Abstract

The activities and existence of SKB as an educational institution in non-formal education units are a manifestation of the achievement of good corporate governance. This study aims to describe, predict and interpret the influence of leadership, organizational culture and achievement motivation on the performance of the Pamong Belajar at the Learning Activity Center (SKB) in North Sulawesi Province. The research approach used is quantitative with survey methods, while the hypothesis testing technique used is path analysis. There were at least 100 civil servants studying at 10 SKB and 15 districts / cities in North Sulawesi Province who were involved in this research. Research success indicators are measured based on 8 criteria contained in the Program Implementation Success Indicators (IKPP) and Institutional Success Indicators (IKK). From the results of the research analysis, it is found that the leadership characteristics of Pamong Belajar have a direct impact on organizational culture, achievement motivation and the performance of the Pamong Belajar SKB in North Sulawesi Province. However, there are interesting findings where achievement motivation can be a strong factor in the performance of the SKB Student Learning Association.

Abstract

Luaran Perguruan Tinggi semakin “terasing” dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja yang ditandai dengan banyaknya sarjana sebagai pencari kerja bukan sebagai pencipta kerja. Lembaga Pendidikan dan Keterampilan (LPK) sebagai suatu solusi, karena dalam lembaga pendidikan nonformal tersebut warga belajar atau peserta didik diberi pengetahuan, sikap dan utamanya keterampilan. Karenanya, luaran LPK tidak hanya tahu, mau tetapi juga mampu (terampilan) melakukan sesuatu. Masalahnya adalah para pendidik LPK belum menguasai pengetahuan teoritis bagaimana seharusnya melaksanakan pembelajaran bagiorang dewasa. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut dilakukan pelatihan dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2016, selama 2 (dua) hari sabtu yaitu pada tanggal 7 dan 14 Mei 2016. dimulai pukul 10.00 pagi sampai dengan pukul 17.00 Wita. Tujuan pelatihan agar peserta memiliki pengetahuan tentang: (1) Sejarah dan Teori Belajar Orang Dewasa, (2) Asumsi-Asusmsi belajar orang dewasa dan (3) Penerapan teori belajar orang dewasa dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan pelatihan tersebut sekaligus menjadi materi pembelajaran pelatihan. Tahapan pelatihan yaitu:(1) Perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan dan (3) Evaluasi. Melaluipelatihan tersebut warga belajar berhasil menguasai: (1) pengetahuan tentang Sejarah Teori Belajar Orang Dewasa, (2) asumsi-asumsi yang digunakan pada belajar orang dewasa dan (3) kemampuan dan kemauan untuk menerapkan teori teori pembelajaran orang dewasa dalam proses belajar and berlatih di LPK.

Abstract

Tujuan akan dicapai dalam kegiatan ini yaitu agar peserta Pendidikan dan Latihan (Diklat) dalam hal ini para orangtua yang memiliki anak usia dini mendapatkan seperangkat pengetahuan teoritis, sikap positif dan keterampilan fungsional disertai kemauan terkait dengan belajar anak usia dini atau cara belajar anak usia dini. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut ditempuh dengan pendekatan Diklat Pembelajaran Bagi para orangtua yang memiliki anak usia dini dan saat ini sedang mengikuti pendidikan di Raudatul Alfal (RA) Yayasan Baitush Sholohin Kelurahan Paniki Satu Kota Manado. Kegiatan Diklat dilakukan melalui prosedur: (a) perencanaan, (b) pelaksanaan dan (c) evaluasi. Kegiatan pada perencanaan antara lain dalam bentuk need asessman yang berhubungan dengan kebutuhan belajar calon warga belajar (peserta diklat), potensi lokal yang mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan (budaya dan ketersediaan sarana prasarana). Kegiataan lainnya yaitu penentuan materi antara lain: (1) Perkembangan Anak Usia Dini,   (2) Cara Belajar Anak Usia Dini dan (3) Praktek Pembelajaran. Nara sumber terdiri dari, Akademisi (Dosen Prodi PLS FIP-UNIMA FIP UNIMA. Metode penyampaian (ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi, brainstorming dan inquiri, waktu dan tempat pelaksanaan, acara pembukaan, pelaksanaan dan penutupan kegiatan. Dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan, setiap nara sumber wajib memiliki naskah dalam bentuk power point dan Print out materi lengkap dengan pre tes dan post test yang sebelumnya diserahkan kepada panitia. Menggunakan metode bervariasi dan berdiri disaat menyajikan materi. Usai penyajian seluruh materi dilanjutkan dengan praktek pembelajaran yang dilakukan dalam bentuk kelompok kecil peer teaching 8-10 orang. Hasil yang dicapai lewat pelatihan tersebut yaitu umumnya para peserta pelatihan memiliki pengetahuan dasar teoritis dan kemampuan mempraktekan cara membantu anak usia dini belajar dirumah  pada masa Pandemi Covid 19 ini. Disarankan agar ibu-ibu rumah tangga terutama yang memiliki anak usia dini dilibatkan dalam pelatihan tentang cara anak usia dini belajar. Pada acara penutupan diserahkan sertifikat bagi para peserta.

