Digital fintech service is a financial service innovation that uses or utilizes digital technology. Bank Muamalat KCP Metro as one of the banks that already provides digital fintech-based services, namely virtual account services, cash management system, internet banking, m-banking (M-DIN), and ATMs. The need for implementing a marketing strategy that builds customer satisfaction and trust in the service. This study aims to determine the Marketing Strategy of Bank Muamalat KCP Metro Based on Digital Fintech for Customer Service. This type of research is field research at Bank Muamalat KCP Metro. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out using interviews and documentation. The data sources used were primary sources through interviews with sub-branch managers, customer service, and customers of Bank Muamalat KCP Metro, while secondary sources were obtained from documentation or literature study to complement the primary data. Based on the research that has been done, it is known that Bank Muamalat KCP Metro has used several shari'ah marketing indicators, where the bank implements several components and the 7P marketing mix. The most dominant marketing strategy as a bank's existence is Promotion. Value marketing is created because of the brand, service, and process. Bank Muamalat KCP Metro is also inseparable from the three main principles of syari'ah marketing, namely devotion, simplicity and virtue. This principle is most dominantly applied by the marketing of Bank Muamalat KCP Metro, namely the Principle of Ketaqwaan. Bank Muamalat KCP Metro also needs to evaluate or improve marketing strategies related to digital fintech services, it needs continuous introduction efforts to use the system effectively and efficiently because there are still customers who do not recognize Muamalat's digital fintech services, especially virtual accounts, cash management systems, internet banking.

: Until now, the world is still shocked by the Covid-19 virus pandemic, including Indonesia. In Indonesia alone, positive cases of Covid-19 have reached 1.2 million people with the number of deaths reaching 32,656 people and 1 million people have been confirmed cured. One way to prevent virus transmission is to wash your hands with soap in accordance with established rules or protocols. Washing your hands frequently and in an appropriate manner (for at least 40 seconds) is one of the most important steps to prevent COVID-19 infection. The purpose of this outreach activity is to support the government to prevent the spread of Covid-19 by implementing washing hands with soap and providing understanding to children about the importance of washing hands. The research was conducted by giving materials to children and the practice of washing hands using soap in running water to the children of RW 01 and providing a place to wash hands in front of the posko as an example of implementing hand washing. This activity was carried out so that children were aware of the dangers of Covid-19 and so they could anticipate the spread of Covid-19. This activity can also have a positive impact on children so that they can implement hand washing activities with soap in their daily lives. There are still children who do not know and memorize the steps for washing hands with soap.

Desa Margadadi memiliki potensi untuk menanam tanaman organik dilihat dari tanahnya yang masih subur dan banyaknya masyarakat yang bercocok tanam. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan membantu masyarakat sekitar dalam membudidayakan sayuran organik guna menambah pendapatan serta meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam menanam sayuran dipekarangan rumah masing masing. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan yang terdiri dari penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan minat masyarakat dalam budidaya sayuran organik serta mengurangi pengeluaran rumah tangga.

Kuliah Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan ilmu yang bersifat ihterdisipliner sehingga mampu menambahkan pengetahuan sekaligus meningkatkan ketrampilan mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan potensi dilingkungan masyarakat Desa Tanjung Agung yaitu mengangkat potensi buah durian mahasiswa KPM Metro adakan pengelolahan Durian terutama dalam hal peningkatan produksi, dan pemasarannya. KPM dilaksanakan mulai tanggal Januari-Februari 2020 menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research. transfer IPTEK digelar dengan tata cara pembuatan beberapa jenis makanan olahan berbahan baku buah durian.

Marriage counseling is counseling held as an educational method, a method of reducing emotional tension, a method of helping married partners to solve problems and how to determine a better problem solving pattern. The problem of family relations needs to be dealt with properly and effectively, through therapeutic models and techniques. One therapy effort that can be done with marriage counseling. Divorcement is a very unwanted event for every couple and family. Divorcement that occurred caused a lot of unpleasant things and pain that was felt by all parties, including both partners, children, and the two extended families of the couple. There are many factors that require couples to separate or divorce. One reason for divorced couples is a communication problem. The writing of this paper uses a social psychology approach with qualitative data analysis techniques.

