Abstract

Vocational High School Telkom Sandhy Putra Malang is the first Vocational Hight School that learn about IT in Indonesia. In every learning activities, this schools has used a computer in it. So, it need a high speed and stable internet connection to support it’s learning activities.And it has been 2 years, all of learning activities use computer. So, high speed and stable internet connection is needed to do some material download from student and teacher.So, for handling that needed, a bandwidth managemendt in Vocational High School Telkom Sandhy Putra Malang is very needed. That is how to build a load balancing and queue bandwidth.With that things, so the final pupose from developing bandwidth management is make any proses inside Vocational High School Telkom Sandhy Putra Malang run smoothly. Keywords:mikrotik,network optimization

Abstract

The road is one of the important aspects in the various aspects of human life. The authorities inthe construction or repair of the road is the Department of Public Works. One of them is theregional work units - Assistance (SKPD-TP) Department of Highways East Java ProvinceCommitment Officer (CO) Region Probolinggo-Malang-Turen-Kepanjen. One of theimprovements made are repair Potholes. Before improvement, first of all performed the hollowstreets of the data collection.Reviews their reviews with smartphone technology (smart phones).First of all the which is based smartphone android that can be the perfect solution for themanufacture of standard software, because Android provides an open platform. Some facilitiesmay be developed is a camera, Global Positioning System (GPS), and the network. Abstract

Point Of Sale (POS) is a computer program that is used to assist the process of buying and selling goods. The program includes a warehouse transaction records, the process at the cashier and management report for the owner. The program is not limited to use in the store, but in a few places that provide public services and selling goods, such as pharmacies, clinics and more.In a small scale, POS program is usually run by the owner of the store itself or entrusted to one of its employees. Owners or employees of the store will input the name of goods, quantity of goods, managing stock, serving customers, and to make daily reports as well as income. If this is the case, then the owner will be able to control all activities of transactions.If the owners are not always at the store, then allow to happen fraud committed by employees, in order to avoid this it is necessary to control the transactions that occur in order to minimize the possibility of fraud by having each transaction will always be reported online via email owners, and also the final recap report daily transactions at the time of the transaction employee to log out of the system. Keywords : POS, online

Abstract

Dalam urusan cetak mencetak dikenal dan bisa dilakukan dengan empat cara yaitu Teknik cetak tinggi (Letterpress), Teknik Cetak Datar (Lithography dan Offset), Teknik Cetak Dalam (Rotogravure dan Intaglio), Teknik Cetak Saring (Screen Printing). Masing masing dari teknik tersebut digunakan sesuai dengan media dan tujuan dari pencetakan. Tidak diragukan lagi, direct printing masih menjadi andalan untuk urusan cetak-mencetak, terutama untuk program/aplikasi POS. Karena aplikasi ini membutuhkan kecepatan dalam melakukan cetak dokumen/struk. Kendala utama yang dialami adalah sulitnya mencetak data menggunakan direct printing melalui sebuah aplikasi POS berbasis web. Hal ini terjadi karena produsen printer biasanya hanya menyertakan API atau dll untuk program berbasis desktop. Dari kendala tersebut dapat  diatasi dengan pemanfaatan perintah command line melalui PHP.Kata kunci: command line, direct print

Abstract

Toko Kain Sinar Mas melayani penjualan kainnya dengan cara kiloan dan gelondongan yang merupakan salah satu toko grosir kain terbesar di Malang. Toko Kain Sinar Mas telah mempunyai Sistem Informasi untuk mendukung proses penjualannya sehingga dapat memaksimalkan pelayanannya pada konsumen. Sistem Informasi yang telah berjalan dapat menerima data dari timbangan digital namun masihterbatas pada hyperterminal, ini menyebabkan bagian kasir harus membuka dua program yaitu program penjualannya dan hyperterminal untuk membaca berat dari kain. Hal ini menjadi kendala karena pembaca data di hyperterminal ini akan mengalami refresh atau pembaharuan data setiap beberapa detik, setelah mendapatkan data berat dari hyperterminal kemudian bagian penjualan akan menginputkan data berat tersebut ke program. Timbangan digital yang digunakan adalah timbangan digital Allegra tipe AL yang tidak diproduksi lagi sehingga tidak tersedia API untuk mengkonversi data yang diperoleh untuk ditempatkan di program, data hanya dapat ditampilkan di hyperterminal saja. Data yang diterima oleh hyperterminal masih berupa data acak yang berupa simbol angka tanda koma dan spasi sehingga masih harus dilakukan ekstraksi untuk mendapatkan data berat berupa angka. Mesin turing adalah sebuah mesin yang dilengkapi dengan “head” yang dapat berpindah ke kanan atau ke kiri atau tetap sehingga sangat mungkin digunakan untuk pemilahan data hyperterminal yang dihasilkan.