Abstract

A community service activity through the Community Empowerment program (KKN PPM) to improve school-age children's entrepreneurship skills and knowledge in Likupang Barat has been well implemented. The KKN PPM program aims to produce an action program for food crop cultivation by utilizing the schoolyard in an effort to instill the entrepreneurial spirit in school-age children and increase knowledge and skills in life skills through pilot projects of cultivation of food crops for school-age children in SMPN 1 Talise. The method used in the KKN PPM program was a combination of "application of science and technology appropriately" in cultivation of food crops with the "Pilot Project" learning approach or demonstration of farming by utilizing the schoolyard. Therefore, the children get life skill experience in the effort to characterize entrepreneurship. Moreover, this activity becomes a laboratory and learning resource for students of the Economic Education subjects as well as child character development. The results achieved in this program were the availability of the piloting food crops that can support the fulfillment of consumption needs. In addition, it can be used as a learning media for the Economic Education subject in an effort to instill an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as a source of school needs for school-aged children.

Abstract

The writing of this research aims to explain the management and impact of waqf for education in SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Metro City. As for the background in this writing is the demands and expectations of the community for the greater quality of education but the capacity of the government is not yet worth the demand of the community. So the waqf movement became one of the alternatives offered to answer the challenge. Waqf movement, especially in SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan aims to improve the quality of education in accordance with Muhammadiyah jargon namely "advanced education". This research is a qualitative study with this type of case study research. The data sources in this study consist of primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are conducted in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The methods of data analysis are data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study show that the waqf movement in SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Metro City is supported not only by Muhammadiyah cadres but from sympathizers and the general public. The waqf development strategy carried out at SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro consists of (1) the conversion (substitution) of waqf assets, (2) promotion and socialization, (3) the management of waqf assets by prioritizing the allocation of waqf with regard to the 2015-2027 plan, (4) establishing partnerships and (5) strengthening the teachings of Al-Ma'un Muhammadiyah. The impact of waqf has a profound effect on the quality of education such as the improvement of school facilities and the education system in the school. Keywords: Waqf Muhammadiyah, Advanced Education Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memaparkan pengelolaan dan dampak wakaf bagi pendidikan di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro. Adapun yang menjadi latar belakang dalam penulisan ini adalah tuntutan dan harapan masyarakat akan kualitas pendidikan yang lebih besar namun kapasitas yag dimiliki pemerintah belum sepadan dengan permintaan masyarakat. Sehingga gerakan wakaf menjadi salah satu alternative yang ditawarkan untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut. Gerakan wakaf khususnya di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan sesuai dengan jargon Muhammadiyah yakni “pendidikan berkemajuan”.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari sumber data primer dansumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun metode analisis data yang dilakukan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gerakan wakaf di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro tidak hanya didukung oleh kader Muhammadiyah saja melainkan dari simpatisan dan masyarakat umum. Adapun strategi pengembangan wakaf yang dilakukan di SMP Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kota Metro terdiri dari (1) penukaran (substitusi) harta wakaf, (2) promosi dan sosialisasi, (3) pengelolaan harta wakaf dengan memprioritaskan alokasi wakaf dengan memperhatikan renstra tahun 2015-2027, (4) menjalin kemitraan dan (5) Memperkuat ajaran Al-Ma’un Muhammadiyah. Dampak wakaf sangat berpengaruh terhadap mutu pendidikan seperti peningkatan fasilitas sekolah dan sistem pendidikan di sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

Marriage counseling is counseling held as an educational method, a method of reducing emotional tension, a method of helping married partners to solve problems and how to determine a better problem solving pattern. The problem of family relations needs to be dealt with properly and effectively, through therapeutic models and techniques. One therapy effort that can be done with marriage counseling. Divorcement is a very unwanted event for every couple and family. Divorcement that occurred caused a lot of unpleasant things and pain that was felt by all parties, including both partners, children, and the two extended families of the couple. There are many factors that require couples to separate or divorce. One reason for divorced couples is a communication problem. The writing of this paper uses a social psychology approach with qualitative data analysis techniques.

Abstract

This study aims to improve Mathematics learning outcomes in fourth grade students of SD Inpres Kinilow, through the application of the Project-Based Learning Model. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) Model Kemmis and Robbin MC Taggart. Research subjects were fourth grade students with a total of 9 students, consisting of 5 male students and 4 female students. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle included four stages, namely; planning stage, implementation stage, observation stage, and reflection stage. Data collection techniques in this study are observation and tests. Based on the results of research in cycle I, only 4 students were complete while 5 were not complete or it can be said that the learning outcomes in cycle I were 44.44%. After implementing the action in cycle II, student learning outcomes have increased, where 9 students are complete. It can be said that the learning outcomes in cycle II are 100% and have reached the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) of 75. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the Project-Based Learning Model with the material of the Perimeter of Flat Buildings can improve Mathematics learning outcomes in students in class IV SD Inpres Kinilow

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and improve student learning outcomes in social studies subjects for class V at SD GMIM 24 Manembo-Nembo after implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. In this research, researchers used the Classroom Action Education (CAE) research method. Data collection was carried out by means of observation and tests in cycle 1, cycle 2 which were carried out directly in class 5. The results in cycle I obtained student learning outcomes with a percentage of 61.6% of the total of 30 students, only 9 people were successful and 21 students were not. succeed. Thus, after correcting the deficiencies in cycle I, research in cycle II obtained learning results from a total of 30 students, of which 27 students were successful and only 3 students were unsuccessful with a percentage of 81.3% or can be said to be successful based on the research results and discussion in class V GMIM 24 Manembo-Nembo, it can be concluded that; Application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model to Improve Student Learning Outcomes in Class V Social Sciences Subjects at GMIM 24 Manembo-Nembo Elementary School in Bitung City with an achievement in cycle I of 61.6% and cycle II of 81.3%. Based on research that has been conducted in class V of SD GMIM 24 Manembo-Nembo, it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve social studies learning outcomes in the Geographical Location of Indonesia material with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model helping students be more active in learning process.
