 3 Tanah Putih.This study aims 1.What factors cause learning difficulties from internal remedial students. 2. The causes of learning difficulties remedia lstudents from ekstern. metode used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative approach which aims to provide an overview of the factors that cause learning difficulties students. SMP study site is located on land putih. subjek 3 in this study were students of class VIII in the capture with satu rated sample technique. data and data collection tools in the form of a questionnaire was created by the researchers based on the lattice problem with alternative answers very of ten (SS), of ten(S), occasionally(KD), rarely(J), and never (TP). data analysis techniques using benchmarks persentase formula (Anas Sudiyono, 2001:40).Conclusion Theresultsof this study of internal students lack motivation of students (63.81%) students of emotional disorders (61.90%), the physical state of the students (65.27%). the external environment of students from families of (54.79%), in the school environment by (50.10%) and then from the aspect of teachers (58.54%). As a follow up of this study can researchers recommend that in terested parties can provide pasilitas student learning that can motivate students in the learning process. to parents supervise their children are expected to be more submarines are at home. so that the teacher can make a more attractive pembelajaran methods and creative. Abstract

Abstrak telah melakukan Karakteristik Kepemimpinan penelitian Analisis kelas IV Suka Ado di Sekolah Dasar Kelas 002 Inti Raya Simpang Kanan tahun akademik 2013/2014. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 002 Inti Raya dengan jumlah siswa 51 orang. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Kuesioner digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner yang baku. Hasil penelitian tesis ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penjelasan mengenai karakteristik kepemimpinan siswa kelas IV yang suka berisik di kelas di sekolah dasar 002 Inti Raya Simpang Kanan tahun akademik 2013/2014 dalam hal aspek persepsi sosial menunjukkan kategori menjadi kurang disukai oleh seorang teman di sekolah dan peran kurang aktif dalam kegiatan sekolah. (2) Dilihat dari aspek kemampuan berpikir abstrak menunjukkan kategori yang seperti kurang inisiatif dalam melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan oleh guru, tidak bisa bekerja sama secara positif dengan teman atau guru, dan kurangnya rasa tanggung jawab. (3) Dalam hal aspek stabilitas emosional menunjukkan ke dalam kategori yang seperti tidak memiliki kepercayaan diri yang kuat, kurang berani mengambil risiko, dan tidak mudah beradaptasi dengan situasi atau newconditions. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sifat kepemimpinan kelas IV yang suka berisik di kelas sekolah dasar 002 Inti Raya Simpang Kanan di Ulasan persepsi sosial, kemampuan untuk berpikir secara abstrak dan stabilitas emosional ditunjukkan dalam kategori sedang. Oleh karena itu, guru dalam proses pembelajaran sebagai pasilitator diharapkan dapat memberikan motivasi sehingga anak-anak yang suka kebisingan di kelas memiliki persepsi sosial yang baik, kemampuan untuk berpikir secara abstrak stabilitas emosi yang baik dan baik. Sehingga anak tidak lagi keributan saat proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Karakteristik, Kepemimpinan

Abstract

Abstract ; This study, entitled "Analysis of Learning Motivation (Extrinsic) Students at SMAN 3 Facebook Users Pujud". (Tarmini:1205188157͗) The purpose of this is: 1) to describe the learning motivation (extrinsic) students at SMAN 3 facebook users Pujud. 2) to determine the level of learning motivation (extrinsic) facebook user students at SMAN 3 Pujud each indicator. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The findings of this study are: 1) an overview of learning motivation (extrinsic) facebook user students at SMAN 3 Pujud, the average extrinsic motivation in middle category, 2) the level of learning motivation (extrinsic) facebook user students at SMAN 3 Pujud, based on the intensity of motivation learning (extrinsic) is the most dominant learn in order to obtain the prize. Based on the findings of this study, it can be recommended the following things: 1) it is recommended that the teacher in teaching and learning to pay attention to the problems being faced by the students, especially in terms of providing motivation to students, 2) For parents for more attention to their interests and talents and handaknya parents always encourage children to continue to have a high learning motivation, 3) For students, especially those with extrinsic motivation are classified into categories in order to further enhance low extrinsic motivation by: (a ) diligently face the task, (b) ductile face of adversity, (c) more than happy to work independently, (d) happy to locate and troubleshoot problems, 4) In order to do further research on the results of this study, which is about the causes of learning motivation (extrinsic) dominant found in the student facebook users in SMAN 3 Pujud.
