Abstract

The activities and existence of SKB as an educational institution in non-formal education units are a manifestation of the achievement of good corporate governance. This study aims to describe, predict and interpret the influence of leadership, organizational culture and achievement motivation on the performance of the Pamong Belajar at the Learning Activity Center (SKB) in North Sulawesi Province. The research approach used is quantitative with survey methods, while the hypothesis testing technique used is path analysis. There were at least 100 civil servants studying at 10 SKB and 15 districts / cities in North Sulawesi Province who were involved in this research. Research success indicators are measured based on 8 criteria contained in the Program Implementation Success Indicators (IKPP) and Institutional Success Indicators (IKK). From the results of the research analysis, it is found that the leadership characteristics of Pamong Belajar have a direct impact on organizational culture, achievement motivation and the performance of the Pamong Belajar SKB in North Sulawesi Province. However, there are interesting findings where achievement motivation can be a strong factor in the performance of the SKB Student Learning Association.

Abstract

Significantly the development of career exploration occurred at the age of adolescence (15-24 years). Career exploration aims to instill a positive attitude towards the workforce to students, the formation of early job choices, to improve knowledge about the external and the environment and the workforce, as well as how they can be congruent. This research considers students ' career exploration needs as a basis for determining the direction of student career choices in the future. The level of understanding of student career is based on deepening of the material ofathe dictionary of online career (kjko) measured using the instrument ces (career exploration survey).

Abstract

Sesuai dengan fokus dan rumusan masalah, tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian tindakan kelas ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa SMPN 3 Singkawang melalui teknik sosiodrama. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Peneliti terlibat secara langsung dari tahap perencanaan hingga selanjutnya peneliti memantau, mencatat, dan mengumpulkan data. Dari hasil pre test dapat diketahui bahwa dari 30 siswa kelas VIII C, terdapat 22 siswa yang memiliki keterampilan sosial dalam kategori rendah, dan 8 siswa yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Kedelapan siswa yang memiliki keterampilan sosial dalam kategori sedang tersebut tetap diikutkan dalam pemberian tindakan penelitian agar tercapai optimalisasi keterampilan sosial.

Abstract

Era saat ini sedang tren banyak orang berlomba – lomba untuk masuk kedalam organisasi dengan tujuan agar dapat menambah pengalaman, membangun relasi, meningkatkan rasa pecaya diri, melatih jiwa kepemimpinan bahkan memperkaya CV (Curriculum Vitae). Dalam sebuah organisasi pasti terdapat seorang pemimpin. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode ini diterapkan untuk melihat dan memahami subjek dan objek penelitian yang meliputi orang, lembaga, masyarakat berdasarkan fakta yang tampil secara apa adanya. Berdasarkan penelitian dengan Ketua OSIS SMA Negeri 1 Kauditan, kami mendapati bahwa budaya organisasi itu penting untuk membentuk rasa mekanisme pengendalian dan untuk memberikan percepatan bagi organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yakni adanya kaitan antara model kognisi dan budaya organisasi. Karena model kognisi seorang pemimpin dapat mempengaruhi organisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada Mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Manado,Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi khususnya yang ada di Prodi Bimbingan dan Konseling bagi Mahasiswa Semester 5 mengenai pengaruh perbedaan bahasa dan budaya  terhadap cara berkomunikasi antar mahasiswa.Penelitian yang kami lakukan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dalam cara berkomunikasi antar mahasiswa dan bagaimana cara mahasiswa berdapatasi  dengan bahasa dan budaya yang berbeda-beda. Untuk metode penelitian yang kami gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Dan untuk lokasi penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi Tomohon dengan mahasiswa aktif sebagai informan yang terdiri dari suku yang tentunya berbeda-beda.Dan untuk teknik pengumpulan data yang kami gunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Partisipan adalah Mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan dan Psikologi,Prodi Bimbingan dan Konseling Semester 5.Dalam Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan adanya  perbedaan bahasa dan budaya yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap cara berkomunikasi sehari-hari dilingkungan kampus.Tetapi dengan adanya perbedaan dalam bahasa dan budaya tentunya tidak menjadikan mahasiswa mengganggap bahasa dan budayanyalah yang paling benar,tetapi belajar dari setiap perbedaan yang dapat menyatukan kita dalam berkomunikasi.