Abstrak: Community service is a means for empowerer to contribute to society. In the face of the pandemic, all sectors are affected, one of which is the agricultural sector. Demanding the community to reduce activities outside the home, especially women. Optimizing home gardens as a source of family food is one of the best options, especially when some areas are predicted to experience a food crisis that has the potential to affect food production. Facing a pandemic condition, the community must be able to provide food and produce it themselves. Sidomulyo Village, Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency. is a lowland area with low land use as agricultural land. It is hoped that the use of yard land as food land can help household communities meet the adequacy of food during the Covid 19 pandemic. People can grow food crops, including: sweet potatoes, cassava, vegetables, taro and other horticultural crops. This encourages them to carry out outreach activities to women about optimizing yard land as source of food in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Dampak secara sederhana bisa diartikan sebagai pengaruh atau akibat. Dalam setiap keputusan yang diambil oleh seseorang biasanya mempunyai dampak tersendiri, baik itu dampak positif maupun dampak negatif. Pada masa sekarang perkembangan perempuan dalam memasuki pasar kerja semakin luas hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya kebutuhan keluarga yang mengakibatkan perempuan bekerja di berbagai sektor. Hal ini tentu saja memberi dampak bagi perempuan. Adapun dampak positif yang perempuan rasakan yaitu dapat membantu meringankan beban suami dalam mencari nafkah, dapat mensejahterakan keluarga serta dapat mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya. Sedangkan dari dampak negatif adalah kurangnya waktu terhadap keluarga. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak perempuan bekerja dalam meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data menggunakan sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder, dengan subjek penelitiannya adalah 8 orang, 1 orang pemilik dan 7 orang pekerja perempuan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa perempuan dapat ikut serta dalam meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga, meningkatkan disini bukan berarti menjadi satu-satunya tumpuan dalam pendapatan rumah tangga, melainkan perempuan hanya membantu kekurangan atau membantu penambahan pemasukan ekonomi keluarga. Sehingga hal ini dapat memberi dampak yang berarti bagi perempuan khusunya bagi diri sendiri maupun keluarganya. Peneliti menyarankan kepada para perempuan yang bekerja di home industry jipang matahari untuk lebih mengutamakan keluarga yang dimiliki, karena keluarga merupakan segalanya dibandingkan dengan apapun itu. Jangan sampai dengan fokus bekerja, keluarga menjadi terbengkalai dan melupakan kewajibannya sebagai seorang ibu dan istri. Komunikasikan dengan keluarga mengenai masalah yang dihadapi selama bekerja. Hal ini agar para perempuan tidak menanggung bebannya sendiri.

Idealnya seorang anak memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang seimbang didalam tatanan kehidupannya. Tak hanya dilingkungan maupun di sekolahnya. Namun anak juga memiliki hak didalam sebuah keluarga. Hak anak dididalam keluarga meliputi hak mendapatkan kasih sayang, hak mendapatkan pengajaran, hak bermain, hak mendapatkan kebebasan berekspresi. Namun adakalanya bayangan tak sesuai dengan realita. Bagi anak-anak korban perceraian, untuk mempertahankan hak nya adalah hal yang paling sulit. Tak jarang pula mereka mendapatkan kekerasan fisik dan psikis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan sebuah kasus dimana seorang anak perempuan harus mendapatkan beban ganda didalam hidupnya. Selain harus mengurus dirinya, ia juga mengurus semua keperluan sang ayah layaknya seorang istri. Hak-haknya sebagai anak diabaikan ditambah kekerasan psikis yang diterimanya membuat sang anak menjadi trauma dan tidak percaya diri dalam berinteraksi dilingkungannya. Hingga kini ia tumbuh dengan menjadi seorang anak dengan rasa ketakutan dan tekanan dibawah perintah orangtuanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif (field research) dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif analitik. Sumber data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa hasil pengamatan serta melakukan analisis dengan metode induktif.

This study discusses the position of women in the criminal justice system focusing on their position as victims using a normative juridical approach. The results of the study describe that the Indonesian criminal justice system uses the Due Process Model (DPM) model and overrides the Crime Control Model (CCM). Where the position of female victims in the criminal justice system is at the level relating to compensation and rehabilitation as well as the merger of the lawsuit for compensation which is regulated in Chapter XII of the Criminal Procedure Code. Factors That Affect Legal Protection of Women Victims in the Criminal Justice System namely, the lack of Human Resources in related institutions, related to legal apparatus in related agencies and inadequate Infrastructure. The conclusion of this research is that women still need more attention in the Indonesian criminal justice system, especially women victims, as well as initiatives from policy makers to accommodate women victims of crime as parties who suffer and are harmed because they have nothing to do and not in the context of the existence and legal position of victims as the party who suffers and is harmed because of a violation of criminal law and becomes part of the criminal law.