Abstract

Information technology is developing very rapidly, especially in the field of message delivery, this is marked by the development of many applications on smartphones that serve communication via the internet, one of which is Whatsapp, which makes it easier for users to send text messages and video and audio in real time using internet data packages. From these developments can be used for services and teaching and learning processes on campus. One process and service for teaching and learning that is still often hampered is a notification or notification of warning letters to students and parents of students. There are often delays in notifications because sending these letters still uses mail delivery. Abstract

In the construction of a computer software application it takes several stages such as the paths that exist in the Linear Sequential or Waterfall Development Model, prototype, Rapid Application Development (RAD) or other models. One of the stages of these models is that there is a program implementation stage, namely a process of installing an application that is being developed to the server computer or client user so that it can be used. The process of implementing an application must pay attention to the type of application being built, whether the application is desktop, web or mobile based, and each type has a different installation method. This makes it difficult for an application user to implement an application if they do not have sufficient knowledge in the computer field. One way that can be used to realize this is by making a USB dongle in which there are applications, servers, supporting programs and application settings. Abstract

AbstrakPabrik Tahu Melati di Batu menghadapi permasalahan inefisiensi produksi akibat ketiadaan sistem yang memadai untuk meramalkan kebutuhan bahan baku kacang kedelai, yang berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian operasional. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan efisiensi produksi melalui perancangan dan penerapan sistem informasi peramalan berbasis website. Mitra sasaran adalah pemilik dan staf Pabrik Tahu Melati. Metode pelaksanaan mengunakan waterfall meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi pengembangan aplikasi web dan model Double Exponential Smoothing di dalamnya, verifikasi, hingga pemeliharaan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan: secara kualitatif, mitra kini mampu mengoptimalkan manajemen persediaan dan membuat keputusan berbasis data. Secara kuantitatif, ketepatan pembelian bahan baku meningkat dari 60% menjadi 95%, frekuensi masalah stok menurun dari 5 kali menjadi 1 kali per bulan, dan staf operasional kini mampu mengoperasikan sistem dengan tingkat pemahaman yang naik dari rata-rata 1,75 menjadi 4,25. Hasil Kuesioner kepuasan mitra menujukkan skor 3,2 dari 4 atau 80% puas dengan pelaksanaan pengabdian ini. Kata kunci: efisiensi produksi; sistem informasi peramalan; double exponential smoothing; pengambilan keputusan berbasis data; UMKM. AbstractThe Melati Tofu Factory in Batu faces production inefficiency due to the absence of a system capable of anticipating soybean raw material requirements, which has the potential to cause operational losses. This community service activity aims to improve production efficiency through the design and implementation of a web-based forecasting information system. The target partners are the owners and staff of the Melati Tofu Factory. The implementation follows the waterfall method, covering requirement analysis, system design, web application development incorporating the Double Exponential Smoothing model, verification, and maintenance, along with training and mentoring. The results of the activity indicate significant improvements: qualitatively, the partners are now able to optimize inventory management and make data-driven decisions. Quantitatively, the accuracy of raw material purchases increased from 60% to 95%, the frequency of stock-related issues decreased from five times to once per month, and operational staff are now able to operate the system, with the average level of understanding increasing from 1.75 to 4.25. The partner satisfaction questionnaire results show an average score of 3.2 out of 4, indicating that 80% of the partners are satisfied with the outcomes of this community service. Keywords: production efficiency; forecasting information system; double exponential smoothing; data-driven decision-making; MSME.

Abstract

Advances in information technology have a major impact on the use of technology in various fields, one of which is education. Information technology is used as a means to simplify the teaching and learning process to the management of educational institutions. Almost all educational institutions have utilized information technology, one of which is the application of an integrated information system to handle administrative affairs of educational institutions. TPQ Madinah Ma'arif 10 An-Nur is one of the TPQ that has implemented advances in information technology. This is reflected in the use of value input information systems and the printing of student report cards. Over time, this feature has not met the needs of the management in carrying out TPQ operational activities. TPQ institutions do not yet have a system that handles the presence of students. And there is no system that handles the recording of payments
