Abstract

Bank rating is qualitatif and quantitative assessment of various aspects affecting the condition or performance of a bank to create a banking system that is healthy and able to compete nationally, improve customer protection, support the development of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), as well as other provisions that are institutional and prudential. This study aims to determine the level of health of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Gunung Arjuna Malang with Camels approach. Secondary data collection using the financial statements. BPR Gunung Arjuna, published in 2011-2013. The analysis showed that the CAR above 20 % which shows that the capital position of banks are in good ranking, which means that the adequacy, composition, and projected capital in the Bank's troubled assets is a good cover. Although the CAR above 20%, when seen from the asset quality and management, the bank is at the optimum level yet, so it needs to improve the quality of public management and risk management, as well as the need to evaluate compliance with applicable regulations and commitment to Bank Indonesia or other parties. In terms of the ability to generate profits for shareholders or earnings, liquidity and sensitivity, the bank is in a position good enough, but needs an increase in operating profit, policy and liquidity management, as well as revamping the bank as a whole.

Abstract

Lecturer personality aspect is important for the learning process, to establish the identity of the lecturer in the profession , as well as provide professional academic services to students. Quality service excellence is inseparable from the ability of hard skills, soft skills, and spiritual skills possessed by the lecturer. Quality service excellence is inseparable from the ability of hard skills, soft skills, and spiritual skills possessed by the lecturer. This increased capacity is crucial because the government has declared that education in Indonesia must be able to create an intelligent and competitive man who has high academic grades, a good attitude and be able to compete with human resources from abroad. The purpose of this study are: 1) Analyze simultan influence between hard skills, soft skills, and spiritual skills to work productivity lecturer, 2) Analyze the effect of partially between hard skills, soft skills, and spiritual skills to work productivity lecturer, and 3) Analyzing the dominant variable affecting productivity lecturer. This study uses the lecturer as respondents, primary data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 86 lecturers at the 5 largest universities in the city of Malang. There are three independent variables were analyzed, namely: hard skills, soft skills, and spiritual skills, while the dependent variable is labor productivity lecturer. Data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis . The analysis showed there are significant either simultaneously or partially between hard skills , soft skills , and spiritual skills to work productivity lecturer . Spiritual skill variable has a dominant influence on the productivity of faculty work

Abstract

Small and medium industries is part of a national business that has a position and a huge potential in strengthening the structure of the national economy and has a significant role in employment, but on the other hand there are still many problems faced by small industries which are multi dimensions. External issues related to suppliers (suppliers), buyers, competitors, advances in information technology and so on. Internal problems associated with limited human resources (HR, low education levels, lack of motivation, abilities (skills) are also very limited, and low entrepreneurial spirit into its own problems that often result in a business carried on not optimal. Even small industry trends will be less competitive and difficult to develop compared to industries bigger. On the other hand there are many potential that has yet to be optimized. The purpose of this study are: (1) analyze the effect of simultaneously between motivation, ability to work and entrepreneurial spirit to business success, (2) analyze the effect of partially between motivation, ability to work and entrepreneurial spirit to business success, and (3) analyzing the dominant variable affecting the success of the business. This study uses the respondents business owners, primary data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to 79 business owners in the industrial centers. Because the population is less than 100, then the entire population being sampled Chips Tempe Sanan Malang. There are three independent variables were analyzed, namely: motivation, ability to work and entrepreneurial spirit. While the dependent variable is the success of the business. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis.The analysis showed the presence of simultaneous or partial influence between motivation variables (X1) , the ability to work (X2) and the entrepreneurial spirit (X2) to business success (Y) , indicated by the R2 value of 0.551 or 55.1 %. While that has the most dominant effect is variable entrepreneurial spirit (X3)