Abstract

Abstrak (Indonesia).Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Dampak Perilaku Sosial Mengenai Pandangan Masyarakat Terhadap Kesetaraan Gender.  Banyaknya masyarakat terdampak perilaku sosialnya mengenai pandangan mereka terhadap kesetaraan gender . Pengaruh ini besar bagi kesetaraan gender dimana pandangan mereka tentang kesetaraan gender memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap perilaku sosial mereka . Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus yang menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi yang bersifat interpretatif, informan dalam penelitian ini adalah perwakilan masyrakat yang tinggal di sekitar lingkungan Tomohon dengan teknik pengambilan informan yaitu purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Dampak Perilaku Sosial Mengenai Pandangan Masyarakat Terhadap Kesetaraan Gender. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa pandangan masyarakat memiliki dampak terhadap perilaku sosial mereka mengenai kesetaraan gender terlebih dalam pemenuhan hak yang sama di bidang pendidikan, pembagian tugas rumah tangga yang merata,adanya kebebasan dalam menentukan pilihan pendapat, kebebasan dalam pengambilan keputusan, dan terjadinya peningkatan ekonomi Kata Kunci: Pandangan Masyarakat, Kesetaraan gender,Perilaku Sosial

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the Impact of Social Media Adaptation in Cross Culture and Defense of Cultural Acculturation in Generation Z In the Minahasa Tomohon Community, North Sulawesi. Many generation Z who were born in the 1995-2010 range were affected by the use of smartphones to access the latest news and did not pay attention to existing local culture. This influence is great for the threat of cultural literacy that is transmitted from gene X to generation Z. This type of research is case study research using qualitative methods with an interpretive phenomenological approach. The informants in this study were representatives of Manado University students who live around the Tomohon area using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation were carried out to find out how the Impact of Social Media Adaptation in Cross Culture and Defense of Cultural Acculturation in Generation Z. The results of the study concluded that social media has had a cultural shifting effect on generation z in Tomohon, especially in terms of dress, language and behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the personality of individuals to unite amidst cultural differences. This research was conducted on the Manado State University campus in North Sulawesi. The research subjects selected in this study were 5 (five) students. This research is a qualitative type with a qualitative descriptive approach with observational and interview research types. Data analysis in this study begins with data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and finally draws conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the five subjects have given their opinions subjectively about culture, where culture is the customs and way of life of a group of people that have been passed down from generation to generation and each has its own uniqueness. Then they argue about their respective cultures, where there are various uniqueness and cannot be separated from various positive and negative sides. But in the midst of their unique culture, there are various individual personality differences, in terms of language, attitudes, facial expressions, tone of voice, which have their own characteristics, so that when they mingle, they feel happy, and they can get to know each other. add insight, respect each other and even understand each other, even though they are in the midst of cultural differences, they must remain united in accordance with the Indonesian nation's motto, namely Bhinneka Tunggal Ika, and with that difference is a strength for us to complement one another. This study aims to determine the personality of individuals to unite amidst cultural differences. Abstract

Merdeka Belajar is an educational program launched by the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia. Merdeka Belajar prepares students to become strong graduates, relevant to the needs of the times, and ready to become leaders with a high national spirit. This research will reveal how Self-Education in the concept of Merdeka Belajar can improve students' hard skills and soft skills so that it can support the expansion of the Merdeka Belajar program. The results of measuring the need for soft skills and hard skills found the fact that factors of age, gender, and job status influenced the choice and needs in improving individual soft skills and hard skills. Factors such as leadership, determination, self-control and self-organization, work independence, and employability are the dominant factors used in the defensive approach to the development of self-education. This study shows that a Self-Education curriculum based on the need for soft skills and hard skills must be carried out consistently and regularly. Further research on Self-Education needs to be given special attention in developing more complex and diverse models, especially in the pedagogical skills of teachers as independent mentors of students, especially in non-formal educational institutions.

Abstract

Guru bimbingan dan konseling/konselor secara yuridis dalam sistem pendidikan nasional dinyatakan sebagai salah satu kualifikasi pendidik sejajar dengan guru, dosen, pamong, dan tutor sebagaimana disebutkan dalam UndangUndang Nomor 20 tahun 2003 Tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional Pasal 1 butir 6. Seperti halnya guru dan tenaga pendidik professional lainnya yang diwajibkan memenuhi standar kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi, guru bimbingan dan konseling/konselor juga diwajibkan memenuhi standar kualifikasi akademik dan kompetensi sebagaimana tercantum dalam Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 27 Tahun 2008 Tentang Standar Kualifikasi Akademik dan Kompetensi Konselor. Kompetensi konselor mencakup kompetensi akademik dan kompetensi professional yang kemudian secara terintegrasi membangun keutuhan kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan professional. Profesionalisme konselor mencakup kemampuan guru bimbingan konseling menguasai konsep dan praksis asesmen untuk memahami kondisi kebutuhan, dan masalah konseli; menguasai kerangka teoritik dan praksis bimbingan dan konseling; merancang program bimbingan dan konseling; mengimplementasikan program bimbingan dan konseling yang komprehensif; menilai proses dan hasil kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling; memiliki kesadaran dan komitment terhadap etika professional; menguasai konsep dan praksis penelitian dalam bimbingan dan konseling
