Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari lebih dalam bagaimana  penerapan pembelajaran model BCCT dengan pendekatan joyfull learning dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca menulis dan berhitung  permulaan siswa kelas I Sekolah Dasar GMIM 16 Manado Kecamatan Tuminting. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan. Jenis penelitian tindakan yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas atau biasanya disebut PTK. PTK yang dilakukan oleh peneliti, dilaksanakan dengan cara mengamati proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. subjek yang diamati adalah semua aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh guru dan siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Hasil penelitian ini, Hasil observasi terhadap tindakan guru adalah : guru sudah melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan RPP, akan tetapi guru masih kesulitan dalam mengkondisikan peserta didik pada saat mereka bermain dengan kartu huruf dan bilangan sehingga menghabiskan lebih banyak waktu, serta guru belum bisa menguasai kelas sepenuhnya dan kelabakan dalam pembelajaran. Hasil observasi terhadap tindakan peserta didik adalah: Dari hasil observasi yang peneliti lakukan pada tindakan kelas siklus I dapat diketahui bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan strategi Joyfull Learning sudah berjalan tetapi belum maksimal. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan adanya peserta didik yang masih bingung belajar dengan menggunakan strategi Joyfull Learning, banyak peserta didik yang masih tidak fokus dalam pembelajaran, belum semua peserta didik tertarik dan memperhatikan pembelajaran. Keywords: Kegiatan CaLisTung, penelitian tindakan kelas, joyfull learning, SD GMIM 16 Manado

Abstract

Parents are one of the first and foremost educational centers and sources of educators for a student. The role of parents and interest in learning have an important role and influence the quality of achievement of student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the influence of the role of parents and interest in learning on student learning outcomes. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Airmadidi with the population in the study, namely all grade VI students of SD Negeri 1 Airmadidi totaling 45 sample. Sampling using a nonprobability sampling method. This study used a quantitative research design with multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) The role of parents affects student learning outcomes with regression test results obtained sig values of 0.000 < 0.05 which means there is a significant influence, 2) Learning interest affects learning outcomes with regression test results obtained sig values of 0.002 < 0.05 which means there is a significant influence, 3) The role of parents and interest in learning affects learning outcomes with a value of R Square = 0.504 Indicating the role of parents and interest in learning can explain learning outcomes by 50.4% while the remaining 49.6% is influenced by other variables. Thus, this research has implications for helping and facilitating how to maximize student learning by providing quality learning experiences in terms of the role of positive parents and high student learning interest in achieving high learning outcomes as well.

Abstract

This study aims to increase critical thinking skills of students with inquiry methods and to describe the implementation of an inquiry methods on science competence. This research is classroom action research, which consisted of three cycles. This study was conducted in Elementary School Gmim 140 Pineleng academic year 2023/2024. The objects were all students of class V consisting of 24 students.The data were collected using tests, The results show that the implementation of the inquiry methods can improve students' critical thinking skills in science competencies.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to (1) determine the impact of the project-based learning model (PjBL); The results of students' science learning which is material about living things and the environment in class V of Pineleng State Elementary School. (2) knowledge of the impact of the project-based learning model (PjBL) on the value of project results; Create a binary classification table and determine keys for class V of Pineleng State Elementary School. This research uses a quantitative type of research. The subjects of this research used two experimental classes, namely Class V B as Experiment Class 1 and Class V A as Control Class. The experimental class displays a project-based learning model. The control class uses a traditional learning model according to the teacher's lesson plan. In this research, data taken in three ways, namely observation, tests, and project assessment. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, homogeneity tests, normality tests, and one-way Anova tests. Based on the results of the analysis of teacher activity observations, it was obtained 0.95, which means very strong, while the results of the analysis of student activity observations were obtained 0.9, which means very strong, meaning that the results of observing teacher and student activities were classified in the very strong category. Meanwhile, the results of the one-way Anova test calculation obtained fcount= 210.64 < ftabel= 3.09, so ho (null hypothesis) is rejected and ha (alternative hypothesis) is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence on the Project Based Learning model on learning outcomes in creature material. life and environment. Then, for the results of the student project assessment, experimental class 1 obtained a high average score with a score of 79. This means that the following score is that experimental class 1 meets the KKM according to the project-based learning model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of the policy of providing professional allowances for civil servants and non-civil servant teachers at the regional level in Manado City, and to identify the obstacles faced in implementing the policy. This study employed a qualitative case study approach, which refers to field notes and does not involve numerical data, but rather relies on information obtained based on the situation on the ground. The results indicate that the implementation of the teacher professional allowance distribution system in Manado City still faces technical and administrative challenges. Regulations for the distribution of teacher professional allowances are formally available but have not been fully understood and optimally implemented by all relevant parties. The disbursement of professional allowances for civil servant teachers is more stable than for non-civil servant teachers due to their adherence to the national civil service system and central regulations. Monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of allowance distribution remains ineffective, both by the education office, the inspectorate, and external supervisory institutions. Improvements to information systems, increased human resource capacity for data management, and regulatory refinements are needed to better adapt to field conditions.
