Abstract

Library Information Systems is a computer application that serves to process data library books. Includes data collection members, registration books, number books, authors, publishers, book classification, and shelves. The purpose of this research is the realization of an information system that is able to help officers determine a collection of books, the status of the book, any book ever borrowed by members, and to know that there are graphs borrowing at library Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian Jawa Timur (BPTP Jatim) in the not old.The data used for the realization of this system get through direct interviews to officers BPTP Jatim libraries. For the method of analysis and design of information systems using the ERD and UML data model as a process model. As well as using the PHP programming language and MySQL database in the making of the program.Once the system is implemented in BPTP Jatim, officials initially had difficulty in knowing a collection of books, the status of the book, any book ever borrowed members, and helped monitor the loan now. Officers no longer need to open the old files to find out what books ever borrowed members. Officers could find out through this information system. Besides lending officers can also monitor the status of the book, members who frequent borrowing, any book that is often borrowed by the chart provided. Abstract

Grade of estimation credit is process to estimate achievement of lecture which is taken from activity which done based on orientation grade of estimate credit functional position of lecture.STMIK PPKIA PRADNYA PARAMITA MALANG is university in area Technology Information, but in that institute doesn’t has information system which available submission increment functional position of lecture. So divicy which handle that personel division administration often difficulty to arrange and manage data submission increment functional position of lecture, so that prove with still often finded late in aggregation grade of estimation of lecture and hard which experience personal division to search file submission increment functional position of lecture.Goal from this research is a plan of information system which can handle data documentation submission increment functional position of lecture and search of data lecture which submit increment functional position of lecture so to hope this information system become one of the way to personal division to arrange and manage data functional position of lecture. Key Words:  Information System, functional position of lecture, personal Division of lecture.

Abstract

Rajawali Store is a business entity engaged in the trade. The store serves the sale of avariety of snacks in wholesale and retail with the aim to meet the needs of the community as wellas small traders around Malang. The purpose of this research is the realization of an application inventory and in order tofacilitate the admin Store Eagles Malang in making the inventory report. The method applied inthis study is developing a system (SDLC) Software Development Life Cycle. Based on the results of tests that have been conducted by researchers, that the applicationinventory on the shop Eagles Malang can facilitate in making the inventory report for thisapplication can obtain the final results of the amount of stock without using a calculator becausethe system that do the calculations. Reports can be printed at any time when needed. The systemcan tell inventory snacks are entering a limited number.Keywords:  Application, Inventory, Inventory Application.
