Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan PLC saat ini sudah meningkat secara pesat untuk kendali peralatan di dunia industri. Melalui penelitian ini, model mesin pengepakan dan penyortiran barang yang berbasis PLC, akan dimonitor oleh SCADA menggunakan komunikasi ethernet dan pergerakan conveyor dikendalikan menggunakan PWM. Sistem monitoring ini menggunakan sofware Twido suite v2.30 untuk mengendalikan PLC dan software Vijeo Citect v7.20 untuk menvisualisasikan model sistem pengepakan dan penyortiran barang. Monitoring yang berbasis SCADA ini menggunakan komunikasi ethernet dengan kecepatan komunikasi sebesar 1ms. Dilakukan pengujian tegangan dan kecepatan conveyor yang dimonitor oleh SCADA. Pengujian dilakukan sebanyak 10 kali untuk setiap kenaikan kecepatan sebesar 10% yang dilakukan pada conveyor dadu dan conveyor box. Tegangan menghasilkan simpangan rata-rata setiap pengukuran tidak lebih dari 0,27. Pengujian kecepatan conveyor tersebut memiliki simpangan terhadap referensi untuk conveyor dadu tidak lebih dari 0,64, sedangkan untuk conveyor box tidak lebih 0,69. Dengan demikian, kecepatan conveyor pada sistem SCADA memiliki kesalahan yang kecil.   Kata kunci: Conveyor, monitor real time, SCADA, PWM, ethernet, kecepatan conveyor   ABSTRACT Development of PLC presently increases rapidly, to control equipment in industries. By this study, the packing and sorting machine model PLC-based, would be monitored by SCADA using Ethernet communication and conveyor movement using PWM. This monitoring system used v2.30 Twido suite software to control the PLC and Vijeo Citect v7.20 software to visualize the packing and sorting system model. The SCADA-based monitoring used Ethernet communication, 1ms of communication speed voltage testing and conveyor speed were monitored by SCADA. The testings were 10 times for every 10% increase in speed on the conveyor dice and conveyor box. The Voltage produced an average deviation of each measurement was not more than 0.27. The testing speed of the conveyor had a deviation of the reference to the conveyor dice no more than 0.64 and for the conveyor box was not over 0.69. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis-jenis bakat olahraga peserta didik serta prosedur pemanduannya menggunakan metode sport search di SD Negeri 01 Karang Nongko, Kabupaten OKU Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui tes dan pengukuran pemanduan bakat olahraga. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Pemanduan dilakukan melalui sepuluh jenis tes fisik, yaitu tinggi badan (rata-rata 142,11 cm), berat badan (35,57 kg), tinggi duduk (76,49 cm), jarak lengan (141,81 cm), lempar tangkap bola (23,49 kali), lempar bola basket (12,23 kali), loncat tegak (25,15 cm), lari kelincahan (13,09 detik), lari cepat 40 meter (7,04 detik), dan lari multitahap (32,69 shuttle). Berdasarkan hasil tes, jenis bakat olahraga siswa meliputi: sepak bola (24,59%), bulu tangkis (19,67%), bola basket (16,39%), voli (14,75%), atletik/lari cepat (13,11%), dan renang (11,48%).

Abstract

The low level of physical activity among vocational high school students has become an increasing concern, particularly due to sedentary lifestyles and the intensive use of digital devices in daily activities. This community service program was implemented through a teaching assistance activity at SMK Arinda Palembang with the aim of improving students’ physical activity levels, movement coordination, and motivation to engage in regular physical exercise. The program was conducted over a two-month period, from October to November 2025, involving Grade X and XI students. A participatory-practice approach was applied, consisting of an initial observation of students’ physical activity conditions, delivery of basic physical fitness material, demonstration and practice of creative gymnastics, and evaluation based on observation. The creative gymnastics program included Senam Anak Indonesia Hebat, Poco-Poco, and Maumere, each session lasting approximately 30 minutes. The results indicated an increase in students’ active participation and enthusiasm, improved ability to maintain movement intensity throughout the sessions, enhanced coordination and rhythmic accuracy, and more positive attitudes toward physical activity. In addition, the program contributed to reducing sedentary behavior within the school environment. This creative gymnastics program serves as a simple, enjoyable, and sustainable alternative to support the integration of regular physical activity into school routines.
